They don’t ever answer the phone when I call or I’m on hold for forever. But when I go there, typically they don’t look that busy so maybe they are having issues with their phones?? I just go down the road to the other supply house, even if it is a little more expensive. Time is money and I don’t have time to drive up there when I need to see if they have the material I need.

As an hvac contractor I try to not buy equipment here for the sole reason that they will not help you load anything at all. The loading dock is not van height. You want it, there it is, have fun loading it yourself. No one seems to be knowledgeable in parts at all. They do have a good stock and when things are ordered they do arrive on time.

I dont understand the low score for this company, because Ive had nothing but great services from these folks. My first time visiting these folks, they helped me locate and purchase a hard to find, discontinued bathroom faucet that i wanted very much for my up coming bathroom remodel. DeJaun made some phone calls and was able to locate one of 2 faucets left in inventory and put in an order immediately as i was sitting there. Received my item within 2 weeks. My second request was a custom shower pan by a manufacturer they dont receive a lot of requests on. I worked with Logan Hale and one other gentleman on that special order, and they got right to work on putting that order together, submitting it and taking my payment over the phone during the height of Covid-19. I received that special order item in a timely manner in light of the chaos going on, and Im happy to say my remodeled bathroom is complete with the help of these folks. Their prices I find are usually lower than their competitors and even the actual manufacturers themselves. I cant say enough about Apex Supply of Marietta. Thank you folks for providing excellent customer service and beyond. I appreciate you!

Honestly I have absolutely nothing good to say about this apex location.I work for an interior designer and was sent to pick up a faucet that she had ordered. I walked in and went up to the counter where a sales person sat working on her computer. A stood there for a minute waiting for her to acknowledge me, not wanting to disturb her if she trying to finish something. After another minute of her still not acknowledging or looking at me I told her that I was there to pick something up. She asked me for the business name (she still never looked up) and I gave it. She stood, saying nothing, and went into the back. She was gone for almost 5 minutes and I seriously began to wonder whether she was just hiding in the back until I decided to leave. When she finally returned she put the box on the counter, printed out my receipt, and then sat back down at her computer and that was it. Apart from asking me what business I was picking up for she never said another word to me. If I could give them a 0 I would. This was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had from anywhere.

Maybe the products are good but the customer service is lacking to say the least. My wife and I are building a home. We showed up to check out bathroom fixtures . A salesperson was at the desk with a customer so we just browsed around for a bit. There was no verbal acknowledgement that we were there when we walked in. I know he was with a customer but proper customer service would have been to say to us. “I am with someone right now but please look around and I will be right with you.” He looked up from his desk and he knew we were there but not a word. After about 10 to 15 minutes of browsing we made our way to be closer to his desk so we could gauge if he was wrapping things up. About that time another salesperson came in from the back and I thought “Oh good, now we will be helped”. But oh no, the first salesman asked the new salesperson a question and now they were both helping the customer; which once again I could accept if that salesperson had said, “ Do you need help. Let me help this lady here and I will be with you.” But nothing was said and we were standing there like invisible people. We walked out and will never go back (since this is the second time my wife has experienced that unacceptable lack of assistance. ) I was a sales manager and marketing director for years. I would be outraged if my employees did this.

Great customer service. I hate riding around as a service technician to find parts. Theyre always readily available to help you even if youre stuck on a particular item or part. If I know the parts name or what Im looking for theyll even have the part pulled for me when I get there. Quick and easy just the way I like it!

Went in to pick up a replacement motor and capacitor and was immediately greeted with “I can’t sell you that”. When I asked why I was told “because I’m not licensed”. Never once was I asked for my contractor license the guy behind the counter just assumed so I left. Lost my business indefinitely. Terrible customer service.

I called APEX today looking for a part for my hot water heater. The man I spoke too, who claimed he had been selling this brand of water heater for 20 years, and had never sold this part and did not even think you could replace it. The part is readily available on Amazon. Then would not even tell me if he had the part, started to get VERY rude and short tempered with me, ALL over looking for a part. He proceeded to grill me about the person who recommended me to call them, saying that the person didnt even come to that store. Horrible customer service and this person needs a lesson on how to talk appropriately to a possible customer. I guess they dont need the money.

Went to get a part and stood at the counter for 15 mins and never even got acknowledged. No one said a word. There were 5 people sitting around on stools at the counter and there was no way of knowing who was still waiting to be helped or who was already being helped. After 15 mins I just decided it wasn’t worth waiting any longer as it could have been an hour before even being waited on.

To give a little background I am an interior designer and my husband is a contractor. I have taken many clients to the showroom and we have used Apex many times over the years. I have also referred many of my clients to Apex. I will no longer do so as there has been a steady decline in customer service the last couple of years. After yesterday I no longer feel comfortable referring my clients to them. It was by far the worst customer service to date. When we went into the showroom we knew exactly the two brands we were comparing and we were prepared to order all items needed for our master bath total renovation. The employee was currently helping a customer and we had time to wait so it was no big deal. However after 35 minutes of us waiting for her to finish up it would have been nice for the employee to at least acknowledge us. She never once said anything to us. The customer being helped actually was the first one to acknowledge us and apologize for the wait. We said no problem we understand it can take awhile to decide on all the details. Once the sales lady finished up with the customer the first greeting we received was her saying “hey sorry it’s just me in here and it’s been that way for two years so what do you expect.” We went ahead and asked about the item displayed that we wanted to order and she responded with “can’t get that it’s been discontinued.” She then proceeded to tell us she’s been trying to get the display taken down for a year but it’s only her in there and she can’t do it herself and can’t get anyone else to do it. It was very clear to us that this employee did not enjoy her job or at the very least was quite dissatisfied with her employer. So at that point I was fine ordering my second choice and getting out of there ASAP. As a customer and also a business owner and employer of 20+ employees it is unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers to hear employees on the clock complaining about their job or employer. We just wanted to proceed with our purchase. My husband was in the middle of showing her our second choice when a customer that came in after us stepped in front of him, handed the sales lady a piece of paper and asked “do you have this?” The sales lady turned her back on us took the paper from the line cutting customer and said yes we have that it over here. She then walked away from us to help the other customer without even acknowledging us in any way. We stood there in shock at both parties rudeness. My husband responded with a statement of “wow, that was kinda rude” but neither parties looked back at us. We waited a few minutes and then left as it was obvious Apex wasn’t interested in our business. I wish I could say this customer service was unusual but this is the second time in less than two months that rudeness has been exhibited from this same sales lady. Last month my 18 year old daughter was sent in to pick up an item ordered. When she went into the showroom to pick it up the sales lady was at her computer working. There was no one in the showroom so my daughter walked up to the desk assuming the sales lady could help her. She stood there and waited for the woman to greet her. After a few awkward moments she announced herself as being with ———— Design Firm and said I was sent in to pickup an order you have for us. The woman looked up at her walked around the desk to the corner of the showroom, picked up the item, handed it to her and said here’s your receipt. My daughter waited a moment to see if she needed to sign anything but the sales lady went back to her desk and never said anything else so my daughter. My daughter said thank you and walked out of the showroom. She then promptly called me and asked why do you send customer over there? It’s a shame that due to such poor customer service I can no longer use them as they have a nice selection of Kohler products (which I love). If I were Kohler and many of the other brands represented in the showroom I would be concerned about how customers are treated when trying to purchase their products.
