If I could give zero I would. Dont order a refrigerator. Somebody will bring it and too lazy to take doors off to get in my kitchen. Tried to drive off with my old one. They think I was having a huge bbq or I eat a lot? Ordered another one. 6 week delivery time. So excited it was to be here Oct 2. Got a call. Delivery is now 10/19. If it didnt take me 3 weeks for a refund the first time (oh thats a whole other story) I would cancel. Last purchase I will ever make. My money is good at other places that care.
Staff is always around and helpful, and the store always has what I need and more.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would this store is horrible customer service managers dont care and just laugh at you, I have made a purchase for two items for an upcoming anniversary party with people flying out of town, I made a reservation for one week ahead of time Is, for them to assemble a product and deliver to me like they promised they brought me the item damaged and missing parts after going to the store and complaining they advise me that they will bring me a new product not floor sample, and yet again they brought me a floor sample. I had went to the store trying to talk to the manager that I just spoke to yesterday that advised me that I will get 2 new products from the Box not sample from the floor he looked at me with no response, Basically useless. Very disappointed at the store the managers gary furnish Was no help, It had to drive 10 miles to another home depot to get the products that I wanted and received great customer service. This store has dropped significantly, I would not recommend a store horrible service.
Sonny went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of at this Home Depot! I had problems with self checkout and then I realized I left my debit card at home. He tried everything to help me see if we could use my pro account card to pay and then I realized I had my check book and he patiently waited through that. The whole time he was so pleasant and kind! He never once made me feel like a burden even though I felt so embarrassed that I couldnt get it together! I had already had a long day and I was taking my daughter out to buy stuff for our diy guinea pig cage project. This night could have ended in tears for me, but thankfully with a wonderful employee like Sonny, my daughter and I were all smiles and I will be making the drive from Woodstock to become a permanent customer! I couldnt be more thankful for customer service like that!!
Clean well organized store. Got everything I needed. Self checkout was easy. Only annoying thing was a guy trying to sell me a HVAC tuneup.
Yvonne in the returns/customer service area is an absolute gem! I had a very large order to pick up and she helped me along the way and ensured I was helped promptly and quickly. She made the process an amazing one. I live between 2 Home Depotβs and have used both, now I am going to stick to the Sandy Plains location because of her excellent customer service and positive attitude! She is the best!!

Ordered a front door and patio door to be installed and it took over a week for anyone to contact me. Every time you called it would just go to voicemail. When we finally scheduled delivery, the installer went to pick the door up it was cut wrong. He waited an hour and a half and I finally had to come up there and reschedule. I spoke with Peyton, the manager, and he said he would rectify the problem and promised someone would call me back that day. One week later no call. No follow up from Peyton or the installation department. I decided to cancel the order. Ive always heard not to get anything installed by Home Depot and now I know why. Never again!

I rarely write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond, I believe it is necessary. I met Shel in appliances today while looking to purchase a chest freezer. Shel endured my many questions and conversations to decide on which freezer to purchase. Not only was I alone to make purchase but was in my suv with limited space. Shel went to my suv and measured my vehicle to make sure it would fit. He helped me with my purchase, transporting to my car and loading (a fellow employee helped but didnt get his name). I can not say enough about the level of customer service that was provided to me today. Home Depot did a great job hiring him and I wish there was a Shel in every store I entered. Thank you!!

I try to go to this Home Depot because its closer to home, but I cant tell you how many times I end up having to go to the Woodstock location because they dont have what I need. If you go early in the morning, you stand a chance of finding help. After 3:00 PM, good luck. The people at the pro desk are nice enough, but you pretty much have to walk into the store to get a hold of them. I just called the store because after three trips, they couldnt get my delivery right, and they told me they hoped to get back to me soon but couldnt guarantee anything because theyrereally busy. Meanwhile, I could be stuck with a construction crew that Im paying for but they cant work because of lack of materials. To their credit, they did call me back within 10 minutes. Im not rating them lower because they are my local store and I have been going there for years, but I just got an email from them asking for feedback, so here it is...

My experience was at first an excellent one that turned sour as soon as I reached the register. I had a wonderful experience working with Ms.Pat to find a doorbell camera for my home, until I reached the register to check out only to be constantly be questioned by the white, female cashier, Ms.Patricia, as to why I walked into the store with a doorbell camera that I wanted to get help with installing. I showed her my receipt showing that I owned the item, only to be constantly questioned about why I had it. Yet, I have never seen anyone that walked into a home improvement receive this treatment, as many people enter the store with items that they owned.
Had the best associate this morning . She left her station walked me to where I needed to get my item. That was super.
My 11/14 visit was wonderful. While looking for a leaf vacuum. We encountered Marshall. Not only is he a good HD employee, he was a good person. The Home Depot is very fortunate to have him. I only wished I hadnt forgotten to find the manager that day to tell him! I was too happy with my new toyπ

This isnt your typical layout... Hard to find products and the store is poorly stocked and doesnt have the variety a normal home depot does. However, the employees are very helpful.

