Mother needed her champagne 🍾 for her Sunday brunch 😋!! Being new to the area and at Publix...we stopped. Trying to get a feel of the area.

So I’m out in the city for business and decided to check out this liquor store that I can now consider a one stop shop not only did they have a very specific wine selection that caters to my needs I was also shocked that I could by all my vape and specialty cigars all in one place. When I drive I smoke and if I’m smoking I’m vaping and if I’m stopping only once then well my money is going to this exclusive hole in the wall store that will surprise in all aspects. No to mention the owner personally carried out my cases to my car which Is a rarity in this industry. Along with product knowledge, suggestions, and good conversation I find myself always finding reasons to pull in. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for there one stop shop. The tower might be huge but they can’t complete with the staffs product knowledge, customer service and red carpet treatment. If anything stop in and see for yourself. Did I mention curbside? I’ve seen the owner load cases into cars himself and forget to take payment because of the focus on customer service. Hats off to West Cobb Wine and Spirit for going out of the way to ensure the service is A+I was reading the reviews before coming by and I’m not sure what happened in the situations regarding the 1 star reviews but in my experience this does not sound like West Cobb I encourage you to speak to the owner directly about the issue and I can guarantee that he will make things right and take this more then serious and implement a solution almost immediately It does not sound like West Cobb Wine and Spirits but please contact the owner and express your concerns directly Via message and give him the opportunity to address and resolve all issues! I find myself lost in conversation and I’ve seen first hand how the owner and staff operate and I almost did not stop in due to those reviews. The owner will never patronize anyone and giving him a chance to turn your one star experience into a 10 Star experience!

A smaller venue that doesnt pack variety. Service staff is friendly and fairly knowledgeable.They have a moderate selection of wines, liquors and spirits. And are happy to help you find what youre looking for.

Extremely helpful and will accommodate any reasonable requests. Prices are great. The staff are very knowledgeable.

Love coming here! The staff is friendly and helpful! I always end up having a 20+ minute conversation with any of them and they always help me to my car with big purchases!

Called to see if they could do curbside (in this age of social distancing). Very easy- quickly affirmed what they had in stock that I was looking for (and suggested a few good substitutions). My husband pulled to the curb, called and everything was brought out and loaded up. We appreciate the local, friendly service!

The prices are comparable, but the customer service is great. I will return because of the customer service!

To the Lady that gave one star. I was in the store. You were impolite, demanding, rude and unpleasant. F Bombs everywhere and in front of her about 15yo son. You came back in and DEMANDED tan exchange. The Manager looked at the shelf and ran security tape....The Box of Booze was dry and not broken. Once you were confronted with the truth you became a belligerent goat. You most likely dropped the box getting into your car and didnt have the integrity to admit fault. Even if the box of booze was flawed, you dont scream at people when you dont get your way. You acted like a petulant two year old throwing a temper tantrum. Your son was embarrassed to be there.

Decent prices locally without driving to the mega discount chains. Semi friendly staff. Hard to find stuff without help. Barely disabled compliant!

Great selection and staff

Purchased a bottle of Crown packaged in a box. Left the store and the box began to leak. Managers refused to exchange the purchase. I will say that I was not polite after being blatantly talked over, personally insulted and told I was at fault. I clearly do not know GA liquor laws but I do know customers should not be treated the way I was today! They finally made the exchange but it wasn’t worth this humiliation. Do not patronize this institution.

Fairly good selection for the size of the store. Staff is very helpful and for items that they may not carry they may be able to acquire upon request. Its a good quick stop if you dont want to drive into a larger area for more selections.

I drive 4 miles to go Tolal Wines because when I walked in the store they say hello to me that means a lot especially when I’m spending money with them that’s a necessary thing for customer serviceAll businesses should speak to their customers when they walk into the door!!!!
