Your run-of-the-mill Bed Bath and Beyond. A great place to shop during COVID because the store is huge and its usually not busy.
I just visited this location over the weekend and it was such an easy experience! I was shopping for my university dorm and the staff was so helpful. Big shout out to Lorena (I believe this was her name), great customer service!
Not organize store and the manager is giving incomprehensible.A price of an item is something on a shelf and when you go to the cashier its double the price. Staff was helpful, place has a very good ambience for shopping, well organized. Havent been to any other of their stores, but had a good stock of items.

Was in the store for basically 15 minutes before anyone would talk to me. Wasnt busy... the reps were just doing their own thing. Eventually I was helped and that particular rep was good, but the experience had already been soured.Store was clean though.
Visited this location a few months ago. Employees were very rude and unprofessional. Felt like I was being followed by every single one of them. I recommend shopping at another location or online. Many snarky comments and rude remarks from one of the young ladies, all because I was asking questions about their merchandise. When I politely asked to speak to a manager the response was an eye roll followed by a quick “She’s on her break.” And then she scurried off. Left my items right there and left the store. Will never come back.One of the much heavier employees had an obvious hygiene problem. Made it impossible to browse the store with my mask on.
Worst shopping experience ever. Bought one item, and stood in line for 25 mins watching the employees take returns at both of their two open lines. Finally another employee comes to open up a third register when the line was 8 people deep. The next person In line also wanted to do a return as well. This company has to reassess their processes and make the checkout sequence faster. If this was Costco they would have checked out 15 people in the time it took for BB&B to checkout 3 people. Asking for a customers email address when they have just used a 20% off coupon from the BB&B App is completely redundant. I feel like this company is collecting email and phone number to sell our information to companies so they can subsidize all the coupons the mail out. Fast, efficient, and accurate service is attainable in retail, unfortunately BB&B lacks the corporate leadership to find the inefficiencies and improve their process of collecting peoples money. BB&B, what are your key performance indicators other than sales? Do you look at how many transactions are processed per minute, how many items are scanned etc. When customers exchange cash for goods is when you make money, prioritize the people buying products and keep the returns line separate from the registers. Have dedicated lines. Think about your store not making a dime for 25 mins while everyone stands and waits for a register to be opened. If this was Costco, every single employee would be taken off the registers.
Great help from employees, great selection. Sadly they were out of stock of a few things we wanted most.

Nice store with good selection and prices BUT inventory is crazy low. It was impossible to find sets of 8 in towels, placemats and so on. Even 4 of a kind was not possible. On top of that they will not ship to Québec which is outrageous. So on the whole a disappointing experience
The customer service from most of the employees is phenomenal, except for- wait for it... the manager. She was really rude to my aunt and spoke in a very demeaning manner. We were about to leave the store after the experience with her. Luckily, another associate helped us out with what we needed. I don’t remember his name but he was really tall and very kind.

When they ask everyone for their phone#, email, and postal code just to buy something it really holds up the line. Maybe Bed Bath & Beyond does not care about customer experience if they can get emails to spam. As for me, Im not going back.Ill give them 2 stars because at least the store is clean.
Dont trust their website, drove all the way from bowmanville to markham for something they said had multiple in stock and it was wrong ... customer service is also garbage at this location.

The site online said that stores are open for exchange and this location had stock of my exchange item. When I arrived, the assiciate explained that the store was only open for curbside pickup. Doesn’t make sense because all they’d have to do for an exchange is scan a return barcode and replace the product. I would have rated the experience 1 star since it was a waste of my time but the associate was kind, so 2 stars overall.

I was at this location last night. It is not the closest one to my home but I always go there because of their displays, organization of products, availability of products and most of all because of their excellent customer service. The manager is outstanding at this location and so is her team. I would highly recommend this location over others!
Thankfully the place was not crowded and the shopping experience was better. But they could do better with their pricing specially at times like this.

Love this store because it’s so big and clean and well maintained. I always get random coupons in the mail for some discount off a regular priced item so whenever I get those coupons, I will go grab something from the store. Quality of their items are good too.
This store isnt cheap but they will price match. They have all these handy items you never knew you needed. The staff are friendly and the store is always clean and tidy. Ill definitely be back to buy more!
We bought drawers for the safe, but they were too big. Wanted to return. I did not have a receipt and was advised because of non-receipt there would be a 10 percent reduction or refund charge. I left the item at the store and told the manager to keep it. In what age do we live? If the technology abd with it the service is so inadequate (at least part of it), it is truly no wonder the bed and bath chain is in financial trouble.

