My wife loves it. Prices were so good, we went back a second day, and we were only supposed to spend 1day in the area. Outside of my first KAREN incident, I enjoyed waiting in the parking lot. (very clean). Will definitely shop there again when I come to your town. easier than Sacramento.

Love this walmart! I stop here whenever Im in the area... Its well organized, with fully stocked shelves. Prices are better than Amazon. Store is very well run, good job!

The prices are good and so is the selection of pretty much everything. They recently rearranged the store and wow, not what I expected. It makes no sense at all. Beer next to fruit snacks, clothing next to food. I didnt find part some of the stuff I wanted and was tired of going around in circles so I gave up.. No space to form a line to cash out, literally. 4 registers open with 15+ people in each line. No joke, I was 11th, 25 minutes in line. Shopping shouldnt be stressful. I think I would probably purchase more products if the store made sense. IDK

Plenty of handicap parking spots. In the store there are plenty of items on the shelves, easy self Service check out. Walmart employees very tidy and very polite

Not sure if the staff were too tired, because their customer service skills for floor staff was very poor. I had a simple question about a tent, and no one was willing to assist me with answering my questions. Four staff brushed me off directed me to the outdoor department which I literally stood at the register for 15 mins. My bad I assumed the staff walking around with yellow vest were supervisors. Not feeling this place at all.

The reason I gave five stars is because this doesn’t feel like your typical Walmart supercenter. It’s actually very clean and well laid out. Most of all, the clientele here on the coast are nothing like your typical Walmart customers elsewhere. Overall I felt safe and so was the parking lot.

A bit cramped and more security and secret shoppers than customers in the evening hours, but cleaner than expected and well stocked!

Better than I expected, my first visit to this Super Walmart. Actually had everything I was looking for,I looked in app first.I was dissapointed there are no registers in the garden center. I was planning on working my way back to my car...Im sure I spent less than I anticipated as I had to pay in the front of store I missed picking anything else up on my way back out.

Older Walmart but had all the things that a normal Walmart has. Theft must be pretty high in that area because half of the store was in a locked case. I dont blame them for protecting their merchandise but it certainly lengthens your shopping experience if you need the things inside the case. Overall the employees seemed nice enough and they were fairly stocked.

Tried to let the manager know about the razor sharp corners in the shoe department. Asked for a manager so I could show him . After waiting more then 10 minutes I gave up . I take care of 2 elderly family members and constantly have to wash my hands . Did not need a cut on my hand. This is a hazard they need to fix .

Ms. Courtney, I would love to thank you for going above and beyond yesterday, I greatly appreciate it. I met her near the furniture section of the store. I asked her for help and she did not hesitate to offer her assistance. The item was huge and I needed help getting the item to my car. She said no problem. She processed my item promptly and I was on my way happy. When we got to the car, she offered to help me own-size the item so it would fit in my car 🙌🏽🥲. The item was in my car but stuck out a little. She we want you to take home your product safely and suggested straps to secure the item. Ms. Courtney stayed and helped me secure the item. This was the the best of the best customer service, team work, skills, timeliness, and patience from beginning to end. Thank you so much 🙌🏽 Your awesome!!

Its a decent Walmart, it is clean, and has a decent selection of everything that you really need. It is a little smaller than some Walmart stores, which can get annoying when it gets busy. If you arent doing self checkout it can sometimes take 30 plus minutes to just checkout as they only have two lines open at a time, so it can be important to plan your big shopping trip times accordingly. Also if you need anything unlocked, good luck waiting around or trying to find someone that actually has an access key. 3.5 stars

Toy section isnt very good but in general it was good.

I guess theyre in the middle of remodeling. But its been a disorganized mess since I moved to the area in November. Inaccurate inventory counts also makes whatever information provided on the app useless. Twice Ive driven all the way over there only to find that the information was wrong. Im tired of dealing with them. The best Walmart, by far, is the one on Davis in Salinas. I wont be back.

The self check out area used to be lacking, but with the added lanes, checkout wasnt an issue at peak time. Aisles are a little narrow, but theres more more to offer across the entire store.

This location can use more organic and healthier food options.

Went in to buy a tv and the guy in the tech center named jewel was awesome

Its your regular standard Walmart located in Marina California. Pretty much has everything a Walmart has. Large parking lot easy to get in and out of. They also had pineapple crush which is kind of hard to find.

