The two stars are for the 2 women and one older gentleman, they are very good with customers. Now if i could go down again it would be -5 how does this guy with dreads still have a job at this store a corporate store at that. He is just rude and youre not funny with your little comments please dont think the mask will hide you too many more times..

The employee was a little helpful not much I went in to switch my service over and i had to do most of the work myself had to get the pin myself had to get the account number myself and my phone still wasnt working when I left the store also when I call MetroPCS to get my phone to work. Only to find out I was overcharged I did feel like the employee was being a little dishonest and didnt want to help me too much and probably pocketing the money for himself that he stole from me charging extra for services .even though it was credited back to my account I would not be going back to this location again it was not a friendly service. This Corporate store is awesome. Its convenient located in Marietta in Chicago Plaza. The staff is very friendly and professional. Bilinguals are always available and everyones always happy. I highly recommend you conduct business at this location because is a corporate store and not an authorized dealer. You will feel like home.

On Monday April 5th 2021 I needed a new phone so I stopped at this location. I was assisted by Shavonna. She was such a great help to me in helping me with purchasing a new phone and also helping me transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. She also had a great and positive attitude which made my experience all the more pleasant. Thank you and if it helps, I recommend that you ask for Shavonna for a wonderful experience!

Went today to meet someone that was going to buy an iPhone I previously had on metro. The phone was paid off and cleared from my account so the next person could use it. All the employees told me the phone would not work because it was not compatible without even checking it. They kept insisting it wouldnt work until I told them I would gladly pay the $15 fee to switch my service back to the phone to show them it would work. They said there are no refunds even if the phone works. I know 100% the phone is compatible and fully functional with metro. Thats why I spent the $15, to show that it works fine.After I payed the $15. We tested the phone and you guessed it. Works great. Calls, messages, everything.They kept saying the phone was not compatible so much that the person I was going to sell the phone to got angry and left, even after I showed her the phone was fully functional.I agreed to meet the buyer at a metro hoping they would clarify that my phone was clearly compatible and for safety.But theyre so lazy that didnt even bother to check and caused me to lose a sale and I wasted my time, her time and $15 for no reason all because they wouldnt do their job.Highly dissapointed. Will never come back to this location.I went to a different metro near by and they checked my phone and told me it would work without charging me the $15.

Nice store and staff. Stopped by to buy replacement phone while visiting family in town. Store was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly, took your name when you came in and called you up when it was your turn. Quick purchase and activation.

I had a damaged sd card prongs on my phone. They came up with a excellent solution of getting the phone replaced with in 7 business days at a reasonable cost! Im pleased with this course of action!

Went to try and add a line to my current plan. Got an employee who just mumble-whispered about what they had, and didnt actually explain the difference between the plans. He also didnt really give an answer to any questions I asked. Well, I guess he could have, but I didnt hear or understand him. Surprised this is supposedly a corporate location and not a franchise. I ended up just leaving without getting what I went there for.

I upgraded my phone in the metro pcs store located off 1871 Cobb pkwy in Marietta, Georgia. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to take of me and my fiancé. The issue was created by Smartpay however the Metro staff including the store manager stepped in and made the process much smoother. Thank you. I will be back and continue my service with this company for years to come.

Im not happy at all, every week my phone 📱 the Zte Pro, has a different problem and the coverage/signals is getting worst! I would never refer anyone to this phone company period... its the WORST Everything..I had phone service in my house for 2 years then all of a sudden NO COVERAGE..... what kind of mess is that... and they 🤷‍♀️ Dont give a Damn....Im done ✅ lm looking for a new provider...

The store was clean and well maintained. However, this was by far the worst in-store Metro Pcs customer service _experience I have had in 13 years as a customer. The CSRs were very unfriendly and missed several opportunities to sell me a phone. The touch screen on my phone was inoperable and I wanted to transfer the contacts to a different phone. After being sent away, I had to go back in just to get a CSR to attempt. After driving that far, thats the least they could do.New furniture can never make up for a smile and an attentive ear.
