All around great business. The prices cant be beat with the great quality work that comes with it. Ive now had windows tinted on my vehicle and the wifes, a automatic start installed, and most recently a sound system installed. All by Sound and Tint Co. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I have honestly owned about 100 cars and all of them have been done by Marc and the guys at the shop. Never have I had a issue with service, warranty or quality. The audio side of the shop is top notch as well. That dude is the coolest,funny and pretty good looking. The team at sound and tint co will not disappoint.

They promptly started working the job according to the appointment time. It was finished in a timely manner. The tint job was applied perfectly.

I believe I just had our 5th vehicle tint completed by these guys. Completely satisfied. Done quickly and great service. On one occasion, they wanted to redo a piece because they were concerned with the material they used that was near the end of a roll. Point being, they want to make sure its done right the first time. Ill be returning for sure.

I bought a set of speakers and was told I could return them if I had any issues. When I hooked up the speakers they did not work properly and when I went to return them the staff was unpolite and hateful about it and told me they would not return the speakers they sold me just days before that. Would not recommend this place for any type of speaker system purchases they are unwelcoming and unhelpful. I have the receipts showing when and what I purchased and they still deny my return. They will take your money and give you junk speakers.

Other Brick & Mortar businesses need to take note. Sound Co has it figured out. I had an idea of what I was looking for when I begin upgrading the sound System in my 14 Impreza. Jeff gave expert advice and had what I needed picked out and on the counter ready for me in no time and even gave me tips and tricks for my install. An entire 6 days later I realized there was an issue and he handled it like I hadnt ever left the store. This is professionalism and customer service that is super refreshing to see. The windows were tinted at a very good time ! but it shows inwas tild it cant be perfect !! ive had most of my vehicles done at another place without any bubbles at ALL THEY NEED TIPS ON HOW TO CLEAN WINDOWS BEFORE THEY PUT ON THE TINT !!!

They tinted the front two windows of my Tahoe to match the rest that were factory tinted. It took less than 30 minutes, only cost $80 and looks great. I highly recommend their services.

Im sure the place is great per reviews Ive read, but I never made it in. I called to make an appointment to get my windows tinted. Ive never had tints before so I didnt exactly know what I wanted. The guy who I spoke with on the phone was sarcastic and a bit condescending. Spoke to me like I was stupid so I told him he was rude and to cancel everything.

Today the owner is the most honest business in Marion,-- let me explain I have my truck alarm shut my truck couldnt drive my truck for 2 wks.. I told my problem and he decided to come by and did a house call, we talked about my daughter b- day tue he fixed my truck for my daughter. Please know this that he shows that he is totally honest and he didnt charge me, it would been$100 -- our lives has hope now because of this one business kindness --please do business with this company that honestly care about every person needs Sound and design

Usually hard to find someone inside the store. The items in the store arent priced so I asked several times about prices which discouraged me from wanting to know much more about the items. The employee was unaware of the details I was interested in, about the items for sale & failed to offer to go and get someone who was more able to answer my questions. On a positive note though.... this store does an absolutely phenomenal job at window tinting for vehicles & installing flawless car audio systems the right way. Also one of the very very few places that still deal car audio items. They are an Authorized Memphis Dealer. Which is why I was disappointed about my questions going unanswered about the car audio things i was very much interested in and willing to buy.

Great 5 star work from these guys. Ive had about 7 cars done here and Ive been nothing but satisfied! There was a bubble in one of the passenger windows that wouldnt come out and he replaced it for no charge. Will always go here when I need tint or sound done.

Ordered window tint for front window of f150. Only took about 30 minutes. Have used them I past. Always neat and good installation.

Tried to make arrangements to get a DVD player installed in my SUV they were to call me back, WELL, they didnt! So I called them back and they didnt know I was there. We went back inside and he apologized but was sorry been busy and would look up our model and call me in an hour or so. NO. CALL AGAIN!!SO WE ARE DONE WITH THEM!
