I bought my car here in 2019 and had a wonderful experience. I have taken my car here since to get routine oil changes, etc. I love this place so much! Always quick, reliable, and friendly. They explain everything so well and never take advantage.

Great staff. Not pushy as some dealerships Ive been to. Variety of vehicles and price ranges.

Pam in the Service Department is the BEST! She is always willing to go the extra mile and is the best in the business for customer service. If it wasnt for Pam - I would drive out of town to service my vehicle.

I will refuse to take anything to this dealership through the service department ever. I will not refer anyone to this place as well. We set up an appointment 2 months ago and even towed the vehicle to this place to get looked at. They just recently contacted us and told us they had no time or man power to even look at it. Now we have to pay a bigger towing bill to take it to another dealership. But yet I see vehicles going in as i speak waiting for the tow truck to get here. Great way to treat your customers!

Ive tried several times to buy here.After waiting around with sales people walking past and over priced used vehicles. I tried to check out to buy but faced with arrogance.A rude sales manager actually told me to buy somewhere else.

My car has a warranty and will be going in to be fixed a second time. (Nothing major, sensors go out)Last time they gave me a loaner car to use until my car was fixed....this time 2 of those cars were wrecked and the rest are out on the road, so they cant give me a loaner car.THESE PEOPLE OFFERED TO TAKE ME TO WORK IN THE MORNING.I never thought I could love a car dealership, but their customer service is great, theyre always friendly. And Aaron Bradford has been kind and apologetic (obviously not his fault) each time I call about an issue or a question.. which in the beginning was often as it was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership.

Friendly, helpful sales team that caters to your needs and wont push you in one particular direction just to make the sale. Also, great service department although not always the fastest - if you want it done right with OEM parts and guys who know all the details, they have a good team. Stop in on a Saturday morning just to browse and talk with guys who really enjoy what they do.

This service dept is fantastic. These guys go way out of the way to get things done. Greg in service dept is an asset to the company. Fair prices and great service and just good people. Ill always go to this service dept.

Stopped by to see what they had as a replacement for current car. They have a good selection, salesman was very helpful. We just didnt know what we really wanted in a replacement car, no pressure was put on us to buy something, that was very important to us. Good experience, will probably go back when we know what we want.

Oil change within an hour

It was quick for me. They didnt try and say a bunch of stuff was wrong just to get us to spend a lot of money. Witch is hard to hard to find a place like that now a days because people are money hungry.

I bought my F150 in 2012. Had good customer service. Let me test drive it for the weekend. I have it serviced (mostly oil changes) there and have always had good service on that side too.

If I could give less than 1 * I would..It started when we went to look at trading our truck in on a newer Ford.The old man that came to greet us was named Jay.He said can I help you and we started asking questions in regards to the truck we were looking at.He asked what my husband did for a living and he told him and then that man turns and says what makes you think you can afford this truck..Really ??Did this man really just downgrade my husband. Wow the nerve! He makes $60k a year or more .Then was like why do you guys deal with in-house financing and we told him our credit wasnt too great but that we had problems with this one company but that was eons ago and do you know what that man did he had them run that company as the only financial company to see if we would qualify to purchase this truck... Then comes back after we filled out the app and says sorry even with your company discount of the x-plan that they were unable to finance us. Plus just 3 days ago we are now being sued by that old financial company for 10k...So as for a great review its not gonna happen.. I would choose a different dealership that actually wants people to value their dealership as thats what makes a worthwhile company worthy of having quality customers that will refer for many others.. Though I did not meet anyone else than this man as he needs to be taught a lesson in manners and behavioral skills.Dont judge a trucker because they can often be your best customer or often enough your worst if you judge.... I think perhaps Kokomo or any other Ford dealership will appreciate our business and those who we know looking for a great truck...

It was terrible..took my car in for oil change at 11 am...at 1 pm my car still has not been taken back. When I complain Im told Im next. I finally see my car come out at 1 thirty. I complain about how long it took and was told thats what happens when you bring your car in at lunchtime. Then the internet is down, and Im standing 10 minutes trying to get the machine to accept my debit card. After several attempts, and my growing frustration she tells me she will put it down as no charge. I doubt if they would have done that had the credit machine been down. I never received an apology for my wait and they have lost a loyal customer.

BEWARE BEWARE. I took my 2008 ford truck to be worked on and explained to them that it needed a EGR VALVE and a COOLANT PIPE replaced . They gave me an estimate of $1800.00 dollars . The parts were about $450.00 i questioned them about the price and then they told me it could run up to $2000.00 for the repair. I then contacted 2 other ford dealers Howell in Kokomo and Fincannon in Hartford city. Their estimate was $760.00 for the same parts and same exact work UNBELIEVABLE $1100 AND COULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT $1300.00 CHEAPER . SO CHECK AROUND DONT GO THERE.I had Fincannon ford repair it and they did a great job.I went back and told Mike Ford service manager and HAD MY RECEIPT he just shrug his shoulders and said I told you to get another opinion ARE YOU KIDDING ME. O STARS I am also contacting ford and the BBB ON THIS MATTER. Greg at SOUTHWORTH in service said that is what his tech said it would cost. IN THAT CASE THEY NEED ANOTHER AND AN HONEST TECH. OR DONT THEY CHECK THEM.

Bought a truck and the price was fair...but support after the sale has been less than stellar. For example the u-joints needed replaced the day I got it home which they refused to help with then I sat in the DMV for 30 mins waiting for someone to arrive to fax me a bill of sale...
