We hired shattered glass to cut and install our shower door. We were happy with instillation until we saw that they chipped a tile while installing. When asking for them to fix it they stated that We are not responsible for damages during installation. Its a small chip, and wouldnt cost much to fix; but instead of providing customer service shattered glass told me to get lost. Would not recommend using this company.

I called several companies to get a mirror estimate, and Shattered Glass was the only one that told me they would even try the project I wanted. Everyone else told me that it was impossible to do. Very professional, and very happy with the finished project! It fit perfectly.

If I could give negative stars I would, stay away from this company! They installed our shower glass doors in our newly renovated bathroom and damaged new tile during the process. They refuse to fix the tile stating that they are not responsible for any damage caused during installation. Barbara confirmed that this disclosure is listed on their estimate and invoice. My fault for not reading everything. If I would have known that they had such poor business practices I would not have hired them. It also took about 3 months to get a hold of them to make a final payment. I left voicemails but no one returns your calls. Future customers be warned, they can come into your home and damage property and get away with it.

I had a single double-pane window replaced by Shattered Glass. The guys performing the work and the front office were very courteous, efficient and professional. I was looking for a company that was dependable and they delivered! Since the tenant had to be present, it was important that they showed up as scheduled and since I was not going to be there to see the workmanship, it was even more important that they delivered as promised. They were reasonably priced so the convenience of not having to be present far outweighed the cost. I am happy with the service and the cost.

I needed a couple of pieces of glass ASAP. They were eager to get the job done for me so I could meet my deadline. Great staff and excellent service. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your glass needs.

Shattered Glass just completed my frameless shower installation. Workmanship was very good, service was very good. Came out to estimate and measure as scheduled. We went with a rain glass so that had to be ordered. Worked with Shelby and Richard in the office. They were both responsive and pleasant. Update 7/24/19: I should have mention that they were over 20% cheaper than the 2nd estimate I got.

I have had an end table sized piece of glass there for a month to have one cut to match. Cant reach them by phone, and after going by twice they didnt have it ready. I will have to pick it up and go elsewhere. I would give no stars.

This company rocks. Fastest glass supplier we have found. Most negative reviews are from people who have unrealistic expectations. We use them for our custom doors and have had nothing but positive experiences.
