Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Casual Image. We needed a set of gas logs for our new home. Found Casual Image by driving by and stopped in. Folks were very friendly and showed my options based on my fireplace setup. After picking out our logs, the installer called a couple of days later and arranged to come over. He was done in less than 30 minutes, explained the use and care, and was gone! Love these logs!!

If you like wicker furniture this is the place for you. It all looked a bit dated and leaning towards servicing older people. I was looking for something modern so it didnt fit my needs but what they had looked nice although some of it seemed really high priced. Not my cup of tea but if you like this kind of stuff you will love this place.

Wow! What you see isn’t all there is! We walked in with a vision for our new (large) front porch and Karen just took it to another level! She respected what was important to my husband and to me (we each had a different opinion, lol). Then, we pushed the envelope to create a unique & eye catching out door living space! We could not have dreamed this up without her expertise and guidance! We worked with Casual Image years ago on a previous home and we loved the quality of their products and their customer service. So not only are we extremely happy customers, we are extremely happy repeat customers! I will add, SPEAK with one of them about what you think you are looking for when you walk in. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Casual Image. First all, they have a wonderful selection of glass fireplace doors - that is what I was shopping for. With the help of a knowledgeable sales person I was able to find exactly the perfect fit for my fireplace. Ron and his Dad came out and measured and confirmed my choice. The installation was flawless. I am so pleased that I elected to purchase from Casual Image. They are a family owned and operated business. They were so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

We got some gas logs from this place, and Dorothy was very knowledgeable and friendly. The displays were great and we picked out the most perfect logs for our fireplace. The guy who came out and installed them was very quick and the install was very professional! He explained to me how to work with them and how to take care of them (which means almost nothing :) ). I would recommend Casual Image to anyone looking for an update, or outdoor furniture, or anything really. And again Dorothy was fantastic!

This is a family-owned business with the values that are so important to compete and sustain against the big box stores! We had a small issue with fireplace doors that we purchased 2 years ago; they came out to my house made the repair like a champ! We can not say enough good things about them - professional, personable, even removed their shoes (although our floor needed cleaning due to rain and kids/dogs in/out)! We highly recommend them!

I bought a natural gas grill from Ronald Skeean at Casual Image to replace my old one which was 20 years old. I’d never been in the store before because I generally hate to shop. I told Ron what I wanted and within five minutes I ordered the new one. Delivery and installation were scheduled and everything proceeded without a hitch. All of my expectations were met. It was an easy process and I’m a very happy customer.

Had problems with my old Winston swivel rockers. Online research identified Casual Image as a local Cobb, Winston chair retailer. I met Ronald Skeean there who was really knowledgeable of all outdoor products. I learned my chair style was no longer being made so my desire to have a new exact set wasn’t possible. Ronald’s proposal for me to replace the spring plates as a 1st option before complete replacement was a great recommendation and solution for me. Extremely happy to have found such a reliable local business. Highly recommend Ronald at Casual Image!

THE WORST PROJECT, QUALITY POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We found this company online based on positive reviews. The owner claimed to do this for 30+ years and do projects for many homes in our neighborhood and appeared competent. Fast forward 2 months later we have a poorly built structure in our backyard that we are now having to pay another contractor to fix. From the beginning Ron and his team botched our outdoor kitchen which cost us upwards of 15k+. So beware if thinking of using this company for ANYTHING. They are dishonest and blame others for their mistakes, dont share with you any issues that occur during project building (i.e. hired labor taking off and not completing the project). Global Granite (the company Casual Image staff recommended) blamed Casual Image for all mistakes and noted that they installed granite per request of owner/contractor even though they knew project would fail and grouting that was supposed to be there wasnt there. I cant think of a more poor business tactic. I am not sure how they have stayed in business. We now have water leaking and accumulating under our structure as the outdoor kitchen was not sealed properly and granite was just haphazardly placed on top of the brick structure. We were told the only solution offered to us would be a green egg hood which shockingly didnt work. Also they broke our umbrella and pieces of the green egg and hid them under the structure instead of being forthcoming and admitting the mistake and offering to replace broken pieces. This place is a sham. DISHONEST. POOR BUILDING STRUCTURE. AWFUL SERVICE. TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

The best selection of outdoor furniture in all price ranges. My wife and I visited 6 stores all over Atlanta looking for outdoor chairs and finally found them at Casual Image. They had it all, and were were able to see and try out the furniture, not just look at catalogues. Dorothy was a tremendous help, thank you!

Killer selection on all things casual. prices are higher retail, you may have to hunt for someone to help, however the selection is unmatched and they have great evening classes and demos

I walked in there last year with the sole intention of buying a Traeger grill. The salesperson talked me out of it and assured me that they werent worth the money. He suggested that I buy a Green Mountain Grill instead. The thing didnt work out of the box. COMPLETE LEMON!!! It beeps when it has plenty of wood, won t get hot, and wont give an accurate temperature most of the time. The next week we went back, and the guy wasnt there, but the others told me that they didnt give refunds. I contacted Green Mountain, and they were just as useless. Every time I look at this $1000 piece of #$%$ I get mad. I wouldnt recommend even stopping into this store. Go buy stuff from Lowes or The Home Depot. Their #$%$ comes from China, too. But they ll make it right when it doesnt work.
