I gave a friend a ride to this store, so I did not go in. She came out with what she intended to purchase and was very happy. Ive always had good experiences there as well. They are the only hardware store in town, that I know of. The owners are very friendly.

They are the best, if they dont have what you want they usually can tell you where you can find it.So far they have had what I need. I have an old house, its nice to have someplace that I can get replacement parts for things instead of having to replace with something new that changes the look, usually not for the better.

They had the parts I needed but the man that helped me was not very friendly. He seemed to be only interested in closing time.

One of the last real Mom and Pop stores kept going in our community.

Cannot recommend Macs Ace Hardware in Marion enough! Went in for supplies to cut down on the amount of cold air coming in my house around doors and windows and left with everything I needed and great advice on how to use everything. Supplies worked better than I expected! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate! Will definitely be sending them more of my business!

Friendly service different varieties of things

I am retired from another retailer in town. When there were items that were not usually stocked by other suppliers, Id call Max, and they would usually say Yes, we have that. Another plus is that you dont need to walk for miles in order to locate what you need, and there is someone nearby to answer any questions you might have!

They were very helpful and greeted me at the door, walked me through everything I needed from start to finish.

I got awesome service. The lady and, man working did everything they could to help me out. They explained exactly how to use the chemicals I needed to buy. Told me the things I needed to know about the chemicals as well. It was an all around great experience.

Its a great place to get what you. Need to fix things and very helpful people that will help you find what you need and even help you by telling you how to fix things .I go there all the time instead of the big home improvement places on the bypass.they out do any of them its the first place to go they go out of there way to help you

These people decided to change their Saturday hours without telling anybody or putting the new hours on Google. I called them asking about an item,they said nothing about new hours. While I was here (writing this review) 7 cars showed and 8 people left angry including me. As far as I an concerned they have bad service, the first thing out of the ladys mouth should have been the new hours.
