This walmart always seems sketchy to me. I mean evweytime I go there are police there, its dark, the store is always a mess but I keep going back because they have more selection than my neighborhood walmart. Boxes everywhere, employees with unwarranted attitudes. I believe this will be the end of my frequenting. I have take the last eye roll and head bob....

Last year an associate spit in me outside by the Coca Cola machine. Why you ask? First that was assault and I should of pressed charges at the time like Crystal Huff (manager) advised. Beverly was rude by a tent demanding customers wear masks and called me a foul name. Let’s see… February 2021 I used the fitting room. There was no associate and the fitting room door was unlocked with a pile of clothes in a corner seat. All of a sudden I hear loud banging on the door about “You’re in the covid room” umm!!! She then calls a lost prevention hourly manager to yell at me like I was a criminal using an unlocked fitting room. I was advised clothes are thrown in fitting room 1 after they are tried in by customers and they sit in the room 24 hours to be placed back on hangers…. Umm!!?? Whoa! Why was there no sign that stated “Do Not Enter”, “Caution” or the door “locked”. I asked… Elizabeth then threatened me and stated he of previous complaints plus that issue I was “banned” from her store. I was never banned because I left. For 9 months I’ve been shopping there with no issue after this last issue. I have receipts and bank statements. This morning she walked behind me at a self checkout calling me foul names, threatening me and told me to leave after paying for my items. Once again, I stated I’ve did nothing wrong and when I called the police on her she actually canceled my order. Now myself, cat and child have no food or letter. Talk about no customer service or morals at this store. She even ordered around a girl named MJ and Eli to lie for her print a phony report before the police arrived. I hope she realizes video can be pulled and this behavior was abusive. If she has children they’re definitely being abused. I’ve already contacted the news media, police, and the actual headquarters. This person named Elizabeth needs to be in a prison cell the remainder of her life. Connie Lambert is an awful store manager that claims to also be a marketing manager. Most of her Facebook friends are known drug addicts and felons. Kind of makes sense now. The store is never stocked. Management bad mouths our lovely tourists and locals. This Walmart was on the news before for mistreating an elderly associate and they fired him for his age which is full discrimination. They rehired him and cut his hours to bad he had to seek other employment thanks to Connie Lambert. He recently passed away. How sad, inhuman and embarrassing.

I tried the new Walmart app Scan & Go. It was okay until I got to the register to check-out. Horrible! Once I clicked on the QR code to start the process of checking-out, the trouble started. The screen continued to clock to the point I called for assistant. Once the Rep got there the screen finally changed.But the trouble continued. Neither the Walmart Rep nor I understood what was happening next. The screen on the register appeared frozen along with the screen on my phone. After some time trying to understand what is happening,I had to abandon everything that was scanned on my phone. That was done by canceling all that was scanned so that it would transfer those items for the purpose of re-scanning them on the register. Even that process was a problem. The screen on my phone would not clear. Quite some time has passed with my trouble before I was then able to re-scan everything on the register. Still neither the Walmart rep nor I understood what was going on. I was so frustrated by the time I was done.Will I try this new app again? At the heat of the moment, NO!. Later on I realize there is a 15-day trial using the new app. With that in mind, I will give it another try... maybe in another store.

I bought moving boxes from here two weeks ago. Now my bedroom (and no where else in apartment) has a roach infestation. The boxes are only in bedroom. I never had a roach problem all summer until I brought your infested boxes into my apartment!! Now Im trying to find out what to do to not carry the darn bugs to my new house...which is my forever home.

This Walmart is the most horrible Walmart ever there always out of stock on stuff its messy and so unorganized with them having pallets and pallets in the way where u cant hardly get around. People are so rude and unfriendly. When u do ur walmart grocery pick up they always tell u not available for items and when u go right in that store its all there and u can tell they didnt just stock the shelves. This walmart is so horrible.Id rather spend the extra money at Krogers or somewhere then to have to go and deal with this walmart. HORRIBLE!!!

So I’m giving this a one star because the customer service I received today was very poor I was trying to find non slip shoes i was having a hard time finding them so I went to one of your employees Carline and ask did they have any non slip shoes available she totally ignored me then when I finally got her attention she responded saying WHAT!!! So for that reason I will not be shopping at this Walmart again because I felt very disrespected as a customer.

