I was having zero luck finding 2 front tires for my economy sized car that is non hybrid or anything fancy that was not well over 300 dollars. Belle and Tire Barn both for mid range tires for 2 were well over my budget. Zurchers aka Best One had 2 within range and would be ideal for my needs, warrantied them and other services that would be helpful should either tire have issues that the other 2 places did not offer. I will now stick with Best One for future tire service needs.

Good brake job. Appointment was on time. They remembered to remount the spare tire I had requested. Everything works well.

Been going here for 15 years with never a problem. Until today... Brought my vehicle in with 7,000 miles on it for a simple oil change. Guy who pulled my car in could barely move it 20 feet without stalling it. Got another guy to move it after stalling twice. New guy stalled it as well. Steps out, looks puzzled, gets back in, drops the clutch and flys forward and takes it to the back again. Ask whats going on, and the guy working the front desk says let me go check. Comes back and says its leaking oil. I ask if they changed the crush washer. I dont know is the answer I get. Ask to go take a look for myself, and the kid is bending my drip pan down and cleaning oil out from the engine bay. Should have taken it off to prevent damaging the tabs, and to thoroughly clean up the mess. Find out the oil is leaking from the filter. I ask again about the crush washer, and am told that they dont change them every oil change, as they should be, and there was no crush washer on the drain plug. They then wanted to put a paper gasket on it to appease me. I told them no, as I will be putting a drain valve on and taking over all oil changes in the future. I had to bring up a google search and show the guy working the counter that crush washer should never be reused, and should always be replaced. I then had to bring up a photo of the OEM crush washers that come on the vehicle to prove that they do indeed come on most vehicles still. Got back out to my car, and there is oil residue all over the front bumper and my door handle. I then had to pull my own car out of the bay because they had so much trouble getting it in and out. A few years ago, I would have highly recommended these guys, but it seems the level of service, care, and knowledge for our vehicles has taken a serious nosedive....

I take my vehicles here regularly for routine oil changes. They have a great program where every sixth oil change is free--be sure to take advantage of that! Dustin and Dave are very friendly and helpful when it comes to estimating costs. I have had tires replaced on two of my vehicles here and have no complaints. Be sure to keep an eye out for coupons on their website and through the mail--you can get $5 off an oil change!

I had a great experience at Best One! I had an issue that I needed resolved with my car that other places around town could not seem to figure out and within 5 minutes Best One and had the problem figured out and solution! I will be going to Best One will all my car needs! Such a great place!

Fast service and good estimates.

Went to get oil changed. Price has went up $4.00 in only 7 months. Was told I had roughly a 1/2 hour to wait. Ok, I can deal with that, so I sit patiently in the lobby area. Guess what? I waited in the LOBBY for 2 hours before I finally had to get up and start looking at them directly with a dissatisfied look to get my name called. Apparently, they have a frosted partition so that people sitting down in the lobby cant see them and they cant move their lazy feet to come out to the lobby to call your name OR see if you are there still waiting. When I paid for my oil change NO apologies were given to me for my wait and to add injury to insult, when I got home they had a left a message on my home phone that my vehicle was ready. They better step up their game with customer service AND pricing or I will not return NOR will I recommend anyone else to them! I can change my own oil for under $20 myself if they dont need the business!!!

Misdiagnosed issue with vehicle. Quoted a lower price than what we actually paid. Had to take vehicle to a shop down the road.I dropped off my vehicle after hours and on the early bird/late night owl note I had mentioned the issue with the vehicle was likely due to fuel pump. My husband called the next morning at 7:42 (hours state open at 7:30) and was placed on hold until 8:05 am. We were told they were shortstaffed so by having our vehicle there it set them back.The next day, we get a call stating it was the distributor that needed replaced. After replacing it, they called us to state the vehicle still was not running like it should and they think it was the fuel injector which would cost another $400.Told them no we will just come get our van to take it elsewhere. Furthermore, when presenting the $35 off over $300 service coupon that was in a flyer, they gave us a hard time about using it.I will never allow my vehicle, my husbands nor any family member to bring their vehicle here. Sad part is, this was the 3rd chance we gave.The $400 quote turned out to be $525.

I have come in several times before for small tire repair and theyre usually very quick and professional. But I made an appointment for an oil change and I was there on time, he told me it shouldnt take more than 30-45 minutes. I gave them an hour before I came back, never receiving a phone call .. They had not even moved my car yet. What should have been 30 minutes ended up being over 2 hours! They werent even busy. Huge inconvenience.

Had an appointment for an oil change and arrived ten minutes early. Forty minutes later Im being asked what car I had and my name, they were looking for my paperwork. Apparently I got overlooked or forgotten about. They apologized and said they were just getting it in. Half an hour later it was done. The guy that got out of my car took out the papers that they put down on your seat and floor (Im guessing?) and the papers were the same dirty papers that Id seen him take out of the previous car! Gross!! Dont recommend them and will NEVER go back!

My experience today was grand. They were very helpful with my oil change and my wallet as well. It is much to appreciate when a bussiness cares about the people in the town. Best One is a place where I trust the workers to handle my vehicles appropriately.

This is the second time in 2 years that Ive tried to go here. Both times they were apparently booked for weeks. Im glad everybody seems to have a good experience but the guy up front seemed and rude and judgemental but i could be wrong I suppose but besides that in my experience make sure you call ahead at least 3 weeks or so if you want a chance to get in..

I have worked around people in just a few different job settings, and how we were treated today was unprofessional, disrespectful, and with my experience if you the owner of the vehicles getting a few things done. Just like many people I called to get an appt. But Dustin had ensured us first ce first serve. Mind you we had an appt. For another vehicle and well that wasnt the case. So anyways we get there at 8:00 A. M. We just wanted the fluids checked and topped off that was the most important thing we wanted done my transmission fluid was at 23% oil life was 65% so then we said change the oil, and please see if you can get the child locks off the back doors. We have sat there with my 1 year old daughter, who was marvelous for the hours we sat there.... There were only two other customers in the business, and then us. About 15 minutes later there are about 3 people who walk in after us say what they need, in walks 4 more these people needed more than oil changes. The place is full about an hour after we had been helped.. Everyone who came in after us left before us. And then to make things worse, we get the receipt for what work that was done... And it says oil change!!!!! We get in my new car and all the fluid levels were the same and put a very bad name when my computer pops up.... I was so disappointed.. I hope something will happen or i will even get an apology from the owner.
