Avoid the deli. They prefer On-line ordering online. Much longer wait than the already normal long Publix wait times.

Good clean store.... check out could be a little slow

Solid location. Always clean. Workers are nice and helpful. They always have what I need in stock.Only downside is deli area is always a nightmare because the wait takes forever most days. If youre going to get lunch during your break here you definitely wont have time.Its the best grocery store we have in the area and will be going back.

All Publix grocery stores that I have visited have always been well stocked, clean and friendly. This one was no exception. Found an item that I was looking for that I could not find at other grocery stores including Walmart! I would recommend trying to get there before 11AM so that its not crowded and items including produce is well stocked.

I love ordering cakes from Publix! They always do such a great job and dont break the bank!

Asked the manager in the produce section for help. He looked and sounded like he was tired and hungover. I had to say excuse me sir twice for him to even look at me. He just pointed across the store to where the item would normally be. I still couldn’t find it. So I left

Good store, always clean and well stocked. The checkout area can get pretty cramped if theyre busy, but fine experience otherwise. Employees are always nice to interact with as well.

The least friendly Publix I have EVER been to. Couldnt find any employees to save my life either. Makes me more thankful for my local Publix stores.

If you want a grocery store that offers a wide berth and hen youre shopping, this is the store. It is also very well stocked compared to most stores I frequent. Better produce freshness too. Publix, as a brand, is more expensive but it has its plusses.

The writing has been on the walls at this location. It’s time to move on to the Woodlawn location even though it’s out of the way. Advertised items are rarely listed in store or stocked. The app listing for item locations is about 60% accurate. Staff are great, but higher level management is clearly letting this location slide on purpose?

Deli sandwich rang up as BH instead of weekly Publix special. Customer Service counter called Deli and confirmed pricing. Gosha (Manager) took my sandwich back to the deli and stated she would have them remake it to ensure it was the Publix brand meat utilized. She returned with the same sandwich, which had been unwrapped, with the correct label. I was disgusted by how I was treated and her returning with the same exact sandwich she had unwrapped and not remade.

This store is always clean. The stickers always speak and say hello or will ask if you need help finding something. A great store to shop in

This is our goto store for the past 7 years for our family’s grocery and pharmacy needs. Staff are very friendly. Store is always well stocked, clean and not too crowded.

We made an order for curb side pick up and our order of over $150 was given to someone else…I was just told to figure it out and call Instacart even though publix should have checked who was picking/bagging the order.

This place has the worst shoppers ever! Every time I place an order for pickup there’s an issue. Once I got a zucchini instead of cucumber ones this lady ghaneya was so dumb she just left the cart half way! Others have to wait for almost half an hour to get your bags!!

This Publix has the worst deli. I’ve placed orders online multiple times where it is never completed. Today it wasn’t completed after 50 minutes. I left without getting my lunch meat. They need help in the deli.

What’s the point of having deli orders online if the orders are never fulfilled??? This has happened three times. They always say that they “forgot” the order. Time is money people.

Two thumbs up for the manager Skyler! We had a small issue that we addressed with him. He was attentive, patient, and very eager to resolve the matter and assisted us in making sure that we were satisfied. His professionalism and genuine concern is enough to keep us coming back. Horrible service at Deli both sandwiches and meat. Second time I have waisted a lunch hour and was not able to receive a sandwich or deli meat. Sandwich line only had two people but took over ten minutes to make two sandwiches. Walked to get bread and make a sandwich stood there for over 5 minutes no assistants. WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

Been shopping there for 20 years and the girl at the customer service desk, her name is Britney, just lowered the bar for me today. Very rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. Even Kroger has better customer service. Talked to the store manager but he did not sound like he was interested...Very disappointed.

Service has gone downhill. Gave up and left last night. Couldnt get checked out. Never enough cashiers. Things dont change Kroger will own them too. When youre 20% higher in price you really need better customer service.

I continue to go because of location but today Chaz & Austin made recommendations to my order that has changed the game forever! Always a great experience, customer service, and deals!!! Definite 5-star location.

Ive been going to this Publix for years now and its really the best place around. They have nearly everything I want (they dont have my favorite coffee), its clean, well stocked, and has great people behind the counter.

(Update 3/6/19)I have to commend the management of this location. There has been some sort of overhaul since my last visit. Im astonished how much better it is. The staff is very helpful and the sea food department has never been better. Im glad to see this location get back in gear. This is what Publix should always be.(Original Review 2 stars) Dont ever expect to get anything from the seafood department because no one is ever there. On multiple occasions Ive tried to get salmon fillets or shrimp and had to wait for close to 10 minutes or longer only to receive an attitude from the employee who lurks back there. Other workers dont even offer to call someone up to help. For a store that makes you pay a premium for the same stuff they sell at the Kroger across the street, youd think they would hire decent people who understand customer service. Ive since started shopping at the Kroger who offers a discount card and some timely help at the seafood counter.

Parking is always very easy at this store. Store is always very clean and well lit. They have a few of our favorites here that we cant find anywhere else, like the roasted salmon at the seafood counter. All employees have been wonderful to interact with, and very helpful across the board. Im almost always greeted with smiles and a hearty, Good morning! or Hello! Makes me feel welcome.

Clean store with well stocked shelves. Rarely have seen any lines at the cash registers.

Its a Publix, so its a good supermarket. This one is a good size, and the staffers are friendly and helpful, but the larger ones Ive shopped in have more of the nontraditional stuff I like.

What is happening to our Publix deli? Lately, line has been extremely long, there is never enough people working, and manager and assistant manager are super rude. This has been happening since beginning of the year and I do hope something changes quickly because Publix will loose me (and couple of my neighbours are talking about it) customers. Kroger better than Publix?

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!!

Spent a hour shopping, then I spent 20 minutes waiting in line watching employees standing around or moving very slowly. 20 minutes no one went into the 10 items or less line, yet they wouldnt let me in with about 20 items. Customers on lines plus 3 managers standing watching, 1 open cashier moving slowly and 1 ten items or less line without any customers equals unhappy customer... one of the worst thing a business can do, make you wait on a line while employees stand around talking. I left my groceries and the store and drove to whole foods instead... twice as busy, 4 times the cashiers, I gave em 5 stars.

I was at store 10minutes to close. Alwa the deli Clark was very nice and kind and clean and take time to listen and make the order perfect. I give her five plus star.

This supermarket is immaculate and fully-stocked each time I shop there. Furthermore, the managers are eager to assist me in locating a product or in agreeing to consider adding an item that is not on the shelves, but on my shopping list. As for the checkers and other staff? Welcoming, friendly, and just downright nice.Great Public. Great place to shop!

I have done an online deli order three times at this location, and 2 out of the 3 times I had to wait more than 10mins after my pick up time for my order to be ready. Management needs to work on staffing the Deli appropriately. As someone who is from Lakeland, this Publix does not meet expectations.

I could not believe that while we were ringing up we were accused of stealing! We actually had to go out of our way to show this woman our receipt to prove it. Nastiest experience Ive ever had, but I guess your skin color automatically makes you a criminal here. Will never be coming back again.

This Publix is very clean. Produce, meat, and dairy are ALWAYS kept at the right temperature and are fresh. They carry brands and products that I cant find at other grocery stores.The wine selection is pretty good. They have 4 self checkout lines which is very convenient and staff are readily available if needed.
