Hands down best vehicle buying experience I ever had! Found the vehicle online on a Sunday night and received a response the next morning by my now favorite salesman ever, Pat Burley!! We live two hours away and he kept in amazing communication with me all week until I could get there for a look on that Friday. Needless to say, it took me longer to get there than it was to purchase it! Pat and the whole Riverside Auto team, top to bottom are the best in the Midwest. They took care of everything, from the test drive, the financing options, calling the insurance company, getting us the maximum on our trade-in...and the best part?? Not having to go to the DMV in Michigan! He also gave us a tour of the place and introduced us to all the super friendly service staff as well. We have purchased five vehicles from Casey at Riverside auto. We have never had a bad experience, Casey knows what shes doing, and knows a lot about cars and trucks, and always gets us what were looking for. We have had dealings with the manager, Brian, and Nick the finance person as well. Again, never had a bad experience. In fact, Brian went over and above when we had an issue with the higher mileage vehicle my son bought. Nick is always very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He always gives us the best deal he can. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else to look for a vehicle as long as Casey, Brian and Nick remain at Riverside.

We Headed to Riverside to look at a new journey just to up grade. Met Tyler the sales person. Very nice young man. We noticed the journey we were to buy was not Detailed in side or out. They claimed it had been. Smelled like smoke and soda spills and stains and lots of dog hair every where. They kept it for 3 days and promised us it would be done in a few days and they would deliver it to us as we lived 1 1/2 away. Witch was very nice. Except when it came it was still not Detailed very well. At all . Dog hair every where. Stains and food and napkins stuffed in between the back seats. Cup holders still had food crumbs and candy wrappers in. And we paid to have the inside and out treated and clear coated. Several scratches were still on the out side paint that they said they would touch up before crClear coated was to be put on. Inside was Gross. And if they treated it . everything was just covered up with sealant. My wife and I took 6 hrs to detail the car before we could use it. We called and talked to Tyler. He blamed him self for not catching it before it left the shop. Problem with that . Was Tyler was not working the day if left. And even if he was . We have spent alot of money to have all the treatment done inside and out. They didnt care. No refund at all. This is no place to buy a car . Because were 100 miles away iam sure they feel they can get away with it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! We saw a car style on the lot that he has been thinking about...stopped for a look and left with a car purchased 4 hrs later. Nick and the Riverside Auto team in Marinette WI. took care of everything from the test drive to their financing or leasing options, calling his insurance company, oh ...and no standing in line at the DMV! They have plates which Nick attached just before just before we left. Great job all!

Went on Monday and looked at a $85000+DOOLEY...very interested. Had to leave because of disabled brother in law and our job. Gave them email and phone number. Asked them to let us know their best deal..We hear absolutely NOTHING!!! WELL CHEVY MADE $$$

Went in for an oil and filter and was satisfied with the customer service, very friendly. Although warning to anyone when they tell you about things that need to be serviced after they inspect your vehicle, 100% don’t trust it and get a second opinion somewhere else. I was told that I need a new front brake job when just one day prior I had a front break job done. The fact that their mechanics can’t even recognize brand new brakes and rotors is very disturbing. I will not take my vehicle there ever again to be serviced because the mechanic that looked over my vehicle should not have a job there.

I bought my 4th Jeep from my local dealer even though I don’t care for them or their service department. When I have an issue, I typically like to steer away from dealers as they try to upswell everything service related and honestly, don’t show a lot of respect to a female (sorry). Ive been to Riverside now three or four times and I am truly amazed with them! Service department is simply wonderful going above and beyond every time. Rick and Steve are everything you would want in the service department. A great lady who is in service gave me a great referral on new wheels and even John was awesome. He’s in sales but I did chat with him also. Without going into detail, each time they did more for me than they needed to. Hard to find!!! So consider going there to find out for yourself. A++++

Went from a 2007 Saturn vue, to a 2012 dodge journey, finally to a 2020 dodge grand caravan just in a year! I want to give a huge thanks to our sales rep. Avoid this place like the plague if you need service done!!! Took my Jeep Cherokee in for service. They were going to charge me over $10K in parts alone for an entire drive train change. All it took to fix was 4 bolts as the transfer case had sheared 2 bolts and was loose. They didnt even bother looking at the car obviously, just went with my description of what was wrong. I will NEVER, EVER do business with this place ever again.

I have bought my last 3 new cars there. The sales department is top notch and the service department is above any other dealer I have been to. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help regardless if you bought the vehicle there or not.

We were stranded in Walmart parking lot in Marinette, 45 minutes from home, and FAR from where we purchased our vehicle. ar wouldnt start. It seemed everyone was too busy to help us get our Grand Caravan back on the road. Found a GREAT tow company (Prestige) who towed us to Riverside, and, even though they were swamped, they got us up and running in less than 2 hours. Couldnt ask for better service than we received from both Riverside and Prestige. Hats off to the friendly, helpful people from BOTH places.

Casey was great and Nick was very upfront on everything. They were able to get me exactly what I was looking for.

Service was absolutely great when Mike was there. Now hes gone and its iffy. Theyve always treated me great though. As for the start rating, once they charged me for a full tank of diesel exhaust fluid but never put any in. They have me a great deal on jugs though and I added it myself. Charged me to rotate tires but didnt rotate them (I always mark the tires to be sure they are rotated correctly). And the last time I went they wouldnt replace the rear lift gate LED light assembly on my wifes Durango since, it looks like someone drilled holes in them to drain the water out and then filled then with epoxy). I checked 2 other Durangos and they both had the marks from the manufacturer process. Having the with work done at Chrysler World. But I will bring my Jeep back for oil changes and give them a few more chances. Like I said the service was great there.

Purchased a vehicle at Riverside 2 years ago, great staff the best service department. Today every face is different, under new management, really not impressed especially by a bunch of men including the manager sitting around eating checking out the poor young girl. Seriously..grow up.

Was told there were no aftermarket rotors or pads for my Jeep. Called two local parts stores and they both had aftermarket. Sad when they feel they have to lie to you. Makes me wonder if they lied about the warranty.