Purchased my 2 year old grandsons first tablet! Selected the PBS Playtime Pad 2.0! So far so good! Love the product! And my grandson loves to swip! Shouts out to this store for having inventory when I needed it!

In a nice area. The employees are very nice and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and didnt have to spend any more time than I needed.

Some of the work is a very nice but some of these older workers feel like they can have a nasty attitude when they feel like it plus the manager down there is dumb as a box of rocks. I cant say that Miss Lydia does a wonderful job she has a good personality and she had demeanor is on point.

Love this store, my main store!!!! Buy a lot of items from this one.. lets just say,on certain days that I go there,if they took a live survey of items that you bought there, and wanted them back!!!! I would come away in my birthday suit!!!Lol.. just a little humor..

CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!Heres my 8+ month expired candy I just bought 2/13/2021 and my old/melted/white symphony bar that has a year left before it expires. CLEARLY they do not do inventory checks here. I can only imagine what else is almost a year expired in there. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Even though the COVID-19 pandemic is still in play, this store is doing it’s best! It’s clean and most of the employees are eager to assist.

If you hate your job QUIT . I waited over 2.5 hours for a delivery that never came . The guys who kept coming to my car kept getting smart . I told myself if he got smart one more time I was gonna get out the car. It’s LITERALLY ONLY THIS WALMART. No other Walmart is this slow and illiterate. No drive, no sense of urgency, no care !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The female employee in the produce section of Walmart that was ticketing the fruit and vegetables was rude and very disrespectful. I will never ask another employee for help at this particular store!! The company employees needs to be trained on how to help customers without having a nasty attitude!!!!

If I could give a -5 I would this store is terrible. Associates are treated poorly and the managers walk over them and customers. I’ve been going to this store for a while and the lack of respect for the workers from the higher pay is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve heard managers talking down on their associates many times and it’s uncalled for. People are always rude because they don’t get the respect that a human deserves. I’ve had several conversations with employees stating that the managers throw them anywhere and everywhere without any compensation. Do NOT come here. Let me not even get started on the managers i’ve had encounters with. They are all rude and unprofessional and disrespectful to customers because they have to get off their a** and help assist somebody. If you ever need a manager expect to be waiting nearly an hour for one to come.

I purchased the Sauder Desk Escritorio and carried it all the way up to my apartment by myself only to open the box and see the desk is missing key instructions. None of the pieces are labeled like outlined in the manual. I should have known not trust Walmart with a purchase like this. They accept returns and just put it back out on the floor to be resold never checking whats actually missing. This is so frustrating.

I don’t know why this is, but this walmart seems to attract the strangest of scenarios. it seems everytime i pull up, there is another person having an episode of some sort or the police have had to show up. it seems the staff know how to handle it well though. 🤷🏽‍♀️

As we all know Walmart on several occasions can be a One-Stop shop, but this store is definitely unique in its own way and has provided me with several different options than most traditional supercenters.Great customer service and happy employees always make my shopping experience 100% better thank you Walmart family and I highly encourage that if there is any shopping center you choose, hopefully youre in the area to choose this one.

Great walmart close to my house! Always great prices!!! Stock is lower than Id like and theyve stopped carrying some of my favorites but its still a good walmart for grocerys and more!

They do a decent job of stocking the shelves but its not rare for something to be out. Store and bathrooms are kept clean. I have only seen a MAX 2 of the checkout lines going at a time, otherwise it is self checkout %100. And they only have the small self checkout areas so it can be a pain to use if you have a full cart.

Never have items in stock, very young, immature staff. Most are too lazy to help you find anything. Never any lanes open, even the pick up is SLOW. The last time I ordered for pick up they gave me items that had been opened for some reason. The only reason I give two stars is because I know the store layout for the most part. 😖😖

Let me start off saying that this Walmart is the worst, unprofessional, disrespectful place to ever get your stuff from. The managers are ridiculous and very unprofessional doesn’t help you at all, gives you an ugly stare. There inventory is horrible, can’t find anything. Employees are mistreated and under pressure by these higher employers like team leads. One of my friends who works there was disrespected by an employee name Cassie who works there. There’s always something up in that store by one of these managers but overall it’s disappointing. Some workers are hardworking employees and shouldn’t be mistreated by customers and by there coworkers.

