I was out several times this fall and winter. Good to see grounds and course receiving attention and maintenance. Grounds keeper very good to talk to. Jack in the office extremely knowledgeable about the course and surrounding area. A very nice place and location.

Arbor Trace Golf Club is in the top two, if not the best golf course in Grant County, Indiana. While other courses see poor conditions throughout the year, especially summer, Arbor Trace always has a lush look and feel while out playing. However, the greens keeper has a way of still having super slick greens despite the well-watered conditions.The staff are extremely friendly, from the mowing crew to the clubhouse pro to the course owner. The atmosphere is one by which many courses could replicate.And Arbor Trace does a great deal for youth golf, with two high school teams calling the course home and Indiana Wesleyan University seeing many perks for staff and students to play golf.The course boasts a wondrous practice facility as well. While the range is short (driver is a no-go for medium and long hitters), the two areas to practice approach and pitch/chip shots more than make up for that aspect. And with two practice greens, a player has no excuse for not warming up before a round at Arbor Trace!For those on the Garfield Trail, Arbor Trace is a stop on that tour through Grant County.This is a must for Indiana golfers. Arbor Trace has to be on the list of must-play golf courses for any Hoosier golfer!

I love the family atmosphere and hospitality extended by the staff at this golf course. They have an awesome practice facility and a fun to play golf course. The green and fairways are kept in great shape year round. I have been playing this course for more than 40 years and have had great and fun times playing with my old and new friends. Keep up the good work Jack Hart and let Jeff Detamore do most of the work. You need to rest and he needs the exercise!!!

Owner, Jack Hart, is a hands on caring people person. Keeps course in great shape and his staff is friendly and highly competent . Every golf course should be this much fun to play.
