Purveyor of fine firearms and accessories. Shop was clean and well kept, staff (Kegan) was knowledgeable and friendly, parking was ample and adequate. I never felt pressured into a purchase and all prices were at or below market value for the items they carried. 10/10 would shop there again.

Frank was helpful and friendly. Helpful staff affordable firearms 5 stars so far in my book and I imagine itll remain at 5 stars. Just remember they dont control the fed so background checks maybe a pain. Just gotta wait it out.

Had a fantastic experience at Black Rifle Firearms this past week!! Was looking for a certain pair of Smith & Wesson handcuffs and they completely delivered on getting me what I wanted.The manager was also super friendly and extremely knowledgeable with all questions I had.Will definitely be going back for my next purchase!

They have the best costumer service anywhere around and never talks down to the costumers. Like some of the places I have been. The manger is very helpful and would help anyone and a great guy to talk to. I spend hours in there just talking to him about guns. Great business and I will keep going back.

I have tried again and again to cancel my membership with them I have called a total of 19 times now within the past few months and only twice did they even answer,and yes during business hours, I also went in once to try and settle this. They have given me the runaround twice and once said it will be taken care of and to let them know if it happened again and it did money is still being taken out and again I have called twice this week and to no avail, this is unprofessional and frankly dishonorable to handle these matters so poorly.I have had at least 60 dollars taken since the time I tried to cancel this membership. They have lost all of my business and my entire families I am sorry to say.

Beware of purchasing here! I ordered a rifle and had to cancel due to quality control issues with the manufacturer. My first attempt to cancel was only 1 business day after the initial purchase, and no one even answered the phone for several attempts over the next 2 days. Finally on the 3rd day after the purchase I had to send an email to which they replied and cancelled, but stuck me with a $133 service / restocking fee for a product that NEVER EVEN SHIPPED! EVEN WORSE they never actually refunded the purchase, and I am now having to dispute it with my credit card company. I would recommend staying far away from this establishment when considering your next purchase.

I stopped in earlier today to purchase a Glock 22 to find out that it had been sold. I had called on the 20th to inquire about it and I was informed that it was sold. However, upon seeing it relisted (on Armslist) on the 24th (four days later), I figured that the original buyer had backed out. If it had been sold on or before the 20th, why was it relisted for sale four days later?This, combined with the fact that I was told to return on Wednesday for a quote on a new Glock 17, makes me leery of shopping here in the future. I may stop in again at some point in the future but I cant, in good conscience, recommend this shop to my friends or loved ones at this time.

Beware of signing up for the monthly membership card, my brother has called repeatedly to ask them to cancel it and every time they have said they will cancel and it get back with him. Not once have the returned the phone calls and they are still charging his account for the membership.

I walked in and asked to look at ARs in the $500-$600 price range. The 20-something Black Rifle employee LAUGHED at me! He said all ARs under $1000 were junk and they didn’t carry them. Too bad because they lost a sale that day and ALL future business from me! With that type of attitude and immature service, I’ll gladly spend my money in Sportsman’s Den, Vance’s and Norton.

Bought a lower parts kit from their store. Online price was $42.99, marked price on item $50, price I had to pay $52.99. They said they were in the middle of updating prices. Unfortunately I needed this item today, or I would not of made the purchase, but they will not get any more of my business.
