Got car done 2 hours early then expected ... Great job

Had to have new transmission costing4600.00,said they wld work with us in paying bill.paymt plan. Called them asking how much needed to get vehicle out of shop. 200.00.pd that stated its good to go for pick up. Well went there to get vehicle, man stated we need the whole 4400.00 .wasnt told that on phone 2hrs prior that. Poor communication, or something. Not willing to work with us now. Changed their tune in 2hr time span

Initially asked for a full body check as was new car to me. Got told nothing but brakes and transmission with shifter cable(even though we JUST changed and tightened it) and belt was wrong with it. So i Initially got a rebuilt crate transmission, Took in for 200 check, pointed out hard shift, said nothing wrong. Did a bunch of other work that they werent supposed to do. (Ive put in 2500 in other work that needed to be done they told me didnt need done because I got frustrated with them and took it somewhere else. This other place told me the jerk is still the transmission.) So my truck has been parked for 3 years now! So I see new owners, schedule appointment for warranty, and now Im supposed to provide a receipt I was not given from 4 years ago. When asked if he could produce me one, he avoided the issue completely! Now, Im stuck!

Great customer service, very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail.

They said my transmission was bad but then I change the speed sensor line and it fix my problem and they didn’t tell me it was my line they said it was a bad transmission and not the electrical line to the speed sensor. So I spent 70$ on a inspection and not caught it at all.

Called yesterday to get a quote to replace my transmission. Called tow truck to haul there. Called to confirm appointment and they raised the price $400. Wouldnt honor the quote we got YESTERDAY. Watch out for these people

Refused to work on my car. (BMW).

Called with a simple question, rather than answer it they wanted 49.95 to tell me the answer. It was just a simple phone call for a solenoid.....horrible.
