GT Professional Services was wrong in a computer repair. They sized and installed a replacement power supply incorrectly. They refused to do anything to fix their mistake. We got the correctly sized power supply installed. Our computer is working fine now. We have paid for the repair twice because GT Professional Services would not stand behind their repair work.

This is the third time I have used them and pleased with every visit, fast turn around and offered my broken parts back as proof of service preformed. Friendly staff and they dont bury you in tech talk, they explain things simple and gave estimate within $50 of final total charge price for this service repair.
