I havent actually purchased any equipment from Lincare, but I had been calling CPAP suppliers and Lincare customer service was the first contact that actually gave me helpful information instead of trying to pass me (back) off to my insurance provider. I talked with Rachel, who is a manager, and she was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and straightforward. She gave me a ton of information and since I think my doctor will still send me to a provider closer to my house, I wanted to give her some positive feedback which might be helpful if youre shopping around like I was.

Check your Explanation of Benefits. Lincare over billed me twice. Either they have a horrible accounting system or they lack integrity.

I just spoke with Meridith to arrange to have oxygen while I am away from home next month. She was so pleasant and helpful. Last year, I had an issue or two with the location providing me oxygen on vacation. Meridith listened to my concerns that it may happen again and said she would make notes to the other office. I definitely felt like a valued customer.All my interactions with the Marietta office have been good. I have used this office for years and they always try to do whatever they can to accommodate my needs .

This place has provided my wife with oxygen for years. While they arent perfect, no place is, they always have tried their best to accommodate us. They have gone above and beyond more than once, and we are truly thankful for everyone there. Great people who love to help whenever they can! We are in your debt guys!!! THANK YOU!!

Everyone was very helpful. Meredith suggested an in home visit because i could not come in. The respiratory therapist Kayla was very nice and explained everything to me. She even called me after my setup to see if i needed help. Very satisfied!

I have nothing but high marks for the Marietta location. It has come a long way. The customer service rep for me was Merideth who took care of all of my needs. Everything was done without hesitation and, if you could hear a smile - she had one.My service tech was Johnathan. He went out of his way to make sure everything was in good working order. Always arrived as scheduled.

While my initial meeting with the staff was good and I was fitted with a CPAP machine and supplies, the billing system is incomprehensible. Rather than a specific amount each month, Im billed randomly: one month the bill is for one months rent for the machine; the next month, the bill asks for three months rent (for a different part of the appliance), and then random supplies pop in. The bill also indicates that the amount has been submitted to the insurance company and I may owe something different after the insurance company responds....So do I pay or wait till I get the correct balance? Who can handle drastically different monthly bills? November-- $42 December-$199 WTF?

However i am now being told that i cant get my tanks until monday. Now they say they are going to send me 6 tanks. That Im still sitting here waiting for those. They said 30 minutes and they have now added 15 extra minutes to the 30 minutes. I have been waiting on lincare all day. And so far no tanks . Plus if and when i ever get them i still cant get any more until monday. So Happy Thanksging Lincare. Will somebody tell me what happened to the tanks that i ordered?

I been waiting 3 months for them to authorize my insurance. My insurance never received the order. I called them at least 10 time and they said Tammy would return my phone call, she never did. I had to call her over and over. I received the insurance authorized letter. 2 week later I had to call her to let her know it was approved. She said she tried to call me. That was a lie, it would have showed up on my phone and messages. They need to hire a new person that takes care of billing.

They made it all about ease for me!-They called me (I didnt need to call them)-they let me know that equipment was being dropped off & it was on my porch when I got home,-had a direct call from the courier that dropped it off-they picked it up and brought the paperwork to me to make it easier on me! Now thats easy!

The worst company I have ever dealt with..... horrible customer experience, the staff in Marietta, GA is rude, lazy (because they never follow-up), and just don’t care. I went to my doctor today to get set-up with a new CPAP supply company. I didn’t realize how many options and alternatives are available in Atlanta. Do yourself a favor and find another provider, these guys are the worst. Lastly I will say that my doctor and his staff also said LinCare Marietta, GA was horrible to work with as a doctors office!! Wish I knew this before I started working with them. Good by LinCare

We had a great experience meeting the RT at the office. He said he would be glad to come do an Inservice at my mothers Senior living facility. Unfortunately, we cannot get through to him. I’ve made numerous calls and the facility has made several calls with no response. My mother’s CPAP scores are terrible. We really need some help. I don’t know what else to do.

I agree, the worst company. I can never get them on the phone when I need them. They dont return calls. As I am writing this, I have been on the phone for 30 minutes after asking me to hold. I left a message for them two days ago and have never received a reply. My next step is to call corporate and then to call my medical insurance provider.

Company repeatedly makes promises for oxygen delivery they dont live up to and never call to advise they are not coming. Repeatedly leave me in a situation where I am forced to ration oxygen. They have never returned phone calls and rarely answer their phones. Calls roll either to a answering service or to the Alpharetta office who forwards messages to them. Either way, they havent ever responded.When you are lucky enough to get through, they apologize, make more promises that go unkept. It is truly unbelievable. Corporate complaints go unanswered. I suggest you Google for company reviews and you will find far more serious complaints.

The worst company I have ever encountered. It took 3 months to get an appointment due to the staff never sending or losing the paperwork submitted by my doctor. Finally got theCPAP in May 2016 but havent been able to receive any supplies as the staff once again has lost or never sent the paperwork to my doctor so that the CPAP can be billed to my insurance company. Since July the paperwork has been faxed 3 times but the equipment has yet to be billed. Each time I call I am told that they have not received the paperwork but I have the confirmations from the doctors office that they were received. It been nearly nine months and I still cant get supplies.

Company delivered machine for my son. Then when we were done they were told to pick it up. They never did and now to their own neglect are charging me money and they falsely billed the insurance which they are getting involved. Do not use this company

I don’t know how they’re in business. Their service is horrible. I reall should have checked them out before I got my CPAP from them.After complaining about my mask, they still haven’t changed it and still sending me supplies for the mask that I used only three days.

Repeated calls for help with CPAP supplies. Order supplies that are never sent. I never get a call back or any indication that there is a problem with the order. When I do call them, I get different a different story with each call, but seemingly simple problems arent getting solved.
