My girlfriend and I went to Feldstein’s to find rings for engagement. We were introduced by Mitch who helped us throughout our entire purchasing process. We were offered wine and to have music we like played on the radio! He narrowed down our selections and we found one we loved! I mentioned that I wasn’t looking to buy today, but soon. Mitch understood and wasn’t pushy about buying today. He noted my information and checked in on me a couple months later when I was ready to buy! I went in and put down money and used their Wells Fargo credit card to finance the rest for 0% interest! Tommy was great to deal with. I went in with questions about a ring repair. He opened the door for me when I came in, answered all my questions, cleaned my ring for me and gave me a Hershey kiss and then opened the door for me when I left. He makes you feel very special and is very knowledgeable.

When I walked into Feldsteins I was welcomed with the utmost respect with the Kayla. She was very educated with her Expertise and jewelry.

I purchased a cremation ring prior to losing my dad. The ring was not from Feldsteins. I walked in to their Marinette location and showed a couple of the ladies my ring and asked about soldering once I had the ashes.I was told yes, and it would have to be soldered with their laser. It’s a sterling silver ring with a moonstone. There is a lot of tiny details and a clasp that holds the ashes under the stone. They said I could bring the ring in with my daddy inside and they would not open it. If for any reason they would need to open it, they would contact me first.Fast forward about 6 weeks. I called to see when I could drop my ring off and have it gone for the least amount of time. I brought it in on a Tuesday during my lunch. The young man that waited on me, Tommy, was so very nice and respectful.My ring was done the next day and I picked it up Thursday. I was greeted by Tommy when I arrived. He gave me my ring and I became emotional. It’s perfect. I can’t see where it was soldered.If this experience wasn’t amazing enough, I received a Thank You card last week- thanking me for trusting them with my dad.I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction, better service. For the brief time I was there, I was treated like family.Thank you from the bottom of my heart- thank you.
