The last time I went in there, I wasnt helped at all. I even mentioned to one of the workers that Id like to maybe get a product from the top shelf that looked in better shape than the one I had in my hands, but she didnt offer to assist me. It seems a little snooty at this location.

Always friendly and helpful people here. The staff is so consistently fantastic it makes we wonder how they are recruited and trained.

Visiting from out of town and havent been in a Williams-Sonoma. Had a nice variety of home goods. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Avalon location reserved a cookware set for my anniversary gift and was very helpful and kind. The East Cobb location was a completely different experience. They were rude, did not greet me upon entering, confrontational about my misplaced mask. Then took forever to wrap my gift and refused to wrap it in the manner I preferred. Went from 5 Star service to buyers remorse in a very short time. Will not shop this location again.

I very much appreciated the welcoming and helpful associates. While the season was late for me to order monogram glasses, I was directed to some beautiful bar ware glasses. I already gave them to my son as an early Christmas gift and bought nearly $400 more in gifts a few days later. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience. My daughter is furnishing her first kitchen and I want to start her off with lasting and elegant kitchen tools. I also was so glad to see the Twelve Days of Christmas plates and mugs back.

Overpriced. Got a maple wooden spoon for $16. I understand for collection and such but seesh, I hope I wont find my wife here often. Silver lining is beautiful selection they have.

Got what I wanted at a reasonable price, although their prices are high.

Wouldnt let me in without a mask or choosing to wear one they provide. There are plenty of places to buy what I needed here without an infringement on my rights and freedoms.

I love shopping at Williams-Sonoma. This location is excellent. Its not inside a Mall. You can drive right up to the front door, park and go in. They have a wide variety of the latest kitchen items available. The staff is great!!

I went in for a wedding gift with a wedding registry everything was filled on their wishlist. However one of the clerks was nice enough to find something that was coordinating with what they have for their kitchen with an apron the color that they were using for their kitchen. It was great! I could not imagine what else would could go with their wish list

Dori was in charge of a cooking class for kids today. She was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend signing kids up for one of their classes.

Very nice William Sonoma. The staff was excellent and was very helpful with all our questions! They talked us through so many different styles of items and their personal opinions on them. They had all the typical stuff you see in a William Sonoma.

This Williams Sonoma is first rate. Everyone who we interact with is patient and has helped us numerous times. All in all a great experience. Very knowledgable staff.

Offer free knife sharpening for the first knife. $5 for additional knives. May need to wait a day if the manager who sharpens the knife isnt available.
