Quiet and well maintained with an attentive and helpful staff. Marie was very kind and assisted with all my needs. They do a fantastic job staying aware of who is coming in and out without hassling anyone. Which makes me comfortable storing my belongings here.Additionally, other tenants are very kind and are happy to move their vehicle to allow you to pass if you are unable to get by. Great place all around.

This is “The Place” for your storage needs. Ample storage space for every need. I live in another city and even though I had many more locations closer to my home, I chose this place. I have been a customer for several years. Marie, the Manager, is always cheerful, helpful and available. I’ve seen her always cleaning up the grounds and patrolling the area for unauthorized people. The other managers who fill in are also worth mentioning but Marie clearly invests a lot of pride in running the place. There are even moving vehicles available to rent if needed. Easy access from the freeway or main roadway. Highly recommended.

Shout out to Marie. She was extremely helpful, and she was the deciding factor on why I chose this particular location. I just needed one month of storage while I finalized my move, and Marie was helpful in recommending an appropriate unit size and setting a reservation. I decided to get rid of some trash that was taking up quite a lot of room, but without a large enough vehicle to move it I was in quite the dilemma. So the next best thing…a uhaul. The first place I called was here, but sadly there was only one left and it was already reserved for that following day. Thankfully Marie was working and was very friendly, helpful, kind and even had a nice smile. I needed it for only acouple hours and she did everything she could to make sure I left with that truck. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and extremely easy experience. The hardest part of the day became a breeze thanks to her. If you need to rent a u-haul or are in need of a storage to hoard all your stuff (like myself) I suggest you come here. The experience in itself was worth it. Marie is great! I had a great and easy time communicating with her about what size I needed for storage and she led me on the right path and got me a great deal with something that wasnt too big and more than what I should be paying for. The entire facility is gated off which is a plus. Storages are secured with new motion tracking security cameras all over the premises, the units are very sturdy and clean despite having breezes in the area. I was able to purchase everything from a good lock and keys to renting a UHaul for everything to be moved in. In the past week or so of looking for a storage this has been the best experience of them all. Thank you so much Marie for your amazing customer service.

I think that Marie, the woman who runs this storage is very friendly and informative! She seemed easygoing and I didnt feel like I was discriminated or judged against such as other businesses I have come into contact with have been known to do without so much as even knowing you. Delia, and I chatted it up with Marie, and laughed about my memory loss issues, when I suggested that Marie should hold onto one of my keys to the lock because Id probably lose both sets! Lol! The manager was nice and welcoming and answered all inquiries that I had. I was a little worried that my stuff would get stolen. However, after not checking on my storage items for over a year, they were just as they were when I first put them there. The price was also good too: $88 for 5 by 10. Great service and safety. Highly recommend and would come back myself.

Great storage unit, never had problems and theres always someone around to help if need be. will note for plastic boxes over bags or cardboard, ash will get in if fire seasons are heavy and larger bugs will force their way if rain season is heavy as well.

I recently moved my storage unit from Public Storage in Sand City to Marina U-Store Self Storage, and I couldnt be happier that I did! I was being charged $70 more a month for a 2nd floor unit accessed by an elevator, and when carts werent available, you were on THEIR time as a paying customer. The front desk person (Chris) could care less about the inconvenience for paying customers. Now to Marina U-Haul Self Storage .. Marie is GREAT!!! I was able to rent my unit online and receive a lower rate, and she was so helpful with my move in once I arrived on property! She is friendly and eager to help - a HUGE DIFFERENCE compared to the customer service at Public Storage. The convenience of the drive up is wonderful! Very thankful to have found this place.

The isle ways are a little tight and narrow and the operating hours are not that accommodating. Also, the lighting isnt very good for the winter hours. Easy to get started, easy to pack up. Fantastic staff through and through. Helpful and flexible with the needs of their patrons. The storage is exactly as you pay for, only thing to note, weather controlled does not mean that if you dont package things correctly, they will still get nasty. My mattress was wrapped, no issue, my pillow wasnt and started to grow.

The manager here was awesome and very helpful. I was under tight schedule for a move and couldnt get everything packed until close to when they closed on Saturday but I called the Manager and she was very sweet enough to stay a little later so I could unload things into my storage locker. Have had my belongings here for along time. About 5 years give or take. The staff is friendlier than most places but it’s pricier as well. There’s also an abundance of black widow spiders and mice in the area. I almost lost all my stuff because I wasn’t contacted when my payments stopped do to an accounting error. Luckily I checked up on my unit before it was sold.

I spent 9 months at marina u-store. Highly recommend. The storage unit I had was nice and dry, and I had no issues or concerns about my things while I was away. The staff was helpful and kind. If I need any storage in the future I know where Ill go. The location is convenient- far enough away from the highway to feel secure and close enough that the movers I hired didnt gripe. One mover even commented on the ease of navigating the property in his truck. I was happy, the movers were happy... you will be too.
