This business has absolute horrible customer service. I have been locked out of my storage unit several times when my balance was zero and I was completely paid up. On 08/03/19 I went to my storage unit to store some things in there and Im locked out and I just paid the bill 07/29/19. Six days later Im still locked it. Another time I was locked out and paid up and called about being locked out. A guy came to unlocked my storage unit. Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Seems like no matter when I pay Ill be locked out. Your stealing money from me.
