An awesome music store located inside of a historical building! Great atmosphere, service, and prices! I purchased my first Fender guitar from Byassee in November of last year. I showed up while it was still being setup and had a great conversation with their guitar tech. (He’s got the best job in the world lol.) anyway, he worked with me on the price of the guitar and even threw in a free case with it so I had something to carry it home in. Would highly recommend. Huge selection! Thank you, Byassee, for all of the great service and smiles you provided along the way.

I absolutely love this store I have bought so many of my cds for church here these guys are very kind and definitely have the patience God gave Job ! We also bought a piano from them for our daughter to learn on. It is very nice and well worth the money!! God bless you all . I stopped in today 2/14/2020 and was very impressed!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming store!! Curt helped me with everything and I will definitely be giving them all my business in the future. Its also great to deal with a family owned business, Curts daughter, who also works there was very kind. This place just makes you feel welcome and at home with people that are ready to help with anything you need. Its was also great to hear Curt play, one of the best guitar players Ive ever heard, hes played for 50 years and makes it look effortless!! Stop in and see them, youll be glad you did!

New management is great, prices are good and the staff is always helpful. They have been a very good asset for our church and our PA system. They also have some great teachers for students of various instruments.

I took in two guitars for a setup. One plays as good as it did when I bought it, and the other plays ten times better than when I bought it.

This store is the answer to my prayers. Marion il needs this place so to all of you musician and future musicians support this store and help it stay here. I am a guitar player and it felt like coming home to the way it use to be. The people here no pressure and its a relaxed atmosphere in the store. it is great to have these guys in our community.

They sold me a violin for 2,000 and when I had it appraised the specialist said they cost $100 for a set of three. I will never do business with them again and I urge anyone to go elsewhere
