The store is clean. The shelves are always well stocked and organized. The staff is very helpful when when busy.

I went to the store today to exchange a costume and the associate didn’t want to do that. I waited for 15 minutes and She said “ go to the aisle 1 or 2 and grab the right size”. I couldn’t find anything because my costume was inside, ( in the store’s storage) not in the aisle. After that I waited another 15 minutes in the line and she said “ so sorry, but I can’t help you” obviously she was alone in the cash register and didn’t want to do anything more. You need good employees.

They gave me an estimated 45 minute wait for my balloons, but they had them done much faster. The balloon guy is always accommodating....very good service!

They are fully stocked for Halloween right now. I would recommend getting costumes early because they sell out quick. I went last year and all 3 costumes my daughter wanted were not available and it was about a week before Halloween. However, its a great place to get party supplies. Very well stocked.

Honestly I would rate this store a 5 star bcoz most of the staff were nice and helpful except for the female Manager/ or supervisor who were working tonight when I came in. She is cold and impatient in answering questions. As soon as I asked one question I already get a cold vibe from her she said “What’s the question!!!” In a cold tone lack of warmth voice and she didn’t even said thank you after she passed me my shopping bag instead I was the one who said thank you.

Very helpful staff, the manager even knew some creative tips, way to go problem solver! Overall they were honest and friendly staff .

This location is dirty. Most of the shelves have stains and dried spills. The items are just placed on top of the dirty shelves like as if the stains aren’t there. I literally put everything back from my basket and left.

Store was packed. Stopped in for some treat bags. No social distancing at all.

I love party city, but yall shouldnt put Halloween costumes out until 2 weeks before September is over with, that would be great if you could do that.

Whatever you do, dont praise how long their balloons last apparently! I have purchased balloons at 3 different locations 8 times total over the past 3 years. The ONLY time Ive had balloons even start to droop the next day was when I walked into this store and happened to mention to the girl that their balloons last forever. Even my husband was saying the mylar looked under inflated. You have to be one miserable biotch to want to purposefully ruin someones party. Jokes on her, though! All but one stayed up through the party the next day(but deflated soon after, whereas literally all other 7 times, they stayed up much longer). I bought a mylar from a different location 2 days ago (but didnt say anything). That sucker is still full and flying free (pic included). So my advice to you is apparently dont compliment them, because theyll try to prove you wrong! Update 2/20- balloon is still on my ceiling!Second update 2/24- its still floating, just a tiny bit deflated.

My daughter recently celebrated her 4th birthday during this pandemic and party city went above and beyond to provide her with the best LOL Surprise decor. She was overjoyed with all of the balloons and party favors. It made not being able to celebrate with her friends a little easier... THANK YOU Barrett Pkwy Party City!!

Was here to pick up online order. There was some confusion between online and what printed at the store. No worries. They explained, even told me that online overcharged me. The balloons would be ready the next day as requested. BEFORE the payment was deducted from my account, it was corrected. Great customer service at the Prado Kennesaw location. Great customer service also at the East Marietta Roswell rd location.

I came here around 6ish on a Tuesday to get some birthday balloons in a hurry because I had worked late and I didnt feel particularly well but the associate that helped me was so nice. She had pink highlights and she really went above and beyond for me during such a short interaction. I normally dont go to Party City but the experience was so welcoming, I will definitely be returning. You have a great person working for you.Side note, I never knew Party City had so many giant balloon options. My little niece is going to be really happy in the near future.

At one time, I enjoyed this location because they had what you needed and it was fairly easy to find. They have since resigned the store and not in a good way. The aisles are waaaaaayyyyy to long. You better know that what you need is on that aisle because theres no turning back. Its just one extra long and super narrow aisle. There was also an issue with the automated door. And after standing outside and moving around for about 3 full minutes, the door finally opened. This location is good for extreme necessity visits only. Terrible night shift! I stood at the register for 10 minutes!!! BOTH associates seen me there. One was helping a customer, the other couldve easily walked over and rang my purchase up. I had 2 items. TWO! The manager walked right past me at the register while she wanted to put items back on the shelves, which couldve most definitely waited! I spend a LOT of money in Party City for my business, but I will no longer do so!

Cashier was really nice, polite & cheerful!!! Was refreshing!

We come to this location not because of convenience but because we love to shop here for all our party needs. Its never too busy that it overwhelms a person either. May be because of its location. I think if it were in a plaza thats a bit more open to the street view it would draw more attention. Love this place

We went there yesterday to get balloons for our sons birthday party which is the day before the Superbowl. Last year we got both Eagles and Patriots balloons and that was great. However this year they only had Patriots balloons, none for the Rams and wee not going to be getting any in before the game. I think that no matter which 2 teams make it to the super bowl every year, Party City should have balloons representing them.

I am so angry.... I purchased a helium tank and when I got to the location we were going to use it we find that it doesnt work. The nozzle was missing. Thank god there was a Walmart close by that had a tank. I hope I can return this one without a problem.

I had a family medical emergency text while in the middle of shopping at this location today and had to quickly leave the store, ditching my full buggy behind right in the main entrance way. Bless the staff at Party City for waving me out the door as I tried to apologize. I hated leaving them with a cart full of extra work, but their kindness is what kept me from completely having a meltdown as I tried to get out the door. Thank you, Party City Prado employees!