I like going to this particular store because of how close it is to my house and very convenient with great prices and deals, however on my last couple of visits I noticed practically no ice cream in the frozen foods section. I noticed a employee putting together racks in the freezer and asked him very politely what was going on with the ice cream and he didnt bother to answer me so I asked again and without turning to look at me he rudely told me the freezer was out of order. I answered him back by thanking him for his response and told him to have a nice day. He never turned through out this and continued with his head in the freezer. Very rude and inconsiderate of him to treat customers in such a manner.

Im from out of town. This walmart has a small womens clothes area compared to other Walmarts. They do have a really nice arts and crafts area though. They also had a nice variety of curtain styles at a great price.

The employees their are great except for one that was at the self checkout at 10am she discriminated me and my family holding us up inspecting our receipt and cart atleast 5 times and I asked her what the problem was then she said the light was blinking which it wasnt. Also me and my family always shop their for groceries always spend $200 every 2 weeks. I hope the store manager sees this because next time I go here I will be in her face.

Finished up my Easter shopping here. The inventory, like most stores these days, was limited so I had to be very flexible. The store was crowded with people wearing their masks under their noses. I did what I had to and abandoned my non-essential list. After almost a year of having groceries delivered, I now appreciate that service even more.

The people working in money services are the rudest people . They’d input Id info incorrectly then the check would be declined. Id call the verification company from the number they gave me and they would tell me tell them to stop putting this or that in front of the ID information. The girl wouldn’t even try it! she said oh no oh no they’re wrong. They are the verification company I’d say, it’s their system.

Im from Salinas and this store is so much cleaner, larger variety, better valued than the Salinas stores.

Many areas appear disorganized and even chaotic, items misplaced or stolen or locked up in cabinets. Hard to find any helpful people in the store, with the exception of the folk at the exit. They have been very nice from day one. Store pickup or check out items locked away can be a challenge if often than not nobody is around.But since it is the only Walmart around here, and the quality of many of the items I got from Walmart have been improving over the years, for the most part. So glad they are around!

Overall its a good walmart, the people there seem friendlier than at other walmarts Ive been to and theres a great selection at cheap prices.

Lotta local produce. They did have health, skin, beauty products out in the open so you didnt have to flag down a store associate to unlock cabinets.

I’ve been here twice since moving to California. Both times, employees are harassing customers of stealing. My most recent trip, an older female Asian employee at self checkout kept asking a Hispanic mom if she had already scanned the items in her cart. After the mom answered her, the employee would point to another item and ask if she scanned that one too. It just kept going and going, I was waiting for the employee to help me so I just watched the whole encounter until the employee noticed. When she did “help”, she told me I could just go back to where I got the item because she didn’t know how much it was and it had no price tag on it. I had already scanned all my items and was trying to go home so I left the item behind. The employee went back to harassing the mom about not believing she scanned the items.

Cant beat the prices but the feet take a beating...huge store to wander around.

This place has 8 checkout stands, but refuses to open more than 2 of them…even when patrons are waiting in ridiculously long lines. Customer service isn’t a thing.

I was very happy and impressed that he took the time to find me thru all the craziness in the store the night before Thanksgiving. He made my night. A big thank you for that great customer service👍

It is a walmart. So, it should be rated as a walmart. Among all the walmarts Ive been, this is an average one. Compared to Trader Joes? Well, you know the answer.

It was packed with people today during midday & while the guy working the front entrance was letting people in steadily after we waited in a short line, I went inside to instantly find that I couldnt easily look for what I wanted in the first isle, too many people needing to pass by/get around me and coming super close and in my personal space & not paying any attn to it. Over-crowded meaning everyone was close by and multiple times people blocking your way or passing by too closely without regard to the fact of we all need 6 feet supposedly. Most didnt notice or else had to come that close out of necessity w/ nowhere else to move so summary of visit: too many guests inside at once, please leave your people home and go by yourself, please. Multiple people, couples and families with carts in every isle. If its like this at other stores currently then its officially time to stay at home and give thanks for christmas and being here instead.

I was trying to buy a TV yesterday the man at the electronic station very nice guy and was very helpful. But there was only 1 of him at the electronics and he was very buisy and he told us to ask this younger lady and we asked her a question and she completely ignored us and walked away.
