I ordered a Birthday ice cream cake for my son on January 19 2021 to be picked up on January 24 2021 at 3:30pmMy husband picked up the cake and the picture on the cake was distorted. I understood that it may have been blurry but it was down right distorted.We called the store the same day waiting for a call from the manager but no one called. I paid almost $50 for the cake and expected the cake to be better than this.I’ve contacted corporate and gave all the details about this order and even provided pictures to show what it was supposed to look like. No one has called me or emailed me about this matter so here I am writing this review.I don’t write negative reviews but due to the no communication from Markham Baskin Robbins management team, here I am.I’ll just take my dollars elsewhere next time.

Line for the drive thru was out the wazoo!! Plus when I got to the window, it smelled like nothing but that loud!! ( Marijuana for you slow learners )So I take it they were getting high in there. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!

Asked for a cappuccino blast original. The girl that made it made it basically with straight milk thats ALL it taste like. Waste of my money and time. If I didnt have to go to work I would have went back up there smh HORRIBLE. then Ive tried calling and get no answer after several attempts

Would definitely not recommend this store. There was no indication that they were open, no open sign or the basking robbins sign not turned on. Waited 5 min until someone came out from back to serve us. Did not have waffle cones, nor was the womens bathroom available because girl at counter said I have to use the mens bathroom cause they lost the key to the womens. The mens bathroom was disgusting & toilet paper all over the floor. Will never be back!

Please dont touch my cone with your fingers, i eat the cone.Why did you serve me a stale waffle cone and then tell me we made those a few days ago.?Ps trim your brushes

Visited this BR (which I often frequented) and was VERY displeased...I placed my order: a banana royale, no nuts, a cherry, fudge, and a small amount of whipped cream and a scoop of black walnut on a regular cone....arrived at the window and as she told me my total, I saw that she had the black walnut on a sugar cone, and nuts were on the banana royale...I politely said, thats supposed to have no nuts and that is supposed to be on a regular cone. She then grunts and says, well, u need to come in because I have too many people in line. I said, there is 1 person behind me, who is still ordering...I went to the drive thru to avoid coming in... She then slams the window in my face, comes back and loudly shoves the cone in my face and says TAKE THIS!! I then told her NO YOU TAKE IT!! This was appalling to me...I hope they go out of business...f

Baskin Robbins & Dunkin Donuts. Coffee can be hit or miss, but overall great staff.

Its okay, sucks that they close st 6pm though