The Home Depot has everything you need to get your garden growing. There were so many beautiful flowering plants and bushes today that it was hard to choose.

I would to public appreciate Mark of the kitchen design section, hes so amazing.I was looking for kitchen cabinets, but I did not wanted to break the bankand Mark helped me to find my cabinets to fit on budget. Home Depot change their policy on returns now they donβt want to accept any defective items if you donβt have a receipt before it was no problem with your drivers license but now they will not.

An overall great place for hardware, tools and other building/maintenance material.The plant section has a lot of neat plants, but not as much as a general plant store would include.A couple issues with this store.1. All of their plants are severely over watered!2. The cacti are usually placed at the check out line with no sunlight or watering. I know that cacti are bred to be resilient and easy house plants, but Home Depot has enough room in their garden section to fit in some cacti here and there.Please get some more plant savy employees. It breaks my heart to see so many good plants mistreated.

Inventory system is not accurate. Needs work. Call the store first if you are looking to get something specific. Store may show 130+ in stock, but employees either canβt find it, too difficult to get off the 2nd story shelf, or donβt actually have any product.

I went for a few gardening things. The area was messy but I was able to get a bag of pebbles. But they didnt have anything else I was looking for. I stood in line, when my turn came, an employee watched another customer walk right in front of me, smiled at me, and said nothing. A different employee came, & directed me to an open line. I give the cashier my money, and she begins to just feel and rub it. I asked her what she was doing, and she said that the $50 bill I had given her feels funny. I then told her that because she had on gloves, it was gonna feel different. After a few seconds of her looking around, I asked her where her money pen was. She didnt answer, still looking around. 2 other employees came through the door and she told them that the money I had given her felt counterfeit. So not only am I STILL waiting to check out, people are looking at me as if Im doing something wrong. The 2 employees grabbed the money, looked at it in the light& and assured her that it was real. And one of them was trying to make excuses for her. She then checked me out, no apology, nothing. Very frustrating to say the least. I will not be returning to this location....or maybe Ill just start going to Lowes.

Curbside pick up at Home Depot is the greatest invention ever. If I never have to wander through aisle after aisle the stuff looking for the one particular thing I need Ill be fine with it. You text them when youre in the parking lot and they bring your order out and stick it in your trunk!
Popped in for a replacement faucet. They had what I needed, someone offered to help me and made sure I had the right one, was able to use a gift card I had, was helped to do it by a checkout person, and on my way. Sort of they way its supposed to be - a good visit!

Masks not worn by associate sitting in the center isle as you come in (selling windows?) and no one enforcing the requirement that customers wear maks. Consequently, numerous customers were did not have on masks. No more visits for me.
Our computer wont let us rent the truck.I stopped in to rent a pick up truck on Monday July 13 at about 2:30PM. The clerk in the rental department stated that they did have a truck available. He then proceeded to reach for the key but stopped. He turned to me and stated that even though they had a truck, their computer wont let them rent it out. (????????) I didnt understand this, esp. since I didnt see him check. I just felt like he didnt want to help me or rent me the truck. I had to drive all the way to Sandy Springs to rent a truck. I love Home Depot, but I wont visit this store again.
Just needed a mouse trap. Two associates werenβt sure about my simple question, and they didnβt try to get me someone who know. I also waited in the area for a pro to come in so I ask My question and no one showed up.
This is by far the best Home Depot in Marietta Georgia!! Ameerah helped me with an exchange & she also helped me save $5!! She did a very good job & was very efficient!!

By far my favorite location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but not aggressively so. I like going in and doing my thing, and if I need help its always close by. They do not take tapping credit cards yet as payment, and given recent circumstances, I hope the company moves in that direction.

