I did not find the staff very respectful. I initially called asking if they buy formal dresses.. to which a staff member invited me to bring it in but informed me they are “picky”. I decided to bring it in anyway because I wanted to check out the store! They declined the dress which is understandable. Not the style they want to carry.As I was leaving I went to get my dress back but it was on the ground for me to pick up. I specifically brought the dress in on a hanger and protected by a bag. If you expect customers to be respectful and keep items on the racks instead of the ground, I would expect you to do the same..Also, I would suggest adding clips to your curtains for the changing room. As I was changing, with the curtains closed, a lady pulled them back on me. I’m not sure if she was a customer or staff member.On a good note, the store has some pretty cool pieces!Maybe the online shopping is a better experience.

I had a great experience online shopping with this store. The items are very reasonably priced, the bag I purchased is usually at least double the price I got it at on other reselling websites. The bag was shipped quickly and was well packaged and stuffed to preserve its shape. The bag arrived just as described online, and even had an additional original care card which I wasnt expecting so that was a nice surprise. I did have some trouble finding a mark that I needed to verify the authenticity of the bag at first on their site, but I checked on their instagram page and found additional photos that I needed. Would highly recommend following their instagram to see when new products come in. Ill definitely be keeping an eye out to buy more items in the future from them!

This is my favorite consignment store! I have never once walked out empty-handed. They have great finds for great prices and are always having sales. The ladies that work here are always very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves high end consignment stores!

The staff at both stores lack knowledge on how to run a business. I have been fighting myself on my feelings towards them. When you ask about an item they dont know where its at, they are not helpful and I even had to tone myself down from going at it with one of the ladies in Lilburn from screaming at me. She immediately apologized and I let it roll-off because I was in a good mood. I have had incidents where I didnt get the items I purchased and the two stores do not work together to provide a good customer experience. It didnt use to be like this.

I just love this place, about 50 or 60% of my wardrobe is from back by popular demand, that’s so funny, but a most of my Clothes’s and accessories I bought had the brand new tags on them and I paid less than I would at any store. I don’t pay regular prices anymore for clothes that I like!

Love this place! great quality and designer merchandise at wonderful prices. I took my niece prom dress shopping at the Lilburn store and it was a great experience- very friendly, helpful staff. The dress we purchased was a fraction of the price as the same dress at a bridal shop. Ive purchased designer handbags, clothing and shoes also at incredible prices.

Ive known Melissa and frequented her store in Marietta for a few years before moving to Austin. I cant express enough how much I enjoyed my shopping experience there. It truly is the best consignment store. The employees were always helpful and friendly. Melissa is a wonderful person and is passionate about what she does. I am thrilled to be able to still shop virtually, and plan to ship my own items to be consigned with BBPD.

I shop at the Marietta location on a regular basis and buy via their online videos. I have also sold some high end items there and done well. The store is well organized and the women that work there are always welcoming and helpful. If you haven’t tried it you are really missing out! Excited to venture out to Lilburn in the near future to see their inventory.

I happened upon this gem of a store, while scrolling IG. Checked out their page, loved everything!! The very next weekend they spoke about their 1x annual 50% sale w/ thousands of great items. I never buy from IG stores. However, it looked like they had a great following and of course I googled the actual store to make sure it was legit. I bought 2 pair of shoes and when they arrived, they were as described, priced amazingly and I’m thrilled! I’m so glad I don’t live in Georgia or I would be broke! BBPD is Fantastic. Really unpleased with my experience today. The women working were very short with me and rude. I gave two stars because I found a purse and eyeshadow pallet but the prices are not better than tjmaxx where you can buy the same stuff brand new. There was also employees talking and standing in front of the counter through the whole process which made it awkward for me to check out and speak with those behind the counter. I definitely will not come back, the woman looking through the clothes I brought made a comment about the items needing to be in the past couple years ( the items I brought were) and the items in the store are very outdated and priced way too high. I thrift often and this is prob my least favorite thrift store I’ve ever been to

I found a Kate Spade purse online and fell in love, so I sent the picture to my husband. The person who helped him knew exactly where the purse was and was very helpful. Can’t wait until my next purchase!

This store has a decent selection of jewelry, clothes and shoes. The prices were slightly over priced for consignment items and comparable to shopping at Marshalls and T.J. Max. Unfortunately, several of the items that I purchased were mark downs but I was charged full price🤔.

Lauren, in the East Cobb store, is THE BEST! Shopping is just frustrating to me unless Lauren helps me. She she can look at me and will go hunt down some things that she thinks would work with my size, shape, etc... Ive been in when Lauren isnt there and come out empty handed but always walk away with multiple items with Laurens help! The prices are great, product is great and I love the store but wish this location were bigger (I dont have time to go to Lilburn). Im giving it a 4 Star rating because they dont have enough items at this store in my size (especially size 6-6.5 shoes) and because they need more Laurens!

Customer service has been slowly going downhill at the East Cobb location, but my last visit really took the cake. I wanted to open an account, so I brought in 30 or so items (mostly nice business casual, no suits). As per their guidelines, everything was within the past two years, clean, and most of it was brands listed on their website.The employee behind the counter (dressed in a thin tank-top and cut-off shorts) combed over every piece, then LECTURED me on how women dont dress business-casual for work anymore, because they all wear jeans and khakis and t-shirts so they can be comfortable in the workplace.LOL WAT. If I showed up to the office in jeans and a t-shirt, Id be sent home in a hot minute!! Shorts Lady just kept repeating Women dont want to dress up for work anymore, no one is buying this stuff. If its not what your store is looking for, just SAY that, theres no reason to be insulting and rude.On TOP of that, I found several pieces of clothing with obvious holes and stains. I saw one customer bring an item up to the counter and point out a hole. Shorts Lady apologized and took it, but the second that customer left the store, she put it right back on the rack!Forget this place. Either make the schlep to the Lilburn location (havent been, but heard its really nice), or head over to the Revive in Smyrna (REALLY great customer service).

I have been a repeat customer to this shop for a couple years and have bought formal dresses from them in the past. I was very disappointed with my visit today because a worker refused to take a dress off the mannequin for me because she assumed it wouldnt fit me. This was not only lazy, but also very insulting. Normally, I am a size 4 and the dress was a size 2. In the past I have bought formal dresses in a size 0 all the way to a 6 just depending on the material and designer. Very rude. Will not be coming back.
