Everything went well, Nissan installed new gas/carbon monoxide sensor, and a new belt. Everyone was professional and appeared competent. My only issue with Nissan is a matter of principle, you charge proximately $100 to Diagnose the problem via computer codes. Due to this frivolous charge I utilize Nissan service as a last resort.
It was great!! They looked over my car and let me know of a scratch that I had on the passenger side of my car. Did the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner! Put the windshield treatment on and car wash, all in about an hour!! Amazing!!
The whole staff is awesome. Tyler and Josh always take care to explain thoroughly and answer any of my questions. Mr. Steve Alfter is so accommodating. The mechanics are proficient and work in a timely manner. Love this place!

Had the service department do work to my daughters car before she leaves for college. They got it in and did everything I asked and more in a very timely manner. Was pleasantly surprised how fast it was done and the quality of work was excellent. Will definitely take it back should any other issues arise.

Since April 2021 I have been trying to get the gap ins taken care of for my wife Paulas car. I have called many times only to get a response to leave my name and number and they will call me back. They have never called me back. I also took the time to take the paper work ( police and ins) that I thought they would need. The person that could help me take care of the gap ins was not there, so they said that they would call the next day. Never called. I cannot buy Paula another car until I get this taken care of. Beginning to wonder if the care at the dealership.

Just so you know, I love this place.My 2017 pathfinder had an issue with the gas tank door staying closed.I had a 1:45 appointment to get it fixed.I expected to pay around $100 since it’s a Nissan dealership.I pulled in the service bay door at 1:37.Before I could put my mask on and get out of my door, a member by the name of Josh was already fooling with the gas tank door.He said, “it looks bent,” and put it back in place.Now it works perfectly.I asked, “how much do I owe ya?”He said, with a smile, “nothing, have a great day.”I then showed him a loose piece of rubber inside my rear passenger door.He got down on the floor and fixed the issue immediately and still would not accept payment for his efforts.I bought my Nissan in Tennessee, but I am now a loyal customer to watermark Nissan in Marion because of Josh.Thank you, Sir.
Purchased a new Nissan Kicks last week. Could not have asked for a better buying experience.
Oil change and tire rotation. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. I was there for over an hour. I also feel that some kind of reward program should be started for loyal customers. The service could be a little more pleasant.
Was going to be about 10 minutes late for my service appt. and called to let them know. Watched through service window while my vehicle was being checked. Tech looked at it for first half an hour, then disappeared for second half hour so I stepped into Service advisors office to ask about it. They replied “they are checking on it” . I then said they haven’t done anything for this last half hour and no one has told me what is wrong with my car. They then proceeded to let me know several minutes later that a bearing was bad in right rear tire and it would be about another 45 min to replace. When paying the bill, the service manager (Steve) came out of his office and stated “where were you Gina?” I then told him I called ahead and let service advisors know I was going to be 10 min late. And Steve replied that they have to go ahead with other vehicles if I am not there. I said that was not the issue. The issue was waiting and watching my car through the window in service just sitting there for a half hour and nothing getting done with it and that it normally takes me an hour and 15 minute drive to get to the dealership for service and can’t always get there right at the scheduled time (which I have always been on time before) and Steve replied “Well, you need to leave an hour and 1/2 early then. I thought he was very rude as was Travis on previous visits. He also asked when I planned to trade my car in but I won’t be trading there anymore!
Very satisfied with my experience purchasing a new Kicks and the salesman, Keith Lynman, answered all my questions and went over everything thoroughly.
We recently had my vehicle worked on at Watermark after it broke down on our way to Florida. When we dropped the car off (Thursday, May 27th), we were told they would look at it on the 28th. It was not looked at on the 28th, and we never heard any word of anything. We called Tuesday morning (June 1st) to check to see if any progress was made, but none had been. The service department knew we were in a hurry to figure out what was going on, and they did not look at the car until Wednesday mid-morning. They told us the transmission would need replaced, and it would be about $4000, so we asked to speak to the sales dept. to see what they would give us the car. This conversation took place at 9 AM, and I told the salesperson we wanted an answer ASAP so if we did decide to fix the car, we could get the parts order quickly; I called the salesperson back at 2 as I never got a response. I told him I needed an answer in 15 mins; I waited 5 hours for him to give me a response in 15 mins. We decided to fix the car; they told us it was too late in the day to order parts which was very frustrating as the salesperson held that up. They estimated a possible arrival on Friday, June 4th; we never received a call letting us know if the transmission came or not, so I called to check in. It didnt come, so I asked that I would be updated on if it came in or not. They predicted it to come in on Monday, June 7th. They said parts are checked in at 9:30, so I should know shortly after. I never heard anything, so I called at 2 and was told the part wouldnt be in until Friday, June 11th. I believe if there had been a call initially to see when a more valuable item like a transmission was to be delivered a lot of frustration on my part could have been avoided. Friday came, again, I had to call the service team to see if the part was there. I was told it was, and that they would rearrange the schedule to work on it. I never heard anything, so at 5:06 I called to see if it was finished, and to my disappointment, it was not. The service team had 4 days to rearrange the schedule to ensure my car would be completed on Friday, and they failed. After 2.5 weeks, my car was finally complete on Monday, June 14th. We live 4 hours from Marion, and with working in agriculture, summer is my busiest time of year, so it is not feasible for us to make a quick 8 hour trip. I am very disappointed in the service we received. There was no urgency whatsoever from the sales or service team to help us out. There was no follow up on anything. When we dropped the car off on Thursday, May 27th, we were told this location is ranked 4th in the nation for service. The service we received does not even register on a scale because it was so poor. I would never recommend this dealership for sales or service.

I have taken my car here for oil changes and misc repairs multiple times. Every time I am greeted promptly and with respect. The work is always quick and I’ve never had troubles. They even pulled my girlfriends car in during a busy day to air the tires up for free. 10/10 service.

The maintenance man was very kind.. the servicing of my car took a little to long tho. And then after waiting over two and half hour for them to finish. I couldnt even get my car washed, because they said the car wash was down. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership. This is the 3 rd time this has happened to me there. I was hoping to get my car washed. Instead I have to pay out of my own pocket again to get it washed. Not very happy about that. Its a good service when I am able to use the car wash. I drive out of my way to get there when I can. Thank you.

Well I want to start by saying I bought from Watermark Ford in Marion and had a wonderful experience! I send my clients and friends there. We went there first to look for a used car. Price range of around 10k. They didnt have anything. So we decided to go to their other dealership (Watermark Nissan) just down the road. Meet a nice salesman. He was great. New to the job and showed enthusiasm. They had what we where looking for. Now keep in mind when you give your social that is sufficient to hold a car and get the ball rolling. We received a call as we were heading out the door since the finance manager didnt keep his word and call us first thing this morning. Regarding the money we would need to put down. Informing us that they were taking another credit app on the very same car and would inform us if the deal doesnt work out. ???. Bad business!!! I have been in Sales for a long time and would not think of doing a customer that way. Very disappointing. You would think after the show of my loyalty they would do me the same. P.S. We filled out the app 2 days before but couldnt get the down payment in till saturday because of work.

A few weeks ago, I was experiencing the indicators for my tires. I kept putting air in my tires every day. I decided to call Watermark Nissan Service Dept. In a matter of 30 minutes, the maintenance team found the nail. The service manager reassured me that I wouldnt have any more issues. He is correct. I took a trip to Memphis. No indicators were on. Im happy with my Altima and I Love the entire watermark Nissan family.
