Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Fantastic product!!! Let me just say this bakery saved our day on short notice!!! We had ordered custom cookies for a baby shower with another bakery who had an emergency and was unable to complete our order last minute. I called cookies by design and they really went above and beyond to do our order and saved our day!!! The cookies were gorgeous and delicious! We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them!!!

Products are beautiful and arrive on time with a smile:) The cookie bouquets are HUGE! Weve made special requests (out-of-range delivery, change orders, delayed orders, same-day orders, etc.). The Marietta team and Stephanie are TOPS!Pro: Products and service are beautiful!Con: I havent tasted the cookies-- kids love, but unsure about adult palettes.

Buyer Beware!!! - I’ve ordered from them twice now and will NEVER order from them again. The first time, the delivery driver threw the cookie arrangement on my friends front porch cookies were broken, icing melted etc. I called customer service they said they’d send out a free arrangement- never came. I called again, “oh I’m so sorry I’m sure it was a glitch let me send the request again.” Still no delivery - horrible!!Next time, Christmas gift that a Christmas gift was sent - received the cookies - never received any of the candy or nuts ordered as well. I contacted customer service and they never even got back to me. Horrible company who likes to steal money and lies to customers every chance they get!!

I ordered a birthday cookie bouquet for a friend and she loved it! Lexi took my order and I received an email confirmation and it was delivered exactly when she said it would-and got an email confirmation on that, too! My friend was so surprised and loved it and said they were really good! I, too, decorate cookies and noticed a couple of them looked a bit rushed but, other than that-it was a great experience and hope to order again!

I ordered 10 different flavored cupcakes for my sisters birthday. I live in another state so I called to be sure Id receive a delivery notification. A gentleman called back promptly, apologized for the wait, and asked me when would be the best time to have the items delivered for the recipient. They were delivered not long after that and she said they looked great and the ones she already tried were delicious!

Aw Man Haven’t Even Received My Basket Yet, But Just Their Customers Service Over The Phone Alone Was Super Sweet, Loving & Very Helpful . I Didn’t Know what To write on my card the manager I forgot her name but she was my Shakespeare big shout out !!! Nothing But laughs the whole order . I bought custom cookies from Cookies by Design, and they were spectacular! The presentation was on point, and the service was incredible!

I called this store 7 times to order a cookie bouquet. I specifically requested that it be delivered to a teacher at school before the end of the day. I requested by 3p. I called at 2:30p and was told the order had left and was to be delivered priority. That was a LIE!!! After not hearing from the birthday celebrant, I called again at 4:45p and was told the arrangement had just left the store to be delivered. Of course a cookie delivery would not make it to her school before she left for the day in Atlanta traffic. Thanks to this establishment, they ruined what was suppose to be a beautiful birthday surprise...very disappointed!!!!

I placed an order online this morning for delivery guaranteed today .At 4:15 pm this afternoon I received a call from Lexi ( said she was manager)and she said sorry she couldn’t deliver today and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow . Did tell her that if I had known earlier I would have canceled the order and called another company, but now it was too late . Delivery surprise ruined . Second why would I deliver to a business on a Saturday ? I told her I would call back and give her an additional address. She asked what she could do and I said “ for starters a discount “, she said ok 20% . I tried to call back and no answer . Called phone # on website and no answer, voice mail options . Many phone calls later someone answered, a male voice and he didn’t identify the company and sounded like he just woke up . He said he could help me and Lexi wasn’t available . After 10 minutes of attempting to give him address I had to cancel because he still had the address wrong . Very poor service and misleading with same day delivery . I wouldn’t use them ever again . Lots of other places to order from .

My mother in law is sick in the hospital. I needed to send something delicious for my brother in laws to eat while taking turns watching her. I tried to get other big chain cookie places to deliver them. They messed it up. I was desperate and googled cookies in Atlanta. I found you. You did a fantastic job on short notice. AWFUL. They never answer the phone and, since the voice mail box is always full, you just get hung up on. When we went to pick up our cookie 25 minutes before closing, the lights were off and the door was locked. We banged on the door for over 5 minutes and called before we FINALLY got someone to the door. We were then told there were no orders ready for us. Luckily, the woman was just wrong and our cookie was ready. It looked exactly as described but was hard as a brick.You know you shouldnt go back when 8-year-olds dont even eat the cookie.Waste of time and money.

Outstanding customer service! It was so easy to place my order. The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered with excellence. Honestly I would not reorder again. I placed an online order 2 days prior to when I needed it delivered, and placed the order to be shipped/delivered before noon to surprise my husband at work. The bouquet didn’t show up until after 4 and he had already left work. $60 is pretty steep for mediocre service, I got zero confirmation on any delivery and had to call twice. I only gave 3 stars because he did say the cookies were tasty, but next time I will go back to edible arrangements.

I was so very impressed by the ease of ordering and the speed at which Cookies By Design delivered my order. My friend, who lives in Georgia, just had a baby. Living in NH I was struggling with ideas for gifts to send her in the hospital. I came across the CBD website, loved what I saw, and called to place an order. My friend sent me a photo of what she received the very next day and it looked just as it did on the website. She also told me how delicious the cookies were, and that she was going to start recommending them as well! Allie and her team deserve a large shout out...I called them early on a Monday morning as my team at work had to pull crazy weekend hours. I wanted to provide recognition and fast. She had them a thank you basket at the office in Alpharetta, Ga by midday on Monday - many thanks!

I have not ordered from them in years, but when I ordered years ago, there werent any problems. The product was good. So when I decided to make a special trip out there this past Friday to get some New Years cookies for a few people (not specially made, just to purchase something they already had in store) I looked up hours online and it showed they were open till 6, when I got there, sign on door said 5, but nevertheless I got there in time either way, by about 4. Door was locked. No sign saying they were closed, or well be right back, etc. Went down road and got something 2 eat. Came back, door still locked. Knocked on door thinking someone was in back, as I was able 2 see a closed door w/light underneath it. Nobody came out. I called them and left a message requesting they call me 2 let me know if they were going to be there that nite and what would their hours be for Saturday? It is now New Years Day, and no messages from them. So I have to agree with some of the other posters on here about lack of customer service....Bottom line, you may want 2 call them if u dont want to waste a trip out there whether u live near them or not. And hope that they either answer, or u get a call back from them.

Extremely poor customer service! I have used Cookies by Design on several occasions, this was my first time with the Marietta location. Alice Ann Horner called me to let me know they went to the wrong address for delivery. She charged me a second delivery fee and couldnt give a total fee because she didnt know the zip code. She was very rude over the phone. Alice should keep in mind she has a job because she has a customer, not the other way around! I will never again use the Marietta location for my order. I will say that Cookies by Design has been great on other occasions.

Very Disappointed in their service! Ive been attempting to contact them on behalf of my company for the past 2 days to get more information on the logo cookies (as their website states). They ask for a 7 day lead time for the requests, and because of their LACK OF AVAILABILITY, I have now missed the deadline to order the logo cookies for my new employees. I have used this company in the past for employee gifts, however, I will NEVER use them again. Going to start ordering with Cookie Bouquets!!

Great service--and fast! And the cookies are delicious.

I dropped by and picked up a dozen assorted cookies just to give this place a try, but the cookies were pretty tough even on day one. Maybe because I didnt order ahead they just gave me some that had been sitting around and were old. By day two nobody (including the kids) wanted any so we eventually threw most of them away. I wouldve expected more for a 20 dollar box of cookies.
