I don’t normally give reviews on my shopping experiences but in this case I’m gonna make an exception. This car dealership made my time here worth it, didn’t waste my time, listed to what I wanted and went out of their way to get the best deal for me. Tim and the rest of the staff were polite,courteous, and made me and my wife feel like family not just another check on the car sales of the month board. This is what professional and respectful treatment of the customer looks like. Tim thank you so much I love my new ride.

Service great employees great. I dont believe in gouging prices for parts such as FOBS and keys remember Pontiac vehicles made more money in parts and repairs then selling Pontiacs. A Key do not cost $270.00 dollars

Been here several times, and always very patient. If theres a problem and they can fix it they will. A bit pricey, but the job will be taken care of. And as for honesty, if they see a better option they will let you know and give you that option, and appointment time used on there watch if no work done then they wont charge that fee. Honest, loyal, good, friendly peoe here at this location. We great appreciate your wonderful service and hope you stick around for years to come!!!

Was travelling through town and called to see if they could get my dually diesel in for an an oil change. They were able to squeeze me in and did a great job.

Saw a Chrysler Pacifica online for a great price. We drove it and loved it. We could not come together on the price for our trade. Would have loved to make a deal.

Please be aware if you have a warranty repair I am told they only have 2 people to work on warranty repairs. I have taken my car in 4-5 times for issues only to have the same issue happen again. Given the lack of certified staff to work on warranty repairs I know have to wait another 2 weeks just to get it in after the issues was fixed less than a month ago. Although the staff are friendly and do assist in getting repairs covered under the warranty please be aware the the follow-up is often lacking on the status of your repairs. Maybe look around at another dealerships that are better equipped at repairs.

2nd time using them for a service. Friendly on the phone and in person. Ask them to check on a tire issue and they said it would be no problem.

I have history with Absher-Arnold crime family. Im the reason they dont post reviews on their Facebook page. After driving MOPARs for 25 years you couldnt GIVE me a new one. I just got rid of my 2017 Chrysler 300S and Im far happier for it.

They wanted 560.00 a month for a 2015 silverado.For that I should drive a dodge demon 2021.

The guys in the service department are great. They answer all my questions with knowledge and helpful advice.Ive had a great experience with this business since I bought my 2019 Dodge Ram in December 2018.

This is the second automobile I have purchased from the best salesperson there by the name of Cheryl Goematt. Wow everyone at the dealer went out of their way to please, Cheryl went overboard with good service, honest car price, and given us breaks wherever she could.And Tyler the financial guy was super and putting up with my insults. Guess I am 81 I will actually never buy another car but if I do I will be sure to go back to Cheryl and Tyler.

I recently had a mass air flow sensor problem in my car and they were able to fit me in their schedule promptly. Tony is a nice guy and I appreciate him for the extra help. Chris from services was very thorough and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. Overall, very quick and friendly service. I will be back for future work/ trade ins!

If I could leave NO stars I would. In the past 2 years they have been the only dealership around to take my jeep to. I have paid them SO MUCH MONEY! And every time I take it in, it comes out worse! Took it in to fix my AC, it blows cold now but now it doesn’t stay on! Took it in to service my 4 wheel drive and air ride suspension! Paid well over $4,000 AND IT WASNT PUT TOGETHER PROPERLY! And Now it’s saying service air ride suspension AGAIN! I took it in to them for them to fix it, they said there was nothing wrong with it and then wanted to charge me another $1,200 to “FIX” the problem! Find somewhere else!

Hope the owner calls me-the treatment was appalling. The system requires you to mark at least one star?

Loved my salesman Jerry he was very helpful and knew exactly what vehicle was right for me. Biggest thing that I really like he that treated me like a friend and was very respectfully. Especially since I am young (20) and he didnt treat me like a child. Only reason why I gave them 4 stars it because the car I bought has some kinks and I took it back to get fixed and the mechanics said that they fixed but did not and they didnt bother to tell anyone they were done with my car.

Went in for a Thermostat change and they did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. Coffee needs some help though.

