It is a safe gas station store.

Kind of dumpy and run down. Old pseudo gambling machines that give tickets so there is always a crowd cranking on them.

I didn’t know you had to pay for a lottery ticket with cash. The owner proceeded to yell at me and ask “why did I do that”. There were no signs that said I had to pay with cash. I would have bought something and asked for cash back but he was rude and kept yelling. I left.
