Very quaint. The staff was super, the food was amazing!! Cant wait to go back and try the all you can eat fish!!
HORRID food. Terrible service. (Never came back to the table). Undercooked (chicken fingers). Spoiled ketchup brought to us (straight up vinegar taste). Meatloaf melt was two hamburgers. Order was wrong. I will never be back. Would be giving negative stars if I could.
The service and food was average, but maybe a bit sub-par. The value was definitely above average. You definitely get what you pay for. A few items were clearly from GFS and not homemade. They were also out of several items that they could have easily picked up at local suppliers (ice tea? really??!). Overall it was just ok. I might be back to try again, but it was not all that great.
First time and wont be our last. Food was Great! Large portions, menu for anyone, Nora was a Great waitress! Highly recommend Marion Diner. Is a nice clean Mom and Pop business .No complaints at all with service or food. You must try it.
Was our first time being there and our server was wonderful. It was a nice quiet restaurant. I had the Monte Cristo, never had one before, and it was phenomenal! Highly recommend this place!
My mother and I were hopeful coming here for the first time since it is locally own and we were beyond unimpressed and left completely disappointed. We ordered the sampler platter that included undercooked breaded mushrooms and raw chicken tenders. I got the meatloaf melt that was literally no more than a hamburger with toppings and no seasoning. My mother states the Marion Melt wasnt awful and the only thing remotely edible.On top if all this the service was absolutely TERRIBLE! Terrible to the point we couldnt find the server to ask about the food issues and when she would finally walk by we were completely ignored. Once she finally asked about it and we expressed our dissatisfaction she laughed and walked away. We will still charged for everything despite taking 2 bites out of the food. For a first impression we will NOT be returning.

I got chopped steak my wife got lazonia. $35.35. My wife showed me her lazonia had two small pieces of meat and said her dressing tasted a little sour. The waitress was very nice. I doubt that we return again for lunch or dinnerThere breakfast is good!

The waitress was so friendly!!! I loved her. The food came out and the portions were HUGE. Everything was delicious. The prices have gone up recently though Ive noticed. We spent around $40 on two meals, but I had PLENTY of leftovers.....so thats what Im eating for dinner tonight😆😆

This was my first time going there and the enviroment was ok. Reminded me of a little truck stop diner which is what I was expecting when I went. Service was good but... The Mt Dew tasted flat and stale, and when I went to order a steak I was told that there were alot of complaints about it lately and was prob best if I didnt so I didnt bother with the steak at all lol. I ended up having a 3 layer sandwich and a gyro with fries which both were both really good. Theres some potential there that needs brought out, but I wont be going back...

My kids love to go and eat breakfast there. We sit at the bar area and the kids enjoy watching their drinks get dispensed. We go 1 - 2 times a month. Service is always pleasant and warm.They have fresh ground coffee that is AMAZING! They have a great selection of breakfasts (and lunches or dinners).

The waitresses were great but the food was blah. They show you pictures of this delicious looking good on their menu then you get it and it looks nothing like the picture at all and theres no taste. Gravy for the biscuits and gravy is horrible. Biscuits arent much better and the potatoes that came with them were very dry. Had to cover with ketchup to eat. Service great food sucked.

The family was going to go to Bob Evans for breakfast but it was absolutely packed and no one wanted to wait an hour for food. The suggestion was made to try the Marion Diner and it was the best choice hands down! They do everything right here! Great service, great food with generous portions, and more than fair prices without having to wait ten years to get your food. Food arrived hot and eggs were cooked to perfection. Sierra was our awesome server who was there to refill coffee and checked on us many times. If you havent tried this diner, please do! You will not disappointed!

We had heard good things about this place. We weren’t impressed. The omelette was over done. The home fries weren’t done enough and all of the food needed more seasoning. The wife said that it was the worst breakfast that she has ever had! We won’t be back!

Ordered steak and eggs. Steak medium, eggs over easy. Instead of toast ordered a biscuit and cup of gravy.Steak was so thin no other way to get it other than well done jerky. Eggs were over hard. Gravy was the smell of burnt grease and horrible. Biscuit was microwaved and soggy.Now to the bill.Almost 10.00 for the steak and eggs. Charged me for 1 biscuit .99 even though I didnt get any toast. 3.00 for a cup of gravy. With coffee 16.66 WOW!My sugjestionsIf this is your attempt at steak and eggs pull it from the menu its horrible. For the QUALITY of breakfast I had you should be at 10.00 to 12.00 totalWill go to Bob Evans next time for sure and get off cheeper for the same meal.
