The GM at the Marion, Indiana store went above and beyond to take care of me and let me exchange a pair of sandals for a smaller size, even though I had been told I couldn’t exchange them by an employee. When I went in to exchange them, they had actually put a pair on hold for me. It wasn’t the same style as the sandal I had previously purchased so she ordered me a pair and had them shipped to my house. I really appreciate her going out of her way for me. Excellent customer service and I will definitely continue to shop there. That’s how you run a store and have repeat customers!

Although this is the place I go when I want shoes, this is a very flawed store. First of all, the selection is tiny in every section except for active. They have maybe 2 or 3 variations of any given brand for the different genders/age ranges. The prices are sometimes steep but the shoes Ive bought have been worth them since they last at least a year. If this store didnt sell the Vans and Converse sneakers that I love, I would almost definitely go someplace else. The staff is fine.

I like shoe carnival. They usually have sakes and deals on shoes for my family and for work.

Not much to choose from. Customer service not good. Kind of rude actually. Save time. Go elsewhere.

I ordered my kids school shoes online at 8am due to a 4hr wait to pick up in the store so i called to make sure my order was placedyes i got the email so the store team kept saying no nothing has came to us yet check back and i did 4 times,i then spoke to another representative in the store after serval calls then receiving a cancelling email at 20mins before pick up about my order i then called again to the 1800 #in the email i still got the run around and was told no i cant get a in store credit or gift card for my order being cancelled on there end of the computer not mines.I now have to wait 4days to get my money back and am out of school shoes,/refund for some more big inconvenience i will never shop here again!!.
