No soap in the facility to wash hands after using bathroom. The manager says hes out and he doesnt have any and doesnt know when hes getting any. Due to COVID-19 and new variants this gas station should be sited for not being clean.

I walked in and went to get a slushie and there were no cups so I put my slushie in a fountain drink cup was told that it was 4 bucks and I was like Im not paying for it and was accused of stealing and I went and showed him my receipt for my drink and was offered the drink still so I payed a dollar for it

BP always matches gas price with cross street QT from day one it had started. I am the customer from the beginning till dated and never found gas price is higher than QT. BP gas is much better than QT but cheap which made me a loyal customer. In terms of customer service and cleanliness, it is excellent. Monday to Saturday whenever I went there I could get in even after 10 pm and Sunday after 9 pm.

Restroom is always out of service. Such a basic convenience for customers is always closed, so I guess I would never be getting gas...

The coffee is burned. The coffee signs are confusing. They remind me of a funeral. The Atm is too slow and there is a cable in front of it. You could trip on that cable too easy!

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with gas station. The rudest, racist, negative people I have ever meet at a gas station. The Spanish and middle eastern guy were working. Avoid them there savages.

Proceed with caution as there gas has caused me mechanical problems with water in the gas. They are rude and do not want to own up to the mistake.
