I’ve only been in this store twice and both times the cashier was rude. It’s really interesting that they chose the name friendly market because there wasn’t anything friendly about the way that I was treated as a customer. There is a certain level of customer service skills that are necessary when dealing with the public. I do understand that everyone has a bad day at times and I don’t know what the woman was dealing with personally but that shouldn’t affect the way you interact with customers. When I asked a question about a product, she became irritated and her energy was way too argumentative. I won’t be back because I don’t spend my money where I’m not treated with respect. Some customers don’t care about rudeness but some do and it’s just not a good business practice to behave in a certain way. I wasn’t shocked when she stated that she was the owner. I wonder if the neighborhood/customers were predominantly a different race or of their own race, if they would behave in the same manner.
Dont go there if youre in a hurryWaited 20 minutes to turn around and have to leave without anytingBecause their internet was down and I dont carry cash
Staff is super friendly Everytime Ive ever stopped in. Ive been shopping here for about 10 years now and rarely have a problem with the service. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is they get busy alot and dont always hassle it the best but thats really a small problem
Friendly store. Nice people.