Worst floor associate experience. I asked an associate by the name Scott for assistance in locating mower belts. He responded to not know and he has the guts to ask me that cant I see that hes not working in the garden department. He stated that I need to find an associate in garden department. I was so puzzled. I asked the guy, how do I know which associate works at garden, or not. Everyone wears a home deport apron. I asked to speak to the manager and ranted about this attitude filled floor associate. Manager was so helpful, and got me another associate to help. Thats the only reason I added an extra π. I dont get it, if you cant serve customers, youre in the wrong career.
This H.D. store is smaller than some of the other stores in the area so they dont have as much inventory as the larger stores and they seem to have a problem stocking inventory which could be due to the manufacturers but I have shopped here many times and had to go somewhere else as a result.The staff there are friendly and are always assisting customers. Wish they had a larger variety of items for certain departments and Ive seen some other stores that are continually replacing inventory and most of the newer inventory is the latest greatest as far as advancement in manufacturing and technology.But we cant be picky now can we? Im glad this store is convinient which has saved myself a lot of time and headaches over the years.Thanks Home Depot for being available to us.

BEWARE WHEN BUYING PAINT HERE. This is my second time this year going to HD for paint. First time needed basic βagreeable grayβ for living room, didnβt discover until halfway through the first coat that the paint was purple. They were friendly and re-mixed, stating that the lady who mixed it has never worked in the paint dept before. Fast forward to yesterday, we asked specifically for oil based paint for our camper and it wasnβt until we were cleaning the brushes with mineral spirits after our first coat that we realized they gave us 100% acrylic paint. I could not recommend them any LESS for paint. I repeat, just do not try here UNLESS youβre ready to read the whole can and compare the sample to the mix on the can before you leave the store. *facepalm* Everything else is fine.Edit: Donovan in customer service was incredibly helpful and gave us store credit for our troubles. Paint crew pulled the βtalk to a managerβ card. Don is the man. Weβll send a Christmas card this year π.
People here are always friendly and ready to help. I mostly use Home Depot for the power tools. The only issue I would say is most of the tools sold are DIYers, which is what Home Depot is geared towards of course. Wish they carried some of the more professional Milwaukee Tools. Ill check Home Depot, if they dont have it and depending on how fast I need it, Ill run to the Milwaukee store in Norcross or just order it online from Amazon or whoever. Overall this store and the customer service is good. No complaints hereπ

$2000 + to install a water heater with their vendor!Their pro in the plumbing dept is NOT customer centric. Kept telling me the wrong parts and solutions to my fridge water line issue. Return policy is horrible do not buy too much or the wrong thing, you will be stuck with it!
This is a smaller HD, but the staff is very helpful and the selection on most needs is good. If I need more decorative items, I will go to the HD in Woodstock or East Cobb. But for standard day-to-day needs, I prefer this location. My only negative about this store is the parking lot. The rows are too close together for the large carts plus cars pulling in and out. Otherwise great store.

My review today goes to Behr paint customer service from home depot. The paint works fine and its a great product but Im tired of their customer service which is not very helpful. Its not the first time I stay waiting to get my paint about more than 35 minutes. I guess the personell doesnt have enough experience also not enough personell.They barely ever get paint matches well (not most of the time). I wish it was faster and more accurate.
This location has been a continuous let down. We moved to the area 7 months ago, and I couldnt be more disappointed in the nearest location on Sandy Plains. We were disappointed in their service during our flooring projects and their storeastore service in store. Ive gotten to where I go to the Kennesaw store to avoid this location most of the time. The reason I went there today was because they had a blower in stock I wanted to purchase. When I got there I couldnt find what I was looking for, and asked a store associates for help. He verified they had 8 of the item in stock but they just checked the product in but that it was still in a truck that hasnt been unloaded. He said I could try coming tomorrow and that MAYBE theyll stock the items still on the truck. Thanks for wasting yet another hour of my time. Less time doing, more time at the Home Depot.
Not one worker offered to help me UNTIL I got to the parking lot and the very nice young man gathering carts offered and loaded the bags of mulch and top soil into my suv

This is your typical Home Depot. Ive never had an issue when shopping here. Staff had always been helpful when I needed advice or where a particular product was. They tend to be fairly busy so expect to encounter a line at check out from time to time.

Clean store well stocked
Curbside pickup was terrible. No one answered the phone despite repeated attempts and ringing for over 10 minutes. Finally gave up, left the car and spoke to the employee at the door, who (after several more minutes) brought me my order. I told them no one was answering the phone and that other customers were also waiting for pickup, but they didnt do anything - didnt go over to the obviously waiting cars and ask their order number or anything. My husband had a much better experience with curbside pickup at the merchants walk store. Will not go back to this store!
Well organized. Friendly service. Today I purchased hardware, storage, electrical supplies, light bulbs, & garden items. My only issue was reaching stock that was up too high, but they have enough people to help. And by the way, I HATE self check out.