So I actually need to do two reviews on this but Ill just do one and split the difference. The sales department 5/5. Amazing. Helped me find what I wanted, went out of their way to help me when I had problems with my new car. Even gave me a car to drive for a week while my new (used) one was getting worked on. The service department that actually worked on my vehicle was less than helpful. Offered me no solutions. Told me that there was nothing they could see wrong with the vehicle even though I brought recorded proof that there was. Also gave me no options for anything else to drive while they tried to figure it out. If it hadnt been for the sales department going above and beyond to help me out this rating would be a 1/5. If you have any troubles, go talk to someone in the sales department.

Mixed review from someone who has bought two vehicles with them. The place in general is great. Theyre friendly, and the service department is always on their game. I have enjoyed going through them. Theres only one negative though. With a recent vehicle I bought, the website stated it had certain features. After I purchased it, I did a little digging and found out that none of the features actually did. I was stuck with a vehicle which the features sold me. Thankfully, the car runs great otherwise. Its just upsetting that they advertise something without knowing the specific details to it

Great Place to go if you want low pressure sales, an honest service department that will explain all the details and scenarios for the outcome of your repair. I have experienced service issues in which they needed to follow up often. They always did what they said they would do! How unusual is that these days.

After test driving one we saw online, we expressed our concerns and what we were looking for to the one who was showing us around. Tony did an incredible job. Within 2-3 hours, he had us test driving the car we ended up buying THAT same day. They are very patient and friendly, offering water, coffee, television, and other things to keep the kids occupied. Everyone that works there is relatable and doesnt mind stopping to help if you need it. The area, and bathrooms, are very clean. Repairs wise? Affordable. Super nice salesman and I got a great vehicle.

My son was in a trerrible accident near this store. The manager at this location had video of exactly what happened. The Manager/Owner had a choice to turn over the video to the insurance company in order to help out a potential customer or to hold the video for ransom. He chose to hold the video until someone paid him money. My sons car was totaled! I would have bought a car from this dealership for helping me out, but because his decision to make a few bucks vs helping a customer solve this case, there is no way I would. I hope the $100 you forced out of my pocket out weighed what you could have made by selling me a new car. I would warn everyone of this mans greed with absolutely no regard for his customers.

Bought our Chrysler Town and Country in 2015. Have had it serviced only at Absher Arnold. I am pleased with their service department so willing to drive 35 miles for service.

While we didnt end up purchasing a vehicle at this location, the salesman who helped us, Bill, was a pretty cool dude. He had a pretty good sense of humor and he was a delight.

My oldest grandson traded a dependable Dodge Neon for a Dodge Durango with one of the salesmen named James...not through the dealership...but Id just like to say I hope karma bites him hard! My grandson is a cancer survivor and has to use hand controls a vehicle is very important to him! It means freedom and mobility and that Durango belongs in a junk yard! My grandson is heartbroken because we dont have the money needed to replace the rear end that Im sure James knew was going out! Im sorry to put this here but Im just very frustrated that he was lied to. Not the dealerships fault but it was a very bad way to treat someone.

At absher .arnold looking for a new vehicle. no pressure which I love a larger selection than most in this area.. found a 2017 jeep Patriot hope we can close the deal. well the deal went through...pleased overall a few issues. most issues related to add-ons. Didnt ask me if I wanted them.

Beware! Took my caliber in for a minor repair, they found other repairs they said were necessary one of which was a leaky oil pan even though we had never noticed any leaks on the garage floor. (they also said the transmission needed flushed even though we had that done days before: that should have tipped me off) I didnt allow them to flush the transmission but let them do the other repairs which came to over $800.00. Immediately we noticed a major oil leak and took it back. Instead of owning up to the poor job, They said the leak was coming from the timing chain cover and would be nearly $600.00 to repair. Instead of having them fleece me further I took it to another mechanic. He cleaned the underside of the engine and ran it for some time. He then called me to his shop to show me that the pan was leaking from 2 places, the worst was coming from a spot where the Absher mechanic pryed the pan with a screwdriver to get it off: the timing chain cover wasnt leaking at all! When I brought this to the attention of Abshers, the most they were willing to do was give a $30.00 credit for an oil change or something. . . Oh boy. You would do well to stay away from this corrupt business.

My daughter bought a used four door jeep and it had some issues with it. So I called Abshers to see if they could fix a dent in the front fender and A chip in the windshield. The service writer told me since I didnt buy the Jeep from them he probably could not do anything for her. This was not a warranty issue and she was going to pay to get it fixed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ABSHER MOTORS!!!!!JRM
