Jim, the technician, arrived the same day I made the request for an assessment after my garage door stopped working. Norwood Garage Entrance Services guys came to my house to stop the running around we were doing every time we tried to pull our van into the garage. They were right on time,they actually waited for 10 min because I was not around.The technician was friendly, and knowledgeable. Working with Norwood Garage Entrance Services was a wonderful experience. My garage door is the oldest one on the block, but buying a new door is a bit expensive for me at the moment. One morning my little boy was playing with the button and in the process the door got damaged seriously. Dan showed up 1 hour after calling. He assured me the door can be fixed. It took him 2 hours to complete work and the fee was beyond reasonable. My door is still the old one on the block but it functions like new now.
