Ive placed 2 separate orders. While Im thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Neither of my orders were completed within the planned deadline. My last order which is mostly complete and I have most of my products a few items have not been completed by the Nov 6 or 8th deadline and the 2nd date I was given to have my items completed passed today 11-27-19. This was the second promised date of my second order. I was informed that the main item hadnt even been started yet. Im a bit bothered by this being as I was supposed to have this order nearly 3 weeks ago and even the 2nd deadline was not met. I was asked to pay my order in full. I refused to do so because of the late first order. I agreed to pay half and when it came time to pay the second half the total changed. Thanks for the nice products but I believe I will look for someone that can at least come close to the deadline.

Went in with six garments, wanting my small logo put on. Have worked with these folks for years. Given a cost of $405! For six small logos, small flags (1). Wow! Took my stuff and left. Wont be back.
