Did a curbside pick today I have done there curbside pick up before today was different experience..They hit my car while loading groceries in a different vehicle leaving a scratch..Got home to put groceries away and found that they forgot an item gave me opened bag and the water had busted open

Was told twice they would save boxes for me showed up twiceno boxes. Wow not sure why this was so hard. Long time Kroger customer very disappointed with your follow through. If you dont want to save me boxes just say so stop waisting my time .

A must try... stop at Kroger store deli on Marion Waldo Road one evening and try their Thai Noodles and rotisserie chicken... this combo was awesome!! Ty Kroger’s .... you’ve stepped up your game! The Thai Noodles are a 5 Star... your deli reps are providing friendlier service too.... the rotisserie chicken has def improved in taste too! Thx Kroger’s for a grt food experience this evening!!!

I absolutely love this area. Best prices for sure. And the staff is amazing. Everyone is always so nice. I have to go early in the mornings due to having lupus and everyone even early in the mornings is so nice. Every department. The pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing. Ive never met people nicer. And at Starbucks theres one woman who always gets a tip from me because I love my coffee a certain way and she always makes sure its made right. They all treat you like gdx family for sure!!

When I started shopping here I found out with the Kroger card you get amazing deals. You get so much more food with the deals. They could do better with who they hire because the kids who work there are ignorant but others than that I recommend shopping here anytime.

I had an issue at checkout and the cashier called Cole over to help and from the moment he stepped over to the register he was full of attitude... I’m not sure of this is standard in your employees but I did not appreciate the way I was treated by Cole... worse employee you got there currently

Pretty flowers, beautiful produce, nice fish selection.Nice, friendly staff.Has drive through pharmacy.Has fuel station too.

Dont get me wrong I like this kroger but it does not enforce face mask. I was there at 8 pm on a Thursday and there was 9 people who had no face masks on at all and a couple employees that only had them on but not properly

Always super friendly but this morning one of the employees was nice enough to give my little guy a hot wheels car! I thought it was so thoughtful of him to do that because it kept my guy happy the rest of the shopping trip. We came home and first thing he did was dragged all his cars out to play with it some more.

Do not use the Bakery they are rude and dont have the Cakes done when you go to pick them up, even when they had three days to do it. Had to wait 3 hours for them to actually start and finish it. All they do is argue with you. Very disappointed in this bakery especially when other Kroger bakerys have been pretty good.

24 hour grocery shopping. Awesome. Sometimes packed because they have just about everything you need. Relatively fast check out times also. Have a little bit of everything if u look for it.

Good service. There are only a few people who can slice the ham as thin as I want it. They cant do it Meijer. Kroger used to be great, but they have new people in the deli who wont slice it as thin any more. Or maybe they got new equipment. Nevertheless, I want my ham almost shaved, but not quite, and thats a problem for them now.

Betsy was very knowledgeable and courteous even though she was swamped in the liquor department. She took the time to help me get a great present for my father. Thanks, Betsy!

I like the deals that they have. I enjoy saving on gas. The store is kept clean. But they are always out of things!

I like the deli but it took a long time to get 3 different lunch meats. I think they just need a more efficient system.

Not a bad store. I know they did some remodeling a few years ago and made the store larger with more room to maneuver your way around. Its just not one of my go to Kroger locations. They do have a liquor store so thats a plus. No designated Woo hoo spot for the interesting item markdowns. Its kind of wherever you find them at this location. The store on Marion Mt.Gilead is the better store for me.

This time I got checked out right away. However the last few times there were at least 4 that I counted doing shopping for others. I would think the customer actually stepping foot in the door would be very important to the brick and mortar store. Im going to impulse buy the online shoppers? Maybe not so much. I think taking cashiers off the line to be personal shoppers is an insult to my value as a walk in customer.***

Although the store was extremely busy, I was able to use a Human check out instead of that annoying self one. Made my trip a very special one as it made me feel more welcome and the cashier was very friendly.