So I’m a regular customer at this store, with buying a new house I have almost bought all my house things from here. Fast forward to today, I went to go return some items that were wrong sizings, and so while i was being taken care of it took them over 40 minutes to do 3 returns for me. Finally when they finished with the returns I asked them about one of my throw blankets that I purchased from them in store before lockdown, in which they didn’t take the security tag off of it. So I then asked them if i could bring it back for them to take the security tag off. This is where things got annoying, instead of helping me they were just ready to let me walk away without telling me that I can sit there and go through my purchased items in the past through their system. This person was one of their managers named April. She not only was giving me attitude but was also trying to assume that I stole the product, which would make no sense because how could I steal a product when the security tag is still on it? Your store alarms would start going off if I didn’t buy it. All and all I would not recommend coming to this location, their customer service is so poor, and all I kept getting was fake apologies “sorry ma’am” “sorry I can’t do anything”.
The manager named April is very rude and stuck up. Don’t shop here if you’re not white, they’ll follow you and make rude comments.
I should have read the review before buying at BBB online. It’s a SCAM. Ordered something and they sent me an email it’s not available and they say will credit my credit card back. Then I went to somewhere else to buy and an hour later got an email saying it is shipped meaning I will be charged. Now I can’t even return the item with lockdown. The customer service is located in Philippines so they are not helpful at all (lack of common sense). Now I’m charged for an item that is on its way to me which I already have. AVOID at all cost.
Ordered product for curbside pickup. Three hours later order cancelled as no stock. Called 800 number to get back my 20% coupon back 30 minute hold time, gave up. Chat line same thing they never get to you. Called store back as website says they have stock, associate says they are actually out of stock regardless what the computer says. Waste of time and a distasteful shopping experience.
This was the first time Ive been here and I was impressed.its a large store and it seems to have everything as the name implies. And they had what I wanted; a hair trimmer as it is starting to look shaggy due to Covid.I asked where they were located and the staff member took me to their location and then proceeded to show me the different trimmers and their features. I appreciated her hospitality. 5 🌟 for making my day.
Went on Sunday Dec 13, last day before the covid-19 lockdown. No lineups to get in. Everyone was masked and social distancing with traffic going in one direction. Picked up a Phillips Sonicare toothbrush for a Xmas gift with a 20% store coupon. Smooth transaction and dont see why this could not continue instead of locking down.
Unhelpful staff and manager who stated unreasonable company policy. Bought a $300 duvet and cashier forgot to remove the security magnetic tag which didn’t trigger the security alarm. I brought the duvet back and asked them to remove the tag for me, unfortunately without a receipt. The staff and manager said the policy requires customers to have the receipt in order to remove the tag. If I don’t have one, I can fill up a form for head quarter approval to do so. Such process will take months. There’s no way to track from the barcode of the goods. I asked for the form such that I can fill up the form at home. However, doing so will require me to leave the goods with the store manager (doesn’t make sense at all). Well, now my options are, either 1) go back, deal with the attitude m and wait for months for a chance to open my duvet without breaking it, or 2) break my brand new duvet. To save time and hassle, I chose to break my goods despite the $300 I spent.I am a frequent bb&y customer from the states, but I’m truly disappointed at what I get here in Canada. Prices are generally higher than other places including amazon, so why bother the hassle and deal with these poor customer service while paying more? Retailers are struggling to survive, I do not believe turning customer away is a way to thrive.

I am not very impressed. The website is very difficult to use and the package took over a month to ship. I do not understand why the product wasnt accessible via curbside delivery.

Love this place. Many small items they sell are so useful. Collection is amazing. Live their massage machines. Just go there to pamper your self. Best one is for about $250 but massages up to your knees.
There are some snoopy collectible xmas items. Must buy for snoopy fan.

Went to this location to buy a specific item. This is were personnel makes a difference as the extremely helpful young lady who worked there not only stopped what she was doing to help, but explained a variety of available options to ensure I got the product that was right for me. That was much appreciated. Will definitely go back to this location

No sales black Friday even less sales boxing day. This store doesnt even try. Kitchen stuff plus and home outfitters carry same stuff but cheaper. Their 20% off coupon thats mailed out has an exclusion list thats so long why bother sending out a coupon you cant use. This store needs to strong reevaluate their business model.

Tightly packed little store with tiny carts (though you couldnt navigate a full size cart anyway due to the narrowness of the aisles). They fit a lot of stuff in a small footprint, which is to their credit. Its well-organized, clean, and well lit. Seasonal music was on, not too loud. They have some very cool comic book prints and other specialty seasonal and novelty items, besides all the expected bed, bath, and houseware items.
