I recently painted the exterior of my home. The in.SIDE.out team helped me through the process and recommended which paints and primers would work best for my home. East Cobb Paint Center in.SIDE.out has unbeatable customer service. The team knows their products and takes the time to work with you on your projects. I bought my first home and I loved the house, but I could not stand the dark gray walls. John and Nick showed me all the different white and cream colors and explained how different lighting changes the look. We worked through LED lights, natural lighting and even the angles and walls in my house. I found the perfect bright white for me and love my home. Also, a big thanks to Romero’s painting for getting it done. I highly recommend the team here!

Shout out to Nick for being super helpful when I came into the store! I had never painted before and he was so knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed to paint my dining room. John helped me the next day when I came in for trim paint and his recommendations were excellent! We went with Dark Harbor in a matte finish for the room and Chantilly Lace in a satin finish for the trim. The quality of both paints cannot be matched. I am so pleased with how everything turned out! Thank you both for your help and I will definitely be back when it is time to take on more projects!

Nick and the team are so knowledgeable and helpful! The service is top notch and it is obvious they care about their customers. I highly recommend. They have wood stain too! Good stuff.

How the paint holds up to scrubbing kid marks of the wall or humidity from long showers will make you love Ben Moore and I really appreciate all the help their East Cobb location has given me through home and office projects. They are experts in the paint not just how to mix a color.

Extraordinary service even during the Spring 2020 shelter in place order! I Needed 4 Gallons of TWP Cedartone Deck Sealant. I called and Nick answered, they had 4 gallons. Immediately Nick sprang into action. Nick had the order ready, shaken and carefully boxed on the curb as I pulled up. Keeping a distance they were respectful of mine and their safety. The location is convenient from anywhere in Cobb County.Nick and Matt, thank you for hard work and taking care of the customer. I will be back! BRAVO!

My experience here has been second to none... I’ve been buying my paint from John since his store opened, and I’ve never met a more polite, professional and fun crew. I could browse colors for an hour with no hard sell, or get all of my questions answered with the undivided attention of super knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys truly care about your project, no matter how big or small. They are passionate about paint and helping customers. The store is amazing... the paint is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else!

So happy this store is here! Ive been looking for a great Benjamin Moore resource, so when I found this store I was thrilled. The owner, John was super helpful and helped me match paint colors, select finishes and painting supplies. The Aura line is the only paint I use because it has the best coverage...one coat covers anything. Now I have a Benjamin Moore store that exceeds my expectations!

This is what a paint store should be! The owner, John, knows his products inside and out! As apps and automation slowly strip away any actual personal contact between business and customer, it is so refreshing to find a business whose foundation includes customer service of the highest caliber!Let me start by confessing that we are high maintenance customers, wish it werent so, but it is what it is. We do NOT have an intuitive sense of color and have struggled for 2 years on starting out kitchen upgrade because we could not pick a color!.... Sad but true!We called Johns store looking for a Benjamin Moore (once you use BM paint you would never consider going back to another brand!) dealer who could help us. He stayed past closing, waiting for us to arrive, helped us pick a few samples colors to try on our walls at home, and then worked with us the next day to narrow down options. John with the patience of Job, educated us on the need to consider how colors change based on lighting and environment. He even brought out a light wand to demonstrate. He taught us how to cut in without having to tape after prepping.Within two days of working with him we had painted our kitchen and keeping room, with John patiently responding via text with any concerns as we nervously began painting. We are so thrilled with the results and are now working our way through the entire house with his guidance.This store is set up like a paint boutique... The Starbucks equivalent of a paint store! John doesnt just want you to buy paint from him. He wants you to buy the correct paint for your project...along with the tools that will guarantee your success. This is the only place we will go from now on for all of our painting needs!

I had a very poor customer service experience that led to the purchase of a gallon of the incorrect paint for my project. The first thing that I asked for when I entered the store was a gallon of high end exterior trim paint. My requested was quickly shrugged off by Spencer, who despite me telling him and showing him a photograph of the front entrance of my house, pushed me to another exterior product. Hes extremely abrupt, doesnt listen to the customer, and never quite grasped that I was going spray the product via an HVLP gun. When I asked him if he carried any extender products, he quipped in an accusatory manner that I was going to unscrupulously thin out the product with water. The whole interaction was painful and bizarre. After trying out the suggested product, Regal Select, it was absolutely not the correct type of paint and is not durable enough for a front entryway. My wife went back to the store and low and behold, they had what I had originally asked for, Aura Grand Entrance. I called Spencer to follow up on my dissatisfaction with my customer experience, and he actually told me that the photo I showed him didnt illustrate the type of project I was working on. Again, I told him AND showed him a picture. Perhaps in the future he should actually listen to his customer, and when presented with a photo of an entryway, actually take the time to look at the photo.

Took 25 gallons of paint to be recycled. Matt (employee) helpped me unload and wheeled the paint to the store. He told me if the paint is still good, it’ll be mixed and sold cheap somewhere in the Caribbean. Now I know how they come up with some of those wild, bright color schemes in Island communities.

Super helpful and Super Knowledgable. Everyone has been great, so glad we have them in our neighborhood.
