Just ordered my 2nd boat from Waterfront and Mark was very professional and it went great. Nice to have a local dealer that takes care of you, and listens to your needs.

At all costs DO NOT bring your boat here. Dropped my boat off Memorial Day of 2020. Received it absolutely trashed from sitting out in the elements one year and a month later. Not fixed. Floor rotted out. Engine bay cover ripped off the screws. I’m going to have to go through small claims court to attempt to recoup the thousands of dollars of damage incurred while in his possession. Unfortunately I wrote out just shy of a $600 check before I got home and discovered the damage. This guy is a real piece of work, a complete fraud.

The Google listing shows the store hours on Saturday as 9-2 and their own website says the same. Heck, even the hours shown on the store front say 9-2. Drive an hour and show up at 11 on a Saturday....closed. According to shop next door, keeps his own hours and shows up whenever. Good luck with this guy.

Asked for repair - They ended up keeping the boat for 2-1/2 months without fixing. Communication was very poor, I had to call them to find out what was going on and the answer I got was they didnt get to it yet. Eventually told me they couldnt do the repair (after I purchased additional parts through them) but I was told they called a dealer in Green Bay and I should go there. I called that dealer and to no surprise they said they were never contacted nor could they help as they couldnt do what Waterfront claimed they could (test electrical). So I got the run around all summer and ended up where I started and a repair bill for something that didnt work. Maybe if you buy a boat there it would be fine but Id never go there again for repair.

Went to pick up a previously ordered boat. It took 4 hours from arrival to finish paperwork and leave with the new boat. They should have had all the paperwork pre printed when the boat arrived to them. They knew when we were arriving to pick up the boat. Instead they started printing when we arrived and their printer was on the fritz. No attempts were made to find alternatives, several items needed to be notarized and the bank that was used wasnt going to perform the notarization due to procedural reasons, and there was no attempt other than a half hearted apology to make it right. Nothing offered for 4 hours of delay.
