Brought my car in for a recall this morning and am just blown away by how kind and genuine the service is. Every person I interacted with was hospitable and attentive in their assistance. Might find random reasons to need service here, it was that welcoming.

Sales team members aren’t even qualified to work at Chipotle. Embarrassing.

Ok so the first thing that made me really happy was the treatment. I am a 22 year old Hispanic female that happens to look 17 to most people. On top of it my appointment with the service department was at 7:30 a.m. so I honestly looked like a bum because I’m used to waking up closer to 10 lol. Ky was not at all rude and didn’t start down talking me the minute I walked in because I’m a girl. He was extremely energetic and just seemed happy and nice. THAT IS VERY VERY RARE FOR A CAR PLACE TO DO FOR SOME REASON . I highly appreciated it. Will be back next week to buy a car for my fiancé due to this. Waaaaaay better than carmax.