I typically go to the other location a few miles down for my pickup and I’m there 10 minutes, top! But this one is closer to my house, so I said let me check out this one, Well...40 minutes after checking in and speaking with 2 associates, I’m STILL waiting for my groceries. I could’ve went inside and did the shopping myself at this point. The whole idea of pickup is to be time efficient. I’m very disappointed with the lack of respect for the customer’s time, especially when they actually send a text saying the order is ready for pickup. I won’t be back to this location!!!

Theyve added self checkout lines which dont accept cash. They usually only have 2 lines open with actual cashiers. If you have a couple items but plan to use cash be prepared to WAIT like you have a cart full

Typical of most Walmarts straight to the point good prices. There are never enough cashiers, however self checkouts help.The floor staff are less than enthusiastic. Its like pardon me for asking a question. Cashiers are generally better, which why they are customer facing.

Four times in one month ! I visited this Walmart and there were no shopping carts at the entrance. This was not an isolated incident, it was the 4th time it has happened in the past month. Sam Walton is turning over in his grave. Walmart might be the larges retailer in America right now, but if they keep failing to take care of their customers, they will go the way of Sears and K-Mart (out of business).

Came to this Walmart to get a flower for a grieving family. The garden center was horrible. But horrible. Every single flower was dead.. When I ask the staff member do they not water the flowers his response was the water was shut off. I also wanted to purchas some sunscreen for a trip to Florida I will be going on. After getting to the register with the item it would not scan. The cashier politely told me I could not purchase the item because it was not in the system.

It feels like a worn down Walmart that is frequently out of products forcing you to go to another Walmart.The concrete floor inside once had a mirror polish (mirror polishes on concrete floors are applied with a machine that resembles a walk behind lawn mower except instead of a grass cutting blade, a large, round diamond sanding disc is in place of the grass cutting blade). Now, the floor is worn/scratched in too many places giving a worn feeling.A moldy/mildew smell can be noticed after walking inside (just past the security checkpoint) that seems to come from all directions. Its obvious that their HVAC system could use a maintenance overhaul, but is probably too pricey to get fixed.This Walmart has all the amenities of a usual Super Walmart including a pharmacy, garden center, eye doctor with contacts/glasses, and a self serve Murphy gas station (owned by Walmart) at the end of the front parking lot.Many of the customers seemed racial and rude.The Walmart associates were also rude and many didnt know where common products were located such as apple sauce.This Walmart location and the Walmart location at 210 Cobb Parkway are the worst locations in the area. I try not to shop at these locations if I can help it.Lastly, this Walmart location closes at midnight. This Walmart is not a 24-hour location.Sincerely,Jacob

Using the pickup feature here has been a disaster. They need to manage it better and have more workers. I’ve had to wait way too long compared to other Walmart stores.

This location is just convenient it seems they always have 2 cashiers the self checkout is card only.

Ledet was working by herself as usual a long line of people, half of them giving her a hard time like, it is her fault they either are short people or stink at scheduling peak coverage! Yet she has a smile and keeps providing stellar, amazing customer service greeting everyone with a smile like family!

Limited selections of items, the shelves were pretty bare. However the gas station ⛽ has the cheapest gas in the area. I was excited to discover the 😊😊

Awesome customer service. Had to return this item I bought earlier because I no longer needed it and I was attended to in a matter of minutes. Employee even even assisted me in getting a replacement item for the one I returned.

The customers and employees all seemed so respectful and polite.The employees here should be recognized, and thanked for creating such a positive, peaceful environment.The store was well organized, clean and well managed by a great team.Everyone really cared. I left feeling welcome and appreciated.

Always plenty of parking and the store is well maintained. Checkout is the same issue as with most Walmarts: not enough cashiers. But the self service check out moves quickly eventhough you have to bag your items yourself.

