Place was excellent. Jerry was an even better salesman. I had an issue with the first mattress I brought home. (Manufacturer error) Jerry exchanged my mattress free of charge and helped me pick out an even better 1. Anxiously awaiting the new one to arrive.

The young lady that helped us was nice. She was personable but she was not pushy. I like that she gave us information we needed answered any questions that we had. I was very pleased with our experience!

I purchased a mattress box, but the person I dealt with was not very friendly. He welcomed me when I walked in but as I asked questions he didn’t seem friendly. I was wondering if it was the questions I asked or if my purchase was not enough for what he was expecting or what. And the part I really didn’t appreciate was after I paid for my purchase, I didnot hear the 2 most important words a customer expects when purchasing a product at a store. “Thank You”. He did not thank for me giving him business.

Sales person was very helpful. We bought 2 mattresses and when we were loading the one for our daughter, which was the one we needed that night, my daughter found a hole in it. He told us to go ahead and take it and he will get a replacement sent as soon as possible. Great customer service.

I thought the price of things that mattresses and the box springs in The mattress firm were pretty expensive especially their adjustable bed frame I did have a great salesperson that came over from Muncie she was very knowledgeable and she actually worked with me on the price yes I probably shop there again

DO NOT BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM!!! Our mattress was defective, so they replaced, but then the 2nd one was defective as well. They refused to help us or make it right, even with pictures showing the obvious defects. They said there was nothing they could do in store. So, you have to go online to make a warranty claim and the process is ridiculously tedious and takes WEEKS! When you call, all you get is a recording telling you to use the website or go to the store. We tried the chat for help on the website and it said no agents were available every time we tried it. They obviously do not value existing customers, only new sales. They sold us 2 defective mattresses and refused to make it right. Extremely dissatisfied. Do NOT recommend. Photos show the dips and humps from the mattress. It happened 2x.

Had a great shopping experience here. had actually stopped at a local competitor first but walked away to see what other stores had to offer. we visited this new store for the first time and was greeted warmly by Drew. he was very knowledgable, answered our endless questions, really made our experience personal. he took time to find out what we were looking for and offered several products to meet our needs. he gave us numerous quotes. since it was near dinnertime, we opted to go grab a bite and think over our options. we actually proceeded with applying for financing during our dinner. we returned back to the store to continue with our purchase and realized an issue with our credit application. Drew gave us some possible solutions. we returned the next day to meet with his manager who had our situation worked out super fast. by the time we left, we felt as if these 2 were long time friends, not pushy salespeople. highly recommend this location! cant wait for our new bed to arrive!

Didnt go in to buy a mattress. Just wanted to check a few beds out, and see what felt right for me. For a bed and nice frame I didnt want to spend more than $1,400. Was going to buy online, but I fell in love with a bed at the store. I ended up spending $1,700, but well worth knowing I love what I got more than any other option.

This is my third home I have used Mattress Firm for all of my mattresses. They offer the best quality and service. I also appreciate that they recently replaced a mattress that was too firm without any trouble. Very pleased with this company.

Visited on a Friday evening and met Jerry. My hubby and I had picked out a mattress online. Showed Jerry the picture and he brought me right to that mattress. Too Soft!!! Explained our needs and Jerry was very knowledgeable about the various products and types of mattresses. We thought we wanted box springs but after Jerry demonstrated the adjustable base including measuring for height, we were sold. The whole thing from start to finish was less than 45 minutes! The bonus was that the base was FREE with our mattress purchase which allowed us more $$ to work with as far as cost of mattress. We had a great experience at Mattress Firm and would recommend that others go in and talk to Jerry. We had one slight miscommunication regarding removal of our old mattress and box springs but it was just a misunderstanding and it was cleared up quickly.

My husband and I came in just to try out a few mattresses because Ive been complaining about neck, shoulder, back, and hip pains. So as a birthday gift he wanted to purchase me (us) a new mattress. Neither one of us thought that we would be leaving today with a delivery date of our new Tempur-Pedic bed! I laid on several different (expensive) mattresses, but when Jerry Pratt asked me to try the Tempur-Pedic... it was over!!! I lie to you not, I started to go to sleep when he and my husband started talking numbers. IT IS THAT DOG GONE COMFORTABLE!!!! If I could give Zero Stars I would! Good service and Jerry was great however after the order was made it went downhill from there! Mattress never delivered! Then to be told it would be another week to deliver on top of the two we already waited and nothing was done about it, was ridiculous. Terrible delivery service. They won’t call or message any changes. Canceled order and took our business elsewhere.

My fiancé and I have been looking for a mattress for a month now. We went to this mattress firm with the intention to just look around unless we found something that we really liked. Then we met Jerry. Jerry is basically the coolest salesman you will ever meet. He was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and super helpful. We never felt pressure to purchase a mattress unless we were sure we wanted it. He was willing to give us the name of the mattress and let us go with the space to think it over. He gave us space to allow us to try the mattresses that we wanted and talk it through, but was always willing to give advice on mattresses if we needed it. He recommended mattress types based on the posture we had on different types of beds. He found out that we were getting married in 2 months and talked to us for awhile about how he has had a happy marriage and gave us advice on how to do the same. By the end of the visit, it seemed more like we were talking to a friend than a mattress salesman. I would recommend this mattress firm to anyone, but make sure to ask for Jerrry if you go. He will be fair, helpful, and incredibly nice. Jerry, if we ever need another mattress or mattress product, expect Christine and Zach to be coming your way. You earned two loyal customers today.
