I had an interview scheduled at 1pm with one of the managers. The manager was not there when I showed up, and no one pointed me in any direction to go for when he did show up. I was getting dizzy so I sat down on the ground and stood up every now and then, but I had waited about 30 minutes for my interview and then left because of how dizzy I felt. Can someone explain to me why they would take so long to take my interview when it was already scheduled?

This store isnt very old and from the get go its been really clean and kept up with, the store manager is freaking amazing at his job, always smiling and willing to take the time to make ya feel like ya matter as a customer and a person in general. Great app for coupons in my opinion and usually everything is in stock here. Most the employees go out of their way if you need help or have questions. Good friendly place to make it your go to dollar store!

It was great. Low prices and I love there brand of toilet paper.

As far as the store same old same old. The manager however was quick to ask if I needed help and to show me where the things that I needed were I really appreciated it.

The employees are friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy stocking shelves, they were quick to help me find what I was looking for.

I wanted to try this new place and boy I am Happy I did very nice people great price and the town actually pay their respects to our Heros I dont see that much but the Ice Cream was great will recommend to friends

The employees are super Amazing. Quality & quantities of merchandise is # 1 with the Gas City location of Doller General. When I shop their location I am always pleased with the service I receive. Out of Grant County, Indiana I would definitely recommend Gas City Dollar General.

I have been waiting to wright this review. I went on opening day I was so excited to have a new CLEAN store so close to home. and the dozen or so times I have been in the store it is so packed you can not move. it is not packed with people it is packed with HUGE trolleys of boxes that take up every aisle no one is ever putting anything away but there is no one at the checkout. you have to squeeze the ridiculous pig 3 times to get someone to check you out. smelling of smoke. I wonder how long before this store becomes infested like the others here in town?

Its Dollar general. Its based off old school mercantile stores from the 1800s. A lot of everything.

New store is really nice. The workers were very helpful. Just wish there was a drive opening to 38th St. I drove by and had to turn around to get there.

This Dollar General is clean and nice, well stocked. Needs to repair the public restrooms that were installed incorrectly. The parking lot is small but large enough for the store, if the neighborhood kids arent playing in the middle of it.

Friendly staff. Are very courteous?Went out of their way to help get a product that was not even off their shipment carts yet.. Spent over $50 and still walked out with a smile on my face unlike a few of the other stores in town. This one is clean and does not have any funky odd smells like the other ones.