Terrible customer service today. Was at the deli department, one employee and seven customers waiting. I actually called the store on my cellphone and asked if they could send some help to the deli and was told not to count on it. And then, at 4:00 in the afternoon, only two human cashiers working with the aisle leading to the cashiers blocked by people and carts WAITING TO SPEND THEIR MONEY! We want CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT SELF-SERVICE CHECKOUTS! And at night, half the lights are shut off with NO HUMAN CASHIERS WORKING AT ALL! Now I know why my store of choice is MEIJERS!

They dont keep inventory very well or if they do they dont get it stocked out by the next 2 times the trucks unload they need more people working Ive Ben waiting 3 weeks to get what I need because they dont have the help to get it put on the shelves at least thats what the workers keep telling me..... sounds like they need new management

I love going to Krogers. The only thing is everyone else does too. Can be quite congested with people. I love my free Friday stuff. One day I walked out with a bag just my free Friday stuff it was a great feeling. You cant get that kind of thing at any other store. Way to go Krogers! 👍

Such an awesome selection of bananas! They have so many choices. There are green bananas, some that are greenish yellow, others that are yellow, and still others that are a little brown! LOVE THEM BANANAS!!

Store becoming very in personal, cashers very noticeable not comfortable anymore engaging in conversation. Store has appearance they, all employees, are all being time studied. This Kroger is the nicer and larger of the 2 in Marion.. I feel like the selection of fresh fruits and veggies isnt what it should be though, Id like some more options.. its a solid Kroger

Every time Im in there (at least once every few months), Im greeted with friendly customer service representatives, a fully stocked store, and a clean environment.

This KROGER s is a decent Grocery store most of the employees are always willing to help if U need it.The customers on the other hand are mostly rude but this seems to be the new social norm for some reason. Mainstream media really has ruined The American Spirit of Community Socializing in public social surroundings.

They never seem to have my sugar-free Carnation French vanilla creamer. I have to admit its frustrating.🤨 other than that Im usually very pleased with everything at Kroger.☕

It’s the Marion Kroger... it’s basically the city of Marion but the Kroger version. You should have zero expectations here. The employees are absolute trash who love to threaten customers.

I like this Kroger store. There is one major comlaint. The ratio of small carts to large carts is way off. There are many many times when no small carts are available but 20 to 25 large carts are available. I would guess that would be more than half of my trips.I have noticed when they are no carts in the parking lot the entrance has less than 8 % small carts.There is another Krogers store has 15% small carts in the same situation.SOLUTION HAVE MORE SMALL CARTS IN THE KROGER STORE ON MAIN STREET.

Since I end up in one of the three Kroger stores near me I am not sure which one this is referring to. I use the Kroger app alot to locate items quickly because it will tell you what aisle to go to.

Best grocery store in marion for people with food allergies or looking for healthier food choices. My daughter is allergic to dairy and Kroger has the largest selection of dairy free foods including dairy free Ben and Jerry Ice cream.

The Carmen scene apartment Pharmacy Department is cool as hell the lady at night is so cool

The coffee tasted like it was watered down. The biscuits were a little over baked. The pork chop was also overcooked (dry). We also asked for extra gravy, and didnt get it. To top it all off, l was not offered a veterans discount. Which, is offer at Bob Evens every day. Thank you for concern.

Marion has 2 store one on 95 one on delware Ave or 423 south. Wife and I like the one on 423 south. Its a bigger store and has more choices on the same item. The staff works hard to make sure the shelves are stocked. Store is clean and if you need help just ask any staff member there. If they cant help they will get someone who can. Use coupon and Krogers appto get more saving. We showed to day bill was 123.63 had 4 paper coupon and some digital ones from the app. Had to pay 80.33. when done.

Had trouble pma ing order . Taylor on men Waldo red was rude and clueless.. had to call. Corporate to fix problem.. helpful but not as accommodating as I would have liked.. I wont use this service again

The worst experience i have had in 20 years. It took three attempts by me to get help in the dairy department. The person who finally showed up was able to locate what I wanted. The cashier was laizze faire and acted as though we were interrupting her life. The carry our person was adequate. Very poor experience.
