Yes, this place is wonderful if you are purchasing items but it is horrible if you are taking your stuff there for consignment. Owner is friendly but does not return emails & you only have a few months before she donates the your items without a reminder, which she does tell you in the first email to you. Store also has very limited hours. My beautiful dress that I consigned in the fall did not sell with the winter months and a pandemic going on. I made $6 off of a couple picture frames and the rest got donated. My dad was not able to get in to get the wedding dress before it got donated.The business is also in the process of moving, not sure how long that process has been going on but would also hinder people chances of coming to look at your consignments. To sum it up, great place to shop, not-so-great to consign & owner is friendly.

Needed tents for me wedding and was panicking because it was two weeks until the big day. Got two massive tents booked and paid for immediately and they did set up and tear down! They were on time and incredibly quick! Everyone I spoke to from there was so sweet and helpful and had answers for every question I asked! Definitely would recommend!!

Reasonable prices! Great customer service! Used their floor length tablecloths for my wedding. Other Cedar Rapids event rentals quoted me $400-$500 for tablecloths but with New Century it didn’t even come to half those prices. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for our Graduation party, they were very professional and the tent was clean and looked great for our party. They were right on schedule for the set-up and tear down, and left minimal impact to the yard. We got many compliments from the guests and will certainly do this again. We also rented table cloths, tables, and chairs. All were in good shape and sturdy. Fair price, great service, and gives you one less thing to worry about with your event. My only advice is book early, which we did, to have best selection and peace of mind.

Ive hired New Century Tents for our church festival for many years. They have the best prices and great, reliable service. We never have to worry about them getting the tent up and down on time. Their tents are well maintained and weve never had issue with anything. Since they do their own tent fabrication, they can make virtually any size tent - as big as you need it. You can rent tables, chairs, lights, space heaters and even a dance floor from them too.

I have been here 4 times now during regular business hours & ALL 4 times they have been closed! The 1st time I figured maybe an emergency or weather related, but 4 times?? Why is this place always closed when business hours are posted?? I have never been inside the store so I cant review what im not able to see. Is this business still open?

I got stained linens, and wrinkled linens that couldn’t be ironed. Overpriced for what you get.
