So far the experience was awesome. These guys are polite friendly courtesy and honest. Tried working with four other kubota dealerships and they where terrible and I was a potential customer can only imagine how they would be if I bought something. Back to these guys. Gene and Jim were upfront and honest got the best deal I thought I could get and the tractors being delivered today.

The only word to describe the service I received this morning at 6:51 a.m isEXCEPTIONAL!!!! My salesman was RG and he helped me to get in and out quickly.

Bad customer service. Waited in line for 10 minutes after the guy at the desk acknowledged me and then he helped another customer (that he apparently knew) instead while I just stood there. Very disrespectful.

Great customer satisfaction

This business is connected to a web site called TractorX.com. The phone number is for Atlanta Kubota. Beware!! Website not working correctly and called number was given higher pricing AND was told they never heard of TractorX.com. They would not honor the web price. They hung up on me when I asked for a manager. Very strange.

Good staff. Well this was true with the experience I had in the past and ironically. Today the owner allegedly thanked me. But my boss had a bad experience today as we tried to find out some information about a kx-91-3 serial 41275. The gentleman on the phone said he would be unable to help me if it wasnt sold at their location. But they have looked up things for us in the past without issue. However today as I said we had a problem.

Called to inquire about a part for a Kubota ZTR. Gave me a great price on the needed part, ordered it and told me when to expect it. Item arrived well before the expected day and they called me immediately to let me know it was in. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We did not have a very good experience using this place. Our mower took a few months to get done. They said they checked the carburetor and did a full service. The problem we brought the mower in for was not fixed. None of the spark plugs were changed. And the mower still had the same oil filter on it that I personally changed the last service. It still had my handwriting on it, but they swore they changed it out. They came and picked the mower back up after we complained to fix the problems we had. They changed the spark plugs this time. Said they took apart the carburetor. The original problem still occurred and the oil filter was still the exact same one with my writing on it. Also noticed that a overflow reservoir on one of the gas tanks was now missing. We decided not to deal with them again. Needless to say we wont be bringing our mowers back here again.
