Salesman can to do quote. Tech Josh came 1st time and did not have track. How do you come to install garage doors and do not have to track? I had my doors removed thinking the job was going to be completed. I had to install them back myself. Josh had major attitude and insulted me. Miguel showed up a few days later. Very courteous and professional. Not any fault of Miguel Two of the panel sections came damaged. Was told I would get a call back in reference to the panels replacement and two days later I still have not heard anything. I have used four seasons in the past and have had great success with them. This time has been a nightmare. Still waiting for a call back. OK so today is August 9. They sent somebody back change the panel that was defective and the new panel has another ding. Hope they’re not treating other customers like this.

Will most likely use them again next year to replace garage doors and openers. Techs did good work but left some parts on my garage floor that they forgot to pickup and trash them. Still, I gave them 5 stars for their overall work and demeanor. They deserved it.

I have found All 4 Seasons Garage Doors at BBB website when looking for garage door replacement companies. I reached out to the company and got an appointment within 3 days. Once I confirmed the model, I was given an appointment about a week later. Installer arrived ahead of schedule and completed his work in less than 3 hours. This included removal of old doors and HW, installation of new doors (conversion to torsion spring) and HW and hauling away removed items. Very professional and courteous service. Definitely recommend to those looking for garage door replacement.I got two 7-foot high and 8-foot wide, R9 insulated garage doors with nylon wheels. Installer also tightened the screws of existing garage door opener to make sure all operated very well.

He arrived 30 min early :). Diagnosed the problem quickly. Had the parts in the truck, fixed the mechanism and tidied up. In the record time of 2hrs total. We scheduled a service call to install weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door and do a service tune-up. THe communications via email and text was excellent. The technician was very polite, BUT,He showed up and found out that the wrong weather stripping was loaded on the truck, so we re-scheduled for the next week. During the second appointment, it was discovered that the weather stripping was cut too short. The technician said he completed the tune-up (theres a checklist.) I was not there when he did the work, but I did check the balance of the door/springs and they needed adjustment. During the third and final visit, the proper weather stripping was installed and the springs were adjusted properly.

The installer Josh arrived and introduced himself, and immediately began working to remove the old two garage doors. I was in the garage almost the entire time Josh was working, except for at most five minutes. At the end of the installment Josh did more than explain how the new remotes worked. I was told to put grease on the tiny wheels that ride along the track and put grease on the spring every three months, which I would have never known had Josh not told me. At the end of installment, I noticed Josh ran each door up and down several times to make sure a good fit, and to make sure doors closed smooth riding along the track. The garage was left just as clean as it was before he started. He also explained the warranty, and sent an email to my wifes phone immediately after I paid. We have never used Four Seasons, but were so very well pleased, we would recommend them to anyone. I dont know if you are allowed to ask Four Seasons if you can ask for employee Josh, however if you can, I would defintely do so. We were that well pleased with his work and the way he represented Four Seasons.

All Season is great. Super efficient, fair prices, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy, if anything I felt like I had to sell my service guy on why I need a new door motor, as he expressed a few times that I may be spending money unnecessarily. The guy Greg who came out was exactly what you want in a tech, works quick, friendly, to the point, and straight shooter. If we ever replace our door too, I’ll definitely have the same guy come back out.

Tried to find a local service but every one I found just subcontracted to a random independent and none of them were local. Kinda defeated the purpose. Finally called All Four Seasons after finding them in a Gwinnett County recommended services book. Wow! Literally half the price of the lowest of the other three I called. Got a quote over the phone and an appointment for the next afternoon. Chase, the technician, showed up at the beginning of the two hour appointment window. He was fast and very friendly, practically teaching me how to change torsion springs on our garage door (DO NOT TRY THIS YOURSELF, IT IS NOT A DIY PROJECT). Best left for the pros! When he finished, he told me what the broken spring did to the opener and offered to fix it but immediately understood when I said I would rather replace the opener on my own. The final price matched the quote and the door works great! A couple hours later and my new opener opens the door with new springs and I am very happy. I would recommend All Four Seasons Garage Doors to anyone with any garage door issue and would definitely call them first the next time I need help.

I called about a problem I was having with 1 of our pads located inside the garage. We have a 2 car garage system and as I said 1 pad was working fine and 1 was malfunctioning. I called All Four Seasons at 11:15 am this morning. They had a service technician at my house just over an hour later. He was very nice and professional. The problem was resolved. The garage doors and all the accessories were installed literally a year ago. The be exact it was 8/13/20. Today’s service call was done at no charge. I was very impressed with the quick response and quality of the service. I am very happy with my Liftmaster product and All Four Seasons. I would highly recommend this product and this company.

I cant say enough of the professionalism of the installer, Johnny. My installation was a particularly difficult one due to the lack of headroom so that the new garage door could go up and back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WORK TRUCK HERE!!! The company advertises fixing large truck roll-up doors as well and because of their great reviews I decided to give them a call. I am an independent distributor so my truck is basically my whole business. Took my truck weeks ago to have the metal wires on the roll-up doors replaced. They did a poor job and within a week one side began to uncoil making it difficult to open the door. They agreed to fix it and it initially looked like it was right the second time. I noticed recently that the wire was starting to uncoil and I asked my mechanic to look at it and give me advice on what to do because these people obviously dont know how to properly work on truck doors. I have an appointment for something else and he agreed to look at it to see if there was something he could do. Unfortunately, before I can do that, the metal wire has completely come off the drum and the door wont close all the way, its also to heavy for me to lift. I have lost work because I cannot drive around with a partially open door and I have perishable product I cant get out of my truck right now. They may be great at garage doors but DO NOT take your work truck here.

Man I feel bamboozled. Even though the tech that came out was great, I am beyond upset. I called in thinking I had a serious issue, and did not want to mess anything up trying to fix it myself (first time home owner). When I called in I was not told about the $125 diagnostic fee. The technician was here less than 10 minutes and noticed my sensor needed to be adjusted (was pointing to the ground). He literally moved it up a bit, and knocked my door for me to come downstairs. I was confused as to why he was done so quickly. I understand that employees need to be paid and gas needs to be filled up, but this really felt like highway robbery. For something so simple they could of just asked me to pay for the inconvenience of the drive. I am going to be buying a whole new system (we still have original) and I am definitely not calling you guys. Lost my business forever. Just as I initially thought, I should of done more research before making this call. Make sure if you call you do your research, and just know they’re not going to tell you that the tech is charging you $125 just for showing up. I typically do the whole YT thing, but as a new homeowner I am being a bit more cautious with things. Lesson learned

The worker/technician they send out know their stuff and are not trying to hem you up to get every last dollar from you.Both workers gave me an honest assessment of the problem and told me what it needed to be fixed and other things that I should think about in the future that could cause problems down the line.They have also fixed every problem I have had within a hour or two of their arrival..The best part is that they will take the time to walk you through explain what is wrong and what you need to fix it.They always seem to be able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours as well.Great place.
