The contractor tracked dog poop in my house and said he didnt do it when I questioned him. I have no dogs and white carpet. The work was good, though.

I had a last minute project going on around the holidays and needed a difficult to find part. I called around and ended up speaking with the owner of Central Electrical Supply. He told me that they had the part and to come on over anytime. I came in and spoke with him for a few minutes about the project. He made a suggestion that saved me HOURS of time and had the parts in stock. The level of service and knowledge exhibited is something that youd NEVER get from one of the big box stores and one of the reasons Ill wouldnt think of going elsewhere for my electrical needs going forward. Google says they re open til 1 on Saturday. Apparently this isnt true. I called about 10am asking for a part. Guy found what I needed but said he was leaving early. I asked him how long he said 30 minutes. I told Id be right there, 20 minutes later Im there but the store is a ghost town. So much for getting my project done on time over a stupid little plug.

I am in Kentucky and Made an order over the phone and had my parts the very next day!! Great Costomer Service!!!