Incredible selections, well organized, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Just what you would expect for a Party City. They even had kids party items arranged by theme. I was looking for Super Mario themed items for my kids birthday and Party City made it super easy.

Ordered online to pick up in the store. Arrived at the store and checked my order. Items missing and out of some items. They didnt indicate this when I ordered online. Had to spend time in the store finding substitutes for what was missing or not in stock.

Not alot of staff interaction. For a first time visit it wouldve saved me alot if time. Gr8 variety tho

Too expensive the price is 5 to 6 times higher than everywhere else, but you dont have to take my word for it look online and shop around you will be surprised. I paid $15.00 for for one item and after that I saw it in 5 different stores for $2.49.

Went to this store a couple weeks ago and they were well stocked compared to the other stores. The item I needed was of course not in stock at the time but the guy said they had ordered some but could not tell me when they would be there. The next week I look online and see that there is 43 of the item I needed. I assumed the item had been delivered and place an online pickup. I was called later that day and spoke to Ethel. She is the reason this score is so low. When I spoke to her on the phone she told me they didnt have any online. I then tried to explain the story above and said it says there are 43 online, she blunts Well it Lied then as I try to ask if maybe they got some and explain the story online again she says Let me ask you a question, How much did you trust your computer? I was so shocked by her rude question I didnt have a response.... Was very disappointed with the customer service during this phone call.

Last time I didnt had to pay separately for HELIUM and today this lady tells me its a $1 for each balloon. I told her that I didnt had to pay last time..I seriously had no idea about it.. There was no reason for her to be rudeee about it. If you do two different things and try to tell me the store policy..sounds very like NOT my problem. Attitude aint the solution.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My 5 year old son found a costume online and begged me to come buy it. When we found it in store, we proceeded to check out. The cashier told me the item was not ringing up for sale. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the same thing. She called her supervisor whom she apologized for bothering on a Sunday. He told her it was not able to be sold if it could not ring up. HOW DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING ON THE SHELF WITH A PRICE THAT YOU REFUSE TO SELL? I walked out of the store trying to explain to a crying 5 year old how they couldnt sell us an item that he was able to see with his own eyes. RIDICULOUS!

This place need a better staff that is a little bit more tentative to the customer. I couldnt get no more than a hand direction to were i was looking for.

Location has plenty of various items, but really needs to hire more cashiers during holidays! 1 cashier w/over 30 people in line! Other cashier was only for reserved items and wouldnt help, then the manager wouldnt open a register to assist!

OK so heres the thing. Went to get some balloons for the little ones B Day. They asked if I wanted the balloons to last over 8 hours. If so pay an extra .15.......REALLY How about just coming at me with a price for helium balloons and we go about life. Its my little girls B Day of course I paid the extra .15 for all but one, marked it for research and it was close to dead flat in less than 3 hrs. Just kinda sketch.

**Dont bother coming to this location.** The staff members who rang me up were extremely rude. Ive never written a review before.. I actually had to make an account just to write this one. It was not busy or a holiday, they seemed to be properly staffed.. there was no reason the staff should have been that rude. Corporate will be notified of specifics.

Got a job here and applied for full time and he gave me part time and I told him I could do 11 per hour and he asked if I could do 10 I said sure and when o got my check it was 9. They candy here is old and over priced as well.

Terrible. Website inventory does not match what is in store. If you order online and then pick up it doesnt work. U still have yo go find your items and get them. They could not find my order even with the order number.

Poor inventory- they did not have the letter N, I placed the order 2 weeks prior to the party and they called 2 days before to let us know they STILL had not received a letter N. How does a party city go over 2 weeks without a letter? They told me I should drive all the way to a different location, buy the N and bring it to them. They cant mail it to each other? Again, I placed my order 2 weeks in advance. poor customer service and to make it all worse... the store was trashed and dirty and the ladies behind the counter had attitude problems. I was able to create an order with Party America in less than 5 minutes over the phone and had a great experience with them... Im glad they were able to clean up the mess Party City Made. Thank you Party America!

Had couple of bad experiences in one week leading up to my toddlers birthday party. I contacted customer service and was promised a refund. Never happened.

Party City is a good place to go of youre looking for some specific item for your kids birthday party. They have all of the latest themed birthday party decorations, etc.

I was completely ignored by the employees. I should not have to argue with the employees to let me check out. Also they were completely out of all the things I was looking for: party bags, ballons, party favors, etc. I would recommend going next door to Publix, you will have better luck there.

The staff is not friendly at all!! I never write reviews because Im in the customer service industry and I know it can be tough. Every time I come in this store the line is long and it moves so slow! No one is offering help or assistance. I went to have two balloons made just now and the lady had such a nasty attitude. I think her name tag said Katie. I understand you have balloon orders to fill so she lets me know to have two balloons blown up it would be 40 minutes. Thats absurd!! Im in the customer service industry. So Im my opinion she could have taken 5 minutes to blow up my two balloons and then go back to the 50 balloons she was blowing up. So many people would just leave if she tells them all for a couple of balloons it would be 40 minutes! And she wasnt friendly at all. After I said Id schedule an appointment she just continue blowing up the balloons as if I wasnt even standing there. Im not sure if management reads these reviews, but clearly several people on here have stated how rude the staff is! Unacceptable!

It is a mess. They always seem to be moving something in or out, and stuff is just all over the place. Their is never anyone around to help find anything, and the employees just seem to be standing around like bumps on a log.