Its probably the biggest Walmart Ive been to. They have everything here. See my photos. Do not go to the McDonalds here,, the people at this McDonalds are always goofing off, people waiting in line and 1 register open and 3 employees just chatting. Its very dirty,, soda machine was nasty. But the Walmart itself is nice,, helpful staff

Went Easter dinner shopping late (gasp!) - 7pm to be exact. BUT they were stocking shelves, the meat was there, everything except for yellow squash but I am not complaining!

Pretty good. Im picky about my pancakes, but I love how they create the bear pancakes for kids. Also the kids meals are huge, almost as big as adult meals.

Not an entirely terrible experience but cell signal disappears pretty quickly after walking through the doors. The staff spoke stiffly but still accurately. Not a great customer service experience as Walmarts go but was adequate I suppose.

Good prices but their inventory is very lacking. I used to be able to get everything I came to get, now Im lucky if they half of the things I came to purchase.

They never take cash at self checkout and only have two registers open for cash payments and customers with large shopping carts. Most of the employees are doing online orders or stocking. Not a place to get in and out, if you go there with cash, expect to be there at least 30 minutes

Im adding to my previous review and this one is a result of my attempted curbside pickup this past week. I submitted a curbside pickup order by 11am for the only time the store had available which was 7 to 8pm. At 7pm I received a text stating they were still working on my order and would let me know when it was ready to pick-up. I decided to go grab a fast food carryout and head on over there, eat and wait for the text. It never came and when I tried to call the pickup number no one answered and the VM box was full. I called the store to speak to the manager and got the run around, that the Store Mgr. was gone for the day and the other Manager was at dinner and wouldnt be back for an hour. CONVENIENT.I called the 800# for Cust. Pick-up Cust Service & first spoke to someone who would reorder my groceries for the next day but I was transferred to someone who said the previous guy canceled my order and I would have to place it again myself the next day. I called the store back and spoke to another lady who took down my contact information and my complaint to give to the Store Manager so they could call me the next day. I never was called back and when I called the store again, no Manager was there. CONVENIENT. I wont shop at that store again and this afternoon will pick up an order at Kroger. I submitted an online complaint to Walmart Headquarters and it remains to be seen if anything is done. That day was a waste if gas, time and money. I made an 8 mile roundtrip for nothing, waited in the parking lot over 45 minutes and never have spoken to or heard back from a Manager. Way to win and keep customers, Walmart. NOT.I visited today for the first time using Curbside Pickup and was easantly surprised. Sigh was sp pleasant! He checked on me in the parking lot verifying my name and order then brought mine and another nearby customers orders soon after. I would recommend Walmart cut back some of the thick overgrowth surrounding the store and gas pumps and also add better sinage and lighting in the parking lot and at the street. Google directed me there but I couldnt see the place because of the overgrown trees and shrubs.

The machines at the register where you swipe your debit or credit cards are old and need to be updated. Every time a customer tries to use a Chase Credit card or debit card. They have to swipe it several times or in some case you have to put in your security code that is on the back of the card. Which then the bank put a fraud alert on your card. You then have to call the bank to have your card reactivated. Thia is a huge inconvenience for the customer and those waiting in line. The store is aware of this issue but has done nothing about it. Fix it. Walmart makes millions of dollers. There is no excuse for this.

Went to do an order pick up at twodifferent times during the day and I literally waited in my car for 30 mins after calling to say I am here to pick up my order… I coulda went in the store for this

How do you offer express delivery within two hours, then the order never arrives? Not only that, but no one updates you on the order via a call or in the app, no one answers the phone when you call, customer care calls you and y’all don’t even answer customer care!! This store is just worthless! Had I not called customer care I would not have known that the driver canceled on picking up my groceries and for some reason another driver was not found! Hence no groceries at all.

I like the cold cuts there fresher than Koger

I go to Walmart every week for last 2 years. Its a best place to get your regular weekly stuff at the best price. The place is quite clean and has almost everything you need. The staff is not that friendly but as I visit it every week, I really dont need any help in finding things. Weekends are very busy especially if you want to return stuff then their is a huge line at the counter. On goods/ items are updated almost every month depending on the special occasions.

People here are rude as hellChoose any other walmart if possible

I walk in the store and *literally* half the produce is molding on the shelves. Do you really expect me to buy this rotting food? This is insane and Im never shopping here again.
