Great experience with Gilbert. They were the only company I could find who was open on Memorial Day. Everyone else was closed and one was open, but there would have been an additional $300 for coming on a holiday. Gilbert came over a few hours after I called. I had a leak on my sprinkler system and couldnt figure out how to stop my four heads from running. I was forced to shut off my water at the street level, so we had no water for a day and a half. Gilbert came over and found my sprinkler system shut off valve within 15 minutes making me feel like a complete dummy for somehow missing it! I looked everywhere! Thanks to J.K. for coming over and quickly solving the issue and being reasonably priced!!

Gilbert arrived on time and did a great job of fixing my lawn sprinklers. I called him during the busiest time of the season and he did the job in a timely manner. I contacted several other companies and they were backed up or would only give me an hourly rate with no good estimate of the total cost. J.K. Irrigation gave me a total cost for the job. There were no surprises.

Poor customer relations. Gilbert Rosales refused to give a receipt for the work done to repair a sprinkler valve. The receipt was needed by the water company to adjust the bill. He would not answer after repeated calls.

JK Irrigation did work for our neighborhood. It was definitely a trouble shooting expedition and he got to the bottom of the issue and resolved what other companies only said they fixed! Gilbert gave us outstanding professionalism and expertise and if and when the time comes, we will not hesitate to contact him again for support.

One of my sprinkler heads broke and was shooting water everywhere and Gilbert came on short notice and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was also able to locate the shutoff quickly after another sprinkler company failed to find it.

My experience with J.K. Irrigation has been excellent. I discovered this company through Angies List after the irrigation repair company that Id relied on for years went out of business. I was pleasantly surprised when J.K. Irrigations prices turned out to be more affordable than those of the company I used to use. And I was thrilled to discover that J.K. Irrigations founder and owner, Gilberto Rosales, consistently responds promptly and cheerfully to all requests for an appointment. And Im not the only one on my block who is pleased. I referred J.K. Irrigation (Gilberto Rosales) to my longtime neighbor across the street, and she soon let me know that she was THRILLED with the work he did.

Gilbert installed a new sprinkler for us a couple months ago. From the beginning, he did NOT do what we agreed upon to (or what he said he would do). It was all good talk with empty promises. He said hed do a good job, and wed be so happy with his work. WE ARE TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH HIS WORK! The price we paid for 5 heads per zone with 4 zones total. He installed 4 heads instead. We had a big yard so that it was not enough to cover the whole yard. We made him to more heads because that was what we agreed with. He put 3 more heads (instead of 4 that he owed us). He cut corner with installation, so the sprinkler design was messed up, and our yard did not have head-to-head spacing. He did NOT put check valves for low heads. Therefore, the sprinkler leaked water when the system was supposed to be off. I left him messages but did NOT hear from him when I agreed to pay for the repair even though it was under his labor warranty.P.S. He asked for a payment when the installation was not completed. We now have to hire someone else to fix his 2 month-old work and to install more heads to cover our yard. We DONT RECOMMEND Gilbert! We trusted HomeAdvisor to hire Gilbert, which was a big mistake. If we could go back time and knew the outcome working with Gilbert, we would go with someone else!

***Call this guy before you call anyone else.****Gilbert (owner / operator) responded to our call within an hour. Our sprinklers would not shut off and the yard was beginning to flood. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a matter of minutes. He then took extra time to show other family members how to use the sprinkler control panel. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!Best of all, his prices were very fair. We were in an emergency situation, and he did not try to overcharge us for his services.

Scheduled a 2pm appointment with Gilbert. Texted at 1:30 to confirm he is on schedule before I started driving to the house. He confirmed and said he will be on time. I got to the house at 1:50 and waited till 2:24. No call, no show. I texted asking where he is He called back and when I asked where he is, the first words out of his mouth were, Hey, take it easy. Seriously!!??! There was no apology for being late and not calling. There was no courtesy, no professionalism. Not a care in the world. I wasted 1 hour of my time today and now another 30 minutes for me to get back. This is horrible! Do not hire Gilbert. He wont respect your time, will not call if late and will not apologize. And now I have to find someone else.
