Thank you for helping me with my Toyota truck. It was a very busy and important day, bringing my daughter back to school. Toyota change my oil the day before and forgot to put the O-ring gasket on my filter! Emptying my oil from 3 hours away and almost causing my truck seized up!! Thanks for fixing the problem to get me back home safely.

The person that helped me change my oil told me to pick one of the options and i picked the cheapest one and he proceeded to go change it but afterwards he told me that the option I picked doesn’t go with my car and is not good for my car, so I asked him why he didn’t tell me this beforehand and he said you picked it and it’s not his problem, I asked him to go get me the manager and he said he was the manager but I didn’t see any credentials or a tag that says he’s the manager but I told him to go change it to the one that is suitable for my care and he proceeded to do that, and afterwards when he gave me that bill he charged me for the first one and the second one. Clearly the first time was his mistake for not telling me that the one I picked is not suitable for my car and may damage my car. He made me pay for both of them.

Came in and wanted a simple oil change. That was done well. Customer service was poor. Workers were not professional and seemed like they did not want to be there. Once I got the okay to leave the passenger seat was laid all the way back, there were oil finger prints all over the glove box and steering wheel. Items inside the glove box were scattered all over. Also had dust and debris from cabin filter everywhere. Floor was not vacuumed either. Definitely won’t be coming back.

They did not change my oil filter but receipt says they did and when I called and asked them about this they said they dont change the oil filter, why change the oil if their going to leave the old oil filter on? Makes no sense

Make sure you follow up on what youve asked them to do. I specifically requested battery cables to be cleaned but it was forgotten. They did clean it on request...but it was part of the initial request. After guiding me out of the bay, I was down the road before I realized that they hadnt reset my maintenance required indicator. This is part of their checklist of services to be completed and checked as work done....which it wasnt. As I read over the remainder of the checklist of work done, it made me wonder what other aspects of the service were pencil whipped.

All of the workers were very courteous. I am thankful that they let me stay in my car for the oil change. Leroy was very kind and even gave me a water while I waited in the car.

Really quick experienced team does a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Normally Im in and out in 30 min. or less. Today they were having trouble with a door and had to back the vehicle into the first bay. I was fourth in line with two being serviced. Still got out in under an hour. They inspect everything and show you parts that may need attention. I requested they check the computer diagnostic and battery also as the check engine light had been on (loose gas cap).

Very professional, super friendly staff and great price. They even installed my new windshield wipers that had been sitting in my trunk for months.

Service was quick and employees were curtious but not everything was done like they said. They didnt vacuum the interior but said they did. Makes me wonder what else didnt get done? Usually dont have any problems but this was a completely different crew than I usually see when I go to this location.

Took my vehicle for oil change. They had a special going for tire rotation and free break inspection. I wasnt having ANY ISSUES with my car (it is fairly new) other than my change oil light indicator was on. After I left I now have a squealing break (which it was NOT doing before they touched my car) AND my change light oil indicator is STILL on. My receipt states it was reset too. I would like them to fix these issues free of charge or refund my money.

This is more than an ordinary jiffy lube! I got a lot of quick repairs done here and all oil changes and maintenance during college. They are quick, honest, have great pricing, and are so nice! They went above and beyond a lot and I would trust my car with them any day! Had to try a new place in a new a new city today, the experience in made me so wish I at the Marion jiffy lube. Seriously.

I went in by myself. I didnt feel pressured into anything extra that they offered. They didnt try to upsell me anything. Definitely will return!

They do a great job, but I wont be using them anymore for one simple fact, they do not report to the different car rating agencies (Carfax, etc.). For the price you pay there I expect more.

Claimed our oil drain plug was stripped and wed need to completely replace our oil pan. We took the car to a family run mechanic a few days later and they had no trouble at all. We asked the mechanic what the issue was. He said, Looks like they just didnt use the right wrench. I just put the right wrench on and it came right off.Long story short: Jiffy Lube didnt know how to do the job they literally exist to do, and then gave up and recommended a fix that would cost hundreds.Dont go here.

Never had a problem with them. Always helpful and honest. They listen to what you have to say. And if you have a problem with your vehicle they tell you if they can fix it or not and what the problem is and where you can take it. Thats good service there.

Great staff! They didnt have my filters in stock which made me come back a few days later and a long wait once I returned. Seems like business has picked up. Maybe a extra employee is in order. On my return trip the mnagaer was stuck out in the garage 95% of the time working. The price seems to have gotten even higher. May look elsewhere next time around

FOUND ON FACEBOOK - NOT MY EXPERIENCE BUT I THOUGHT IT NEEDED SHARED.Yesterday was a rough day. My car slid during the snow and I hit a curb breaking my rim and something else yet to be determined. 😞 I was going to leave my car at a gas station right near the curb I hit and get a ride to my mom’s house, but something told me to try to keep going a little further. I drove down the road a little more with my hazards on before I pulled over. As I stopped my car, these two men who had pulled up to the intersection got out of their car to see if I was okay. Lucky for me, the guys had just gotten off work from their jobs at Jiffy Lube! What are the odds?! I told them my situation and they looked at my tire and explained what was wrong. They changed my tire in the freezing weather while the cold, wet, heavy snow fell. These guys never complained and they helped me, a stranger, with smiles on their faces. I may be spelling their names wrong but the awesome people from Jiffy Lube in Marion were Dallas and Caden so if you know them, tell them I can not thank them enough for their kindness. I know that I had some really special angels watching over me and some really great friends who came to my rescue with tools and machinery to help the guys fix what they could on my car. I still have more things to fix on my car which is a bummer, but I’m so blessed to have such an awesome support system.❤️

Although the staff sounded knowledgeable, they left my air filter compartment open so my air filter was bouncing around my engine. I had told them the next day I was driving to Virginia. Thank goodness I had a friend check my engine before I left.

Cost me $48 just for a simple oil change, nothing more. I received a coupon in the mail stating oil change starting at $15.99 to $18.99 that didnt happen. Will not be going back again!

These guys are great... The techs and manager love the work they do and the customer service is great. Jason Shadoan the manager took great care of me when my van broke down while passing through town. He wasnt working the Saturday I came in but Brandon was aware of the situation, amd had the techs jump right on the work to make sure me and my family were safe for the rest of my trip... I wish our mechanics back home were as enthusiastic and as nice as all these guys. Thanks!
